Morphological synthesis is a key aspect of natural language processing that focuses on the generation of word forms from their base components - roots, stems, prefixes, affixes, and inflectional morphemes. It plays a crucial role in understanding and generating various grammatical forms of words in different languages. This process is essential for tasks such as machine translation, speech synthesis, text generation, and information retrieval. In agglutinative languages, words are formed by stringing together affixes that each represent a single grammatical function. Each morpheme retains its distinct meaning and function, making synthesis relatively predictable. In this article, using Kyrgyz as an example, we have examined the rules governing the attachment of affixes to words and assessed whether these affixes are correctly attached or if there are issues with morphological synthesis. This is, of course, a very topical issue. Because the first step in the problems of artificial intelligence is to pay attention to the features and ways of language creation.

Blood is vital for transporting oxygen, nutrients, and hormones to all body parts as it circulates through arteries and veins. It removes carbon dioxide, regulates body temperature, and maintains the body's immune system. Individuals constantly need blood and its derivatives to save their lives and improve their health through medical treatments and surgical operations. Liver diseases are one of the diseases that affects the health of individuals and requires blood to continue living. These diseases cause significant damage to people's health, and early diagnosis plays a crucial role in saving lives. In this paper, machine learning algorithms (support vector machine and random forest) are involved in detecting liver diseases and determining whether donors are suitable to donate blood from blood values. This paper is applied research that found that the performance measures of the random forest algorithm achieved excellent performance in identifying suitable people to donate blood. © The Institution of Engineering & technology 2023.

orthogonal and quasi-orthogonal matrices with a limited number of element values and structured in some way are of considerable interest for many technical applications related to image processing and signal coding. The paper classifies and considers cyclic matrices and matrices with cyclic blocks. Descriptions of noise-resistant encoding methods of images and their protective masking using such matrices are given. Based on the analysis of the autocorrelation functions of new code sequences obtained from strings of modified cyclic quasi-orthogonal matrices and the simulation performed, numerical values of the quality parameters of the new code sequences are given. It is shown that their application makes it possible to reduce the maximum level of the side lobe of the aperiodic autocorrelation function, which allows us to conclude that their application is promising and that signal coding algorithms can be revised.

To improve the treatment of many diseases, continuous monitoring of the patient at home with the ability of doctors to interact with individual cases demands an increasing number of medical devices connected to the cloud. To support the doctor’s duties, such devices may benefit from AI-based diagnosis routines. In order for such devices to be approved and placed on the market, they need to comply with various legal, regulatory, economic, and social requirements. An integral part of these requirements is the protection of the patients’ data. In this paper, based on a current use case, we describe a workflow on how to identify risks and address their mitigations. To this end, we recall the relevant legal, regulatory, economic, and social data protection requirements. We pursue our findings on a Homecare OCT device that is intended to be used by elderly patients on a daily basis, by taking images of their eyes and sending them for further analysis to a cloud- and AI-based system. The patient’s ophthalmologist gets notified for further dedicated treatment depending on the result. To perform the risk management, we describe (i) the architecture of the homecare system, (ii) analyze its data flow, (iii) discuss several vectors of attack, and (iv) propose ways to mitigate the risks. © 2022 Copyright for this paper by its authors.

Machine learning technique is full-fledged as a boosting sector to develop modeling and forecasting of complex time series observations in the present environment. This study made an attempt to inspect the future performance of rainfall data and vapor in Chelyabinsk by using a machine learning technique. The data series is divided into a training set (60%) and a test set (40%) for model developing a validation purpose. We further developed deep learning models such as, LSTM, BILSTM, GRU and compared on the basis of ME, RMSE, MAE, MPE, MAPE, ACF1 on the training data set. For testing data set, we compared these deep learning models based on RMSE. LSTM model acts as a superior machine learning model over BILSTM and GRU in this data series. Forecasting performance of these three models significantly at par. This finding may be significant to build a strong literature of the Chelyabinsk weather's forecast, which can be helpful for policy makers and researchers. Also, we strongly believe that, this work could be used as a literature adaptation of machine learning technique for complex time series over statistical models. © 2022 IET Conference Proceedings. the issue of ensuring the reliability of the functioning of global systems of remote online monitoring of the condition of patients is considered. Remote monitoring is in demand when supervision the health status of disabled people with cardiovascular diseases, pregnant women and children. It is especially in demand in the context of a pandemic and the accompanying restrictions on movement. Monitoring is carried out “transparently” for the patient, without involving him in the subtleties of the process of interaction with a medical institution, ensuring the preservation of his mobility due to the proposed concept of implementing a wearable online monitor device. The procedures of the online monitor initialization and distribution of functions in it are considered. Threats to the normal functioning of distributed systems with online monitors are presented, including existing problems of a general nature related mainly to global communications. Solutions are offered to ensure reliable operation of wearable devices as part of online monitors.

The paper formulates an algorithm for searching the optimal temperature regime of the catalytic process in an ideal mixing reactor. The problem of optimal control of the catalytic process is formulated in a general form. To find its numerical solution, an algorithm based on the method of differential evolution is described. The algorithm allows to obtain an approximate solution of the optimization problem in a time acceptable from the practical point of view. A computational experiment for the dimerization process of alphamethylstyrene is carried out. The optimal temperature profile for achieving the maximum yield of reaction products – linear dimers – is obtained.

This article presents an experiment conducted among students of the Faculty of 'Software Engineering' of the Urgench branch of TATU named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi. Teaching programming using online platforms in education has shown promising results in improving student outcomes. This article discusses the methodology used, the comparative results, and the impact of the platform on software education. The rapid adoption of online platforms in education has changed the way programming is taught, providing students with an interactive, hands-on learning environment. This shift is especially relevant in teaching programming, where real-time feedback and practice are essential to mastering algorithms and coding concepts. The study compared two groups: one was trained using the https://***/platform and the assignments were checked using this system, and the second group was trained using traditional methods. The results showed that students who used the online platform had a high level of mastery, which highlighted the effectiveness of integrating https://***/into programming education. © 2024 IEEE.

The report considers the peculiarities of the distribution of computing resources in cloud systems. The most used classification of existing technologies of cloud services is considered. The advantages and disadvantages of such technologies are analyzed. The characteristic features of cloud computing that will need to be taken into account when allocating resources have been identified. IAAS technology has been shown to be most vulnerable to suboptimal resource allocation or reallocation. An expanded set of indicators for IAAS technology has been identified, including time-varying ones that need to be considered in resource allocation. Solving this problem will increase the efficiency of the use of cloud computing resources in general, increase application productivity and reduce the cost of infrastructure and its maintenance. © 2022 IEEE.
