In order to improve the autonomous penetration capability of aircraft, a method for generating aircraft maneuver avoidance strategies based on deep reinforcement learning is proposed. In order to solve the sparse reward problem of penetration reinforcement learning, the initialization process and sampling method of deep Q Network are improved, and the convergence efficiency of the learning algorithm is improved. Firstly, a penetration threat scene and an offensive and defensive confrontation motion model are established, and the relative motion state of the interceptor and the typical maneuver mode of the balanced flight section are selected as the state space and the action space. In the learning process, the aircraft is used as an agent to perform a reinforcement learning exploration process through confrontation simulations to train the maneuver value network so that it can finally make autonomous decisions based on the threat situation. Finally, the simulation experiment results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper can effectively generate maneuver penetration strategies and support the intelligent game of aircraft. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

We present GALA3D, generative 3D GAussians with LAyout-guided control, for effective compositional text-to-3D generation. We first utilize large language models (LLMs) to generate the initial layout and introduce a layout-guided 3D Gaussian representation for 3D content generation with adaptive geometric constraints. We then propose an instance-scene compositional optimization mechanism with conditioned diffusion to collaboratively generate realistic 3D scenes with consistent geometry, texture, scale, and accurate interactions among multiple objects while simultaneously adjusting the coarse layout priors extracted from the LLMs to align with the generated scene. Experiments show that GALA3D is a user-friendly, end-to-end framework for state-of-the-art scene-level 3D content generation and controllable editing while ensuring the high fidelity of object-level entities within the scene. Causal and Local Correlations Based Network for Multivariate Time Series Classification

Recently, time series classification has attracted the attention of a large number of researchers, and hundreds of methods have been proposed. However, these methods often ignore the spatial correlations among dimensions and the local correlations among features. To address this issue, the causal and local correlations based network (CaLoNet) is proposed in this study for multivariate time series classification. First, pairwise spatial correlations between dimensions are modeled using causality modeling to obtain the graph structure. Then, a relationship extraction network is used to fuse local correlations to obtain long-term dependency features. Finally, the graph structure and long-term dependency features are integrated into the graph neural network. Experiments on the UEA datasets show that CaLoNet can obtain competitive performance compared with state-of-the-art methods. © 2024, CC BY.

Deep neural networks(DNNs)are widely used in real-world applications,thanks to their exceptional performance in image ***,their vulnerability to attacks,such as Trojan and data poison,can compromise the integrity and stability of DNN ***,it is crucial to verify the integrity of DNN models to ensure their *** research on model watermarking for integrity detection has encountered the issue of overexposure of model parameters during embedding and extraction of the *** address this problem,we propose a novel score-based black-box DNN fragile watermarking framework called fragile trigger generation(FTG).The FTG framework only requires the prediction probability distribution of the final output of the classifier during the watermarking *** generates different fragile samples as the trigger,based on the classification prediction probability of the target classifier and a specified prediction probability mask to watermark *** prediction probability masks can promote the generation of fragile samples in corresponding distribution *** whole watermarking process does not affect the performance of the target *** verifying the watermarking information,the FTG only needs to compare the prediction results of the model on the samples with the previous *** a result,the required model parameter information is reduced,and the FTG only needs a few samples to detect slight modifications in the *** results demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed method and show its superiority over related *** FTG framework provides a robust solution for verifying the integrity of DNN models,and its effectiveness in detecting slight modifications makes it a valuable tool for ensuring the security and stability of DNN applications.

This paper presents our solution for the 2nd COVID-19 Competition, occurring in the framework of the AIMIA Workshop at the European Conference on computer Vision (ECCV 2022). In our approach, we employ the winning solution last year which uses a strong 3D Contrastive Mixup Classification network (CMC_v1) as the baseline method, composed of contrastive representation learning and mixup classification. In this paper, we propose CMC_v2 by introducing natural video priors to COVID-19 diagnosis. Specifically, we adapt a pre-trained (on video dataset) video transformer backbone to COVID-19 detection. Moreover, advanced training strategies, including hybrid mixup and cutmix, slice-level augmentation, and small resolution training are also utilized to boost the robustness and the generalization ability of the model. Among 14 participating teams, CMC_v2 ranked 1st in the 2nd COVID-19 Competition with an average Macro F1 Score of 89.11%. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

