Global trends indicate that the industrial development of countries requires increasingly larger energy resources. Energy resources that are most wildly used in industry are non-renewable natural resources. Therefore, the energy savings and the energy efficiency are given greater consideration. The advancement of information technology enables more frequent use of computer software tools such as BIM for this purpose. Computer-aided modeling makes it possible to simulate buildings and processes needed to achieve the result before they actually take place. On account of the flow theory of plastically compressible media formulas based on moisture-elasticity and plasticity model for strain analysis of dangerously hydrated loess ground are presented. For derivation of the constitutive equations of moisture transfer P. Ya. Polubarinova-Kochina's formula, Darcy's law for filtration rate and S.F. Averyanov to calculate the parameters at partial water saturation were considered. To estimate stress strain behaviour in subsiding building foundations, a finite element method and iterative methods are applied. The constitutive equation for plastic straining of dilating media is given. At each iterative step a linear problem is solved for soil ground with variable stress-strain properties that depend on a stress-strain state from the previous step. The parameters of matrix for stress-strain properties can be calculated during stabilometrical field tests or by processing the statistical relationship between strain and strength properties. The results of numerical studies and large-scale field tests, performed on experimental area of collapsible loess soil are compared. It is indicated that nonlinearly strained loess foundations of buildings must be regarded under partial saturation conditions, during dangerous hydration process and during stress field and humidity interaction in the course of moisture transfer.

The volumetric flow rate of the second-phase project of the sewage treatment plant in a certain northern city is designed to be 8×104m3/d with the value of average influent BOD5being 110mg/L and that of average influent TN being 45mg/L, which indicates that the carbon source is far from insufficient. Bardenpho is adopted as the major process of the sewage treatment plant, and efficient suspension filler is added to the first aerobic pool. The Bardenpho process with synchronous nitrogen and phosphorus removal function is characterized by long denitrification sludge age and full use of the carbon source in the zooglea microorganism. The addition of efficient suspension filler into the aerobic pool can increase the amount of micro-organisms and strengthen the nitrification. The combination of the two can ensure a good effect of nitrogen and phosphorus removal without additional carbon source when the carbon source from the influent is insufficient.

Systematization of scientific research and their elements imply that the purpose of scientific research is comprehensive study of an object, process or the phenomenon, their structure, communications and the relations on the basis of the principles again found or known to science and methods of knowledge, and also obtaining and implementation in practice of a construction reorganization of objects buildings high-rise constructions and their internal rooms of results of a research of technogenic impacts, useful to the person, and the new methods of the organization of a labor activity and its elements corresponding to these results. Feasibility and need of modeling of technogenic impacts as important element of management of a construction reorganization of objects for the purpose of providing competitiveness of the proposed organizational technology solutions, it is caused by a variety of reasons: • fixed increase of scales, complexity and interrelations in systems that leads to increase of complexity of objects of management; • increase in uncertainty in knowledge of real-life technogenic impacts because of intentional or accidental misstatement of information; • dynamics of change of political decisions or economic country situation, legal and legal base of activities; • change of patterns of ownership and increase in responsibility of the owner for results of activities; • moral and physical aging of an active part of business assets and housing; • change of the status of the person in system when often it is considered not as the determining component and as an account resource. These reasons increase relevance of forecasting of technogenic impacts, planning of methods of their accounting and management of them for the purpose of achievement of necessary level of competitiveness of the proposed organizational technology solutions of a reorganization of objects.
