A multiobjective multi-item inventory control problem in fuzzy-rough environment using soft computing techniques

The optimal production and advertising policies for an inventory control system of multi-item multiobjective problem under a single management are formulated as an optimal control problem with resource constraints under inflation and discounting in fuzzy rough (Fu-Ro) environment. The objectives and constraints in Fu-Ro are made deterministic using fuzzy rough expected values method (EVM). Here, the production and advertisement rates are unknown and considered as control (decision) variables. The production, advertisement, and demand rates are functions of time t. Maximization of the total proceed from perfect and imperfect units and minimization of the total cost consisting of production, holding, and advertisement costs are formulated as optimal control problems and solved directly using multiobjective genetic algorithm (MOGA). In another method for solution, membership functions of the objectives are derived and the multi-objective problems are transformed to a single objective by the convex combination of the membership functions and then the problem is solved by generalized reduced gradient (GRG) method. Most general dynamics of an open quantum system is commonly represented by a quantum channel, which is a completely positive trace-preserving map (CPTP or Kraus map). Well-known are the representations of quantum channels by Choi matrices and by Kraus operator-sum representation (OSR). As was shown before, one can use Kraus OSR to parameterize quantum channels by points of a suitable quotient under the action of the unitary group of some complex Stiefel manifold. In this work, we establish a continuity relation (homeomorphism) between the topological space of quantum channels and the quotient of the complex Stiefel manifold. Then the metric on the set of quantum channels induced by the Riemannian metric on the Stiefel manifold is defined. The established relation can be applied to various quantum optimization problems. An overview of existing urban software mobile applications of the transport and economic direction is given. A model of a functional rationalizer of consumer behavior is being built. The software model of the functional rationalizer of consumer behavior (SM FRCB) was developed for the first time. PMFRCB allows the user to expand the number of his preferred needs (occupations, activities) during the daily cycle through intelligent recommendations. Also, SM FRCB allows you to optimize needs (activities, activities) at the cost and rate of their use. The SM FRCB is made in Python_3 using the libraries matplotlib, collections, numpy, pyplot, mplot3d. The analysis of consumer behavior before and after using the functional rationalizer model is carried out. The graphical results of a structural analysis of the costs of old and new consumer behavior, analysis of consumer behavior within the boundaries of the theory of possibilities and the model of transport behavior of a resident before and after applying the functional rationalizer model are presented. The prospects of further improving the SM FRCB are considered.

This article presents an experiment conducted among students of the Faculty of “Software Engineering” of the Urgench branch of TATU named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi. Teaching programming using online platforms in education has shown promising results in improving student outcomes. This article discusses the methodology used, the comparative results, and the impact of the platform on software education. The rapid adoption of online platforms in education has changed the way programming is taught, providing students with an interactive, hands-on learning environment. This shift is especially relevant in teaching programming, where real-time feedback and practice are essential to mastering algorithms and coding concepts. The study compared two groups: one was trained using the https://***/platform and the assignments were checked using this system, and the second group was trained using traditional methods. The results showed that students who used the online platform had a high level of mastery, which highlighted the effectiveness of integrating https://***/into programming education.

Background: Dermatologic diseases are one of the most frequent health conditions. The impact on the quality of life of patients is evident and the negative effects on health can range from psychological and physical incapacity to even death. Because of the serious impact that dermatologic diseases can have on one's health, prevention and treatment of these conditions should be urgently included in global health strategies. Advancing scientific knowledge about traditional techniques has been gaining acknowledgement due to the contributions they can provide to global health. Objective: This study aims to analyse the current evidence on the effectiveness of traditional Chinese phytopharmacology (herbal medicine) on dermatologic conditions and to inform potential applications within western healthcare settings. Methodology: A systematic literature search was conducted in PubMed, Cochrane, Science Direct and Scielo databases to identify randomized clinical trials on Chinese herbal medicine for dermatologic conditions. Studies with low or moderate quality were excluded. Results: Our literature search yielded 151 studies, 135 after the removal of duplicates. After title and abstract screening, 38 studies were selected for retrieval. Full-text and quality assessment was performed on 33 studies, and 18 studies were included in the final analysis. Conclusions: Evidence suggests that Chinese phytopharmacology can be used as a complementary treatment for some dermatologic conditions. Major benefits seem to exist due to the presence of components that possess anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and anti-inflammatory action, as well as immunomodulatory effects. More studies should be conducted to confirm the complementary benefits of Chinese phytopharmacology for dermatologic conditions. Evaluating student performance is important for universities and institutions in the current student education landscape because it helps them create models that work better for students. The automation of various features related to fundamental student traits and behaviours that manage massive amounts of data efficiently processes these. To handle student records that included information about students' behaviour and how it related to their academic performance, the companies employed models of classification with mining concepts. Additionally, the quality of result classification can be substantially improved by using learning analytics and Educational Data Mining (EDM). The educational establishments are making an effort to lower the low student performance. To address this issue, numerous methods for assessing student performance have been devised, allowing the relevant faculties to intervene and enhance the final product. Three classes—Low Performance Student, Average Student, and Smart Student—were created using the K-Mean Clustering methodology for classifying student records. Features including grade point, number of deficits, student attendance, medium of education, and board of education are taken into account when classifying the data. In this case, the WEKA tool is also utilized for implementing the model and outcome assessments.

The increasing prevalence of botnet attacks in IoT networks has led to the development of deep learning techniques for their detection. However, conventional centralized deep learning models pose challenges in simultaneously ensuring user data privacy and detecting botnet attacks. To address this issue, this study evaluates the efficacy of Federated Learning (FL) in detecting IoT malware traffic while preserving user privacy. The study employs N-BaIoT, a dataset of real-world IoT network traffic infected by malware, and compares the effectiveness of FL models using Convolutional Neural Network, Long Short-Term Memory, and Gated Recurrent Unit models with a centralized approach. The results indicate that FL can achieve high performance in detecting abnormal traffic in IoT networks, with the CNN model yielding the best results among the three models evaluated. The study recommends the use of FL for IoT malware traffic detection due to its ability to preserve data privacy.

This article presents a comprehensive methodology for enhancing the capabilities of conversational AI systems, focusing on ChatGPT, through the integration of ontology-driven structured prompts and meta-learning techniques. The proposed approach, exemplified by the RDWE OntoChatGPT system, demonstrates significant potential for improving productivity and expanding knowledge bases in specific subject domains and languages. By formalizing methods for creating and configuring structured prompts and context ontologies, the system enables ChatGPT to provide specific information using selected contexts, thereby enhancing its performance in handling data across diverse linguistic and domain contexts. Through empirical testing, the study evaluates the system’s effectiveness in providing accurate responses while also highlighting areas for further refinement. The methodology’s adaptability to other conversational AI systems based on large language models underscores its potential for broader application in natural language processing and dialogue systems. Future enhancements aim to refine structured prompts and incorporate additional input data to further improve system performance and accuracy. Overall, this research contributes to advancing the capabilities of conversational AI systems, paving the way for more sophisticated and effective human-computer interactions in various domains. © 2024, CC BY-SA.