Photonics-aided millimeter wave (MMW) Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) system is a novel approach to realize the joint radar and communication system. The phase noise introduced by the laser will degrade the system performance. In this paper, we analyze the mechanism of phase noise acting on OFDM radar system. A method that combines chirp-Z transform (CZT) and compensation enabled by a reference signal is adopted to improve the velocity accuracy. RF pilot (RFP) and blind phase search (BPS) algorithm are adopted to improve communication performance. A simulation is demonstrated at 30 GHz with 2 GHz communication bandwidth. A twodimensional radar imaging with a range resolution of 0.075 m and velocity resolution of 0.980 m/s and a communication capacity of 6.4 Gbps are obtained in the proposed joint radar and communication system. © 2023 IEEE.

Linear Graph Convolutional Networks (GCNs) are used to classify the node in the graph data. However, we note that most existing linear GCN models perform neural network operations in Euclidean space, which do not explicitly capture the tree-like hierarchical structure exhibited in real-world datasets that modeled as graphs. In this paper, we attempt to introduce hyperbolic space into linear GCN and propose a novel framework for Lorentzian linear GCN. Specifically, we map the learned features of graph nodes into hyperbolic space, and then perform a Lorentzian linear feature transformation to capture the underlying tree-like structure of data. Experimental results on standard citation networks datasets with semi-supervised learning show that our approach yields new state-of-the-art results of accuracy 74.7% on Citeseer and 81.3% on PubMed datasets. Furthermore, we observe that our approach can be trained up to two orders of magnitude faster than other nonlinear GCN models on PubMed dataset. sEMG (surface electromyography) signal control of bionic prostheses has been widely studied over the past few years. In particular, sparse sEMG signals are rapidly developing in the field of gesture recognition for their convenience, noninvasiveness, and ease of access. However, compared with high-density EMG signals, sparse EMG signals lack rich feature information, which in turn affects gesture recognition accuracy. In order to reduce the loss of feature information of sparse EMG signals in the spatio-temporal dimension, this paper proposes a hybrid neural network Res-LSTM combining residual network and long short-term memory network. The ordinary convolutional blocks in the CNN network are replaced with residual blocks, and the final fully connected layer is removed and a constant mapping layer is added to adequate extraction of spatial feature information of the data. The Res layer’s output is utilized as the input for the long and short-term memory (LSTM) network, which further extracts the features of the data in the temporal dimension, and finally completes the categorization output through a fully connected layer. The average accuracy of 91.11% for gesture-motion classification was verified by training on a homebrew dataset;and tested on a public dataset, NinaPro DB1, with an average accuracy of 91.03%. The experimental findings indicate that the proposed Res-LSTM network framework contributes to solving the problem of lack of feature information of sparse sEMG signals and improves the pattern recognition accuracy. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2025.

The Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Status Identification plays an important role in TCM diagnosis and prescription recommendation. In this paper, we propose a method of Status Identification via Graph Attention Network, named SIGAT, which captures the complex medical correlation in the symptom-syndrome graph. More specifically, we construct a symptom-syndrome graph in that symptoms are taken as nodes and the edges are connected by syndromes. And we realize automatic induction of symptom to state element classification by using the attention mechanism and perceptron classifier. Finally, we conduct experiments by using hamming loss, coverage, 0/1 error, ranking loss, average precision, macro-F1 score, and micro-F1 score as evaluation metrics. The results demonstrate that the SIGAT model outperforms comparison algorithms on Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription Dictionary dataset. The case study results suggest that the proposed method is a valuable way to identify the state element. The application of the graph attention network classification algorithm in TCM health status identification is of high precision and methodological feasibility. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

Ranking the spreading influence of nodes is of great importance for controlling the spreading process on networks. Although a few measures are proposed for ranking nodes in weighted networks, it is still a challenge in accurately and efficiently ranking the spreading influence of nodes in weighted networks. In this paper, by utilizing both of the local and global topological structure information, a novel method is proposed. First, we define a local average weight (LAW) to describe the local topological structure information of nodes. Second, partly based on the link diversity, we define an average normalized link entropy (ANLE) to describe the global topological structure information of nodes. Further, by combining the LAW and ANLE, we propose a novel ranking measure termed as LAW-ANLE (LA) centrality. The proposed LA is verified by extensive experiments on a series of networks, and the results show that the LA is feasible and effective in accurately ranking the spreading influence of nodes.
