Blockchain technology is praised for its decentralization, anonymity, and tamper-proof nature, but its complex architecture has led to numerous attacks, particularly against smart contracts. These attacks have caused significant economic losses and hindered the development of blockchain technology. Therefore, research on smart contract vulnerability detection methods has significant practical and application value. Existing detection technologies (such as symbolic execution, formal verification, and so on) have limitations, including heavy reliance on contract source code and incomplete feature extraction. This paper proposes a fully automated smart contract vulnerability detection method based on Bic-RL(Smart contracts Detection Based on Bicubic interpolation and Deep Residual Neural Networks - Long short-term memory) to address these issues. This method not only simplifies the data processing process but also realizes the complete feature extraction and ensures the high efficiency of detection performance. Performance evaluation shows this method has higher detection accuracy and generalization ability, with an accuracy rate of 84.5%.

To let the state-of-the-art end-to-end ASR model enjoy data efficiency, as well as much more unpaired text data by multi-modal training, one needs to address two problems: 1) the synchronicity of feature sampling rates between speech and language (aka text data); 2) the homogeneity of the learned representations from two encoders. In this paper we propose to employ a novel bidirectional attention mechanism (BiAM) to jointly learn both ASR encoder (bottom layers) and text encoder with a multi-modal learning method. The BiAM is to facilitate feature sampling rate exchange, realizing the quality of the transformed features for the one kind to be measured in another space, with diversified objective functions. As a result, the speech representations are enriched with more linguistic information, while the representations generated by the text encoder are more similar to corresponding speech ones, and therefore the shared ASR models are more amenable for unpaired text data pretraining. To validate the efficacy of the proposed method, we perform two categories of experiments with or without extra unpaired text data. Experimental results on Librispeech corpus show it can achieve up to 6.15% word error rate reduction (WERR) with only paired data learning, while 9.23% WERR when more unpaired text data is employed 1 .

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a natural, safe, and effective therapeutic approach with widespread application worldwide. The unique diagnostic methods of TCM often require a comprehensive analysis of patient information, much of which is contained in clinical text. Numerous studies have demonstrated the effectiveness of natural language processing (NLP) techniques in TCM disease classification. Therefore, this paper focuses on the task of TCM syndrome differentiation, proposing a novel matching score calculation method and a new label attention calculation method to assist the model in focusing on the relationship between TCM syndrome and disease symptom. Specifically, we enhance the model’s attention to the uniqueness of the relationship between TCM syndrome and symptom by introducing a finer-grained token-level matching score. Simultaneously, we improve the model’s attention to the generality of the relationship between TCM syndrome and symptom through a more global label attention mechanism. Additionally, we observe a severe long-tail problem in the dataset. To alleviate this issue, we propose the use of focal loss to help the model pay more attention to challenging samples. Extensive experiments on the TCM-SD dataset indicate that our approach significantly outperforms state-of-the-art baselines 1 .

Transformer RGBT Tracking with Spatio-Temporal Multimodal Tokens

Many RGBT tracking researches primarily focus on modal fusion design, while overlooking the effective handling of target appearance changes. While some approaches have introduced historical frames or fuse and replace initial templates to incorporate temporal information, they have the risk of disrupting the original target appearance and accumulating errors over time. To alleviate these limitations, we propose a novel Transformer RGBT tracking approach, which mixes spatio-temporal multimodal tokens from the static multimodal templates and multimodal search regions in Transformer to handle target appearance changes, for robust RGBT tracking. We introduce independent dynamic template tokens to interact with the search region, embedding temporal information to address appearance changes, while also retaining the involvement of the initial static template tokens in the joint feature extraction process to ensure the preservation of the original reliable target appearance information that prevent deviations from the target appearance caused by traditional temporal updates. We also use attention mechanisms to enhance the target features of multimodal template tokens by incorporating supplementary modal cues, and make the multimodal search region tokens interact with multimodal dynamic template tokens via attention mechanisms, which facilitates the conveyance of multimodal-enhanced target change information. Our module is inserted into the transformer backbone network and inherits joint feature extraction, search-template matching, and cross-modal interaction. Extensive experiments on three RGBT benchmark datasets show that the proposed approach maintains competitive performance compared to other state-of-the-art tracking algorithms while running at 39.1 FPS. Joint Optimization of Deployment and Trajectory in UAV and IRS-Assisted IoT Data Collection System

Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) can be applied in many Internet of Things (IoT) systems, e.g., smart farms, as a data collection platform. However, the UAV-IoT wireless channels may be occasionally blocked by trees or high-rise buildings. Intelligent reflecting surface (IRS) can be applied to improve the wireless channel quality by smartly reflecting the signal via a large number of low-cost passive reflective elements. This paper aims to minimize the energy consumption of the system by jointly optimizing the deployment and trajectory of the UAV. The problem can be formulated as a mixed-integer- and-nonlinear-programming (MINLP), which is difficult to be addressed by the traditional solution, which may be easily fall into the local optimal. To address this issue, we propose a Joint Optimization framework of depLoyment and Trajectory (JOLT), where an adaptive whale optimization algorithm (AWOA) is applied to optimize the deployment of the UAV, and an elastic ring self-organizing map (ERSOM) is introduced to optimize the trajectory of the UAV. Specifically, in AWOA, a variable-length population strategy is applied to find the optimal number of stop points, and a nonlinear parameter a and a partial mutation rule are introduced to balance the exploration and exploitation. In ERSOM, a competitive neural network is also introduced to learn the trajectory of the UAV by competitive learning, and a ring structure is presented to avoid the trajectory intersection. With the widespread use of escalators in daily life, escalator-related injury factors are threatening public health. To secure escalator system, most of existing studies focus on post hoc statistics and trend to fix these deficiencies to reduce escalator-related potential risks. However, they are not designed for early-stage detection of impending escalator unsafe factors. To solve this problem, this paper proposes an improved Single Shot MultiBox Detector (SSD) algorithm for anomaly detection of passenger posture on escalators. Firstly, we replace the widely used VGG16 backbone of SSD network by simpler MobileNetV2 to accelerate model inference. Secondly, the distance intersection over Union (DIoU) loss function is introduced to further improve performance. Based on the characteristics of IoU and considering the shortcomings of GIoU, DIoU directly regresses the Euclidean distance between the center points of the two boxes to accelerate the convergence. The experimental results show that the improved SSD escalator passenger posture anomaly detection algorithm can efficiently identify the dangerous posture of escalator passengers and start relevant safety protection measures. According to inference of model, the escalator system can be controlled in practice to formulate the corresponding safety protection measures, and improve the safety performance of the escalator operation.

3D anomaly detection has recently become a significant focus in computer vision. Several advanced methods have achieved satisfying anomaly detection performance. However, they typically concentrate on the external structure of 3D samples and struggle to leverage the internal information embedded within samples. Inspired by the basic intuition of why not look inside for more, we introduce a straightforward method named Internal Spatial Modality Perception (ISMP) to explore the feature representation from internal views fully. Specifically, our proposed ISMP consists of a critical perception module, Spatial Insight Engine (SIE), which abstracts complex internal information of point clouds into essential global features. Besides, to better align structural information with point data, we propose an enhanced key point feature extraction module for amplifying spatial structure feature representation. Simultaneously, a novel feature filtering module is incorporated to reduce noise and redundant features for further aligning precise spatial structure. Extensive experiments validate the effectiveness of our proposed method, achieving object-level and pixel-level AUROC improvements of 4.2% and 13.1%, respectively, on the Real3D-AD benchmarks. Note that the strong generalization ability of SIE has been theoretically proven and is verified in both classification and segmentation tasks. © 2025, Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence (***). In recent years, research has illuminated the potency of implicit data processing in enhancing user preferences. Nevertheless, barriers remain in breaking through the constraints of implicit information. This study aims to bridge this gap by firstly constructing a triangular stable node network model, tailored to manage implicit information with precision. Recognizing the challenge of pinpointing novel structures within large-scale graphs, we propose SLTSNN— a triangular stable node network based on self-supervised learning for personalized prediction. SLTSNN innovates by maximizing mutual information between graph-level and patch-level representations, while augmenting graph representations through extended enhanced representations. Additionally, it incorporates triangular data associations and introduces a triangular allocation attention network, which emphasizes strongly correlated preference features among similar users. Furthermore, SLTSNN employs contrastive learning to maximize mutual information between graph vectors and hidden representations, distinguishing between high-order global and local representations. The model’s effectiveness in enhancing user preferences and capturing new graph structures is evidenced by its performance on hit rate and normalized discounted cumulative gain metrics across three datasets.

Accurately identifying real anomalies and pseudo-anomalies in complex multi-dimensional time series data has been a difficult problem in time series anomaly detection. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a new framework, STAD, that joint temporal and spatial dimensions. This framework guides the model to capture the correlation information between channels It also aims to learn the deep feature representation of sequences by mining potential information in the spatialtemporal dimension. It can effectively distinguish between true and false anomalies by comparing information from spatial and temporal dimensions. STAD identifies and integrates correlated channels by using a correlation aggregation mechanism to join multiple channels and detect *** addition, the KAN mixer designed in this paper can effectively extract features from different spatial locations in the spatial-temporal dimension. Through extensive experiments on several public datasets, STAD demonstrates its superiority in terms of accuracy and robustness.
