IT Governance are one of the needs in managing Enterprise Level IT. This study shows part of the decision domain of IT Governance Help, which are IT Investment and Prioritization. The purpose of this study is to determine feasibility of implementation open source ERP system Odoo project management module that replaces current system based on operational, economic, and technical aspects. The method used are Fit / Gap Analysis and Cost Benefit model using economic impact worksheet. The analysis is done by comparing the requirement with features owned by current system and Odoo ERP system. This research resulted that Odoo ERP System is feasible in the 3 aspects, the operational feasibility Odoo reaching 72% Fit, the economic feasibility with ROI of 84%, and technical feasibility indicating the technical requirement can be fulfilled by leasing AWS server. The conclusion is the open source ERP system Odoo project management module is feasible to be applied in terms of 3 aspects that have been studied, those are operational, economic, and technical.

TAROGE-M is a radio antenna array atop ∼ 2.7 km-high Mt. Melbourne in Antarctica for detecting ultra-high energy (UHE, E > 1017 eV) air showers in near-horizontal directions. Besides the detection of cosmic rays and Earth-skimming tau neutrinos, its primary goal is to reproduce the discovery and verify the origin of so-called ANITA anomalous events, having feature of upward-going UHE air showers but cannot be explained by tau neutrinos. The detection concept takes advantages of a high altitude for a broad view toward the horizon;strong and near-vertical geomagnetic field for enhancing the radio signal;and quiet radio environment in Antarctica. Its relatively simple design and high duty cycle make it easily to be extended and thus to achieve an exposure competitive with ANITA experiments within a few years. The first TAROGE-M station operating at 180-450 MHz frequencies deployed in 2020 detected seven UHE cosmic ray events within 25.3-day livetime. The events have a mean energy of ∼ 1 EeV and an estimated flux consistent with other experiments, and validate the station as an UHE particle detector. In 2022-2023 season, the system was upgraded for a robust long-term operation, with a more detailed calibration with a drone-borne pulser. We also discuss the planned upgrade, including the implementation of interferometric trigger, which is expected to increase the cosmic ray and tau neutrino acceptances by a factor of 10 at 0.1 EeV, corresponding to a lower energy threshold by a factor of 3. © Copyright owned by the author(s) under the terms of the Creative Commons.

This work investigates the effect of alkali metals (Li, Na, and K) doping on silicene sheets (2D silicon) by using Time-Dependent Density Functional Theory (TDDFT). This includes Si 13 H 22 , Si 19 H 30 , Si 54 H 74 , and Si 104 H 134 silicene sheets. The results show some variation in the IR and UV-Vis spectrums as the sheet size change, with the largest structure showing an onset of absorption in the visible spectrum. Also, the results show that excitation energy decreases significantly by 29% as the number of atoms increases from Si 13 H 22 to Si 104 H 134 . Also, this work investigates the doping effect of alkali metals (Li, Na, and K) on the silicene sheets. The doped structures showed a dipole moment as high as approximately 10 Debye. The doped structures show a significant increase in optical absorption in the visible spectrum, as well as the potential for high reactivity.

There is a morphodynamic component to synaptic learning by which changes in dendritic (postsynaptic) spine head size are associated with the strengthening or weakening of the synaptic connection between two neurons, in response to the temporal correlation of local presynaptic and postsynaptic signals. These morphological factors are in turn sculpted by the dynamics of the actin cytoskeleton. In this paper, we use Dynamical Graph Grammars (DGGs) implemented within a computer algebra system to model how networks of actin filaments can dynamically grow or shrink, reshaping the spine head. Dynamical Graph Grammars (DGGs) provide a well-defined way to accommodate dynamically changing system structure such as active cytoskeleton represented using dynamic graphs, within nonequilibrium statistical physics under the master equation. We show that DGGs can also incorporate biophysical forces between graph-connected objects at a finer time scale, with specialized DGG kinetic rules obeying biophysical constraints of Galilean invariance, conservation of momentum, and dissipation of conserved global energy. We use graph-local energy functions for cytoskeleton networks interacting with membranes, and derive DGG rules from the specialization of dissipative stochastic dynamics - separated into dissipative and thermal noise rule types - to a mutually exclusive and exhaustive collection of graph-local neighborhood types for the rule left hand sides. The dissipative rules comprise a stochastic version of gradient descent dynamics. The thermal noise rules use a Gaussian approximation of each position coordinate to sample jitter-like displacements. For the spine head model we designed and implemented DGG grammar mathematical sub-models including actin network growth, non-equilibrium statistical mechanics, and filament-membrane mechanical interaction to regulate the re-writing of graph objects. The Heroine’s Learning Journey (HLJ) is an educational framework addressing gender disparities in STEM. Supported by the FOSTWOM project, it motivates young women through innovative practices and international collaboration. Drawing on heroic narratives from Campbell’s Hero’s Journey and Murdock’s Heroine’s Journey, HLJ integrates these stories with the Heroines Learning System (HeLaS), a digital platform for scalable and adaptable learning environments. This model aims to enhance female participation in STEM courses and assess the societal impact of HLJ. The Heroine’s Learning Journey has been implemented in educational settings, including online courses and a case study in the rural community of Recreio, Brazil. We collected quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate the model’s effectiveness. The results demonstrate the HLJ’s potential to inspire systemic change by fostering a more inclusive and diverse STEM landscape. This research highlights the importance of innovative educational approaches in driving societal transformation and shaping the future of STEM education.

Formation Flying Techniques for the Virtual Telescope for X-Ray Observations

The Virtual Telescope for X-Ray Observations (VTXO) is an Astrophysics SmallSat mission being developed to demonstrate 10-milliarcsecond X-ray imaging using a Phase Fresnel Lense (PFL)-based space telescope. PFLs promise to provide several orders of magnitude improvement in angular resolution over current state of the art X-ray optics. However, PFLs for astronomical applications requires a very long focal length, for VTXO the focal length is estimated to be in the range of 0.5 km to 4 km. Since these focal lengths are not feasible on a single spacecraft, the proposed solution is to use two separate spacecraft, one with the lense(s), and the second with an X-ray camera. These two spacecrafts will then fly in a formation approximating a single rigid telescope. In order to achieve this configuration, the two spacecraft must maintain the formation a focal length distance apart, with centimeter level control, and sub-millimeter level knowledge requirements. Additionally, for the telescope to achieve sufficient exposure time, the system must keep the telescope axis pointed at a fixed target on the celestial sphere for durations on the order of a few hours. VTXO’s system architecture calls for two CubeSats to operate in a highly eccentric Earth orbit with one of the spacecraft’s traveling on a natural keplarian orbit. The second spacecraft will then fly on a "pseudo" orbit maintaining a fixed offset relative to the celestial sphere during observations. Observations with this system will occur near apogee where differential forces on the spacecrafts are minimal which in turn minimizes fuel consumption. The "pseudo" orbit where the second spacecraft is located is not quite a stable orbit requiring small continuous propulsion to maintain formation. This paper and presentation will overview VTXO’s system architecture, additionally it will look in depth at the formation flying techniques, including fuel consumption, and methods for establishing, and maintaining the formation. Currently, the growth of information and technology is rapid. It makes a lot of things in various fields including education becoming more effective and efficient. In education, one of its implementation which is a game is proven to be a useful tool to support conventional teaching methods and bring a more natural understanding of learning materials. Moreover, as a product of the popular culture in modern society, video game mirrors the general culture practice in real life and reflects it via its own culture inside the game. This makes a video game can give a contribution to the social construction of reality as it affects the player's view towards learning in real life and vice versa. From there, we see that there is an opportunity for learning about religion to be supported by its utilization to provide an interactive and fun learning experience. In this paper, we discuss how a video game is implemented to support religious learning. The game was developed with the scrum method where we surveyed to gather the user requirements before the design step. The game design was made by using the use case diagram and storyboard, and it was built using Unity version 2017.3.0f3. © 2019 IEEE.

In this paper, we propose a cybersecurity exercise system in a virtual computer environment. The human resource development for security fields is an urgent issue because of the threat of cyber-attacks, recently, is increasing, many incidents occurring, but there is a not enough security personnel to respond. Some universities and companies are conducting education using a commercial training system on the market. However, built and operates the training system is expensive, therefore difficult to use in higher education institutions and SMEs. However, to build and operates, the training system needs high cost, thus difficult to use in higher education institutions and SMEs. For this reason, we developed the CyExec: a cybersecurity exercise system consisting of a virtual computer environment using VirtualBox and Docker. We also implemented the WebGoat that is an OSS vulnerability diagnosis and learning program on the CyExec and developed an attack and defense exercise program.
