In an effort to the problem of insufficient tracking performance of the Fully-convolutional Siamese network (SiamFC) in complex scenarios, a dual attention mechanism object tracking algorithm based on the Fully-convolutional Siamese network is proposed to improve the generalization capability of the tracker by ameliorating the robustness of the template characteristics. Firstly, a global context attention module is appended after the backbone network of SiamFC to ameliorate the power of original feature extraction from two dimensions of spatial and channel. Then, a coordinate attention module is introduced to augment the capability of feature extraction in the channel dimension. Finally, the model of the proposed algorithm is trained on the Got-10k dataset. Five related algorithms are tested on the OTB2015 dataset, the results of experiments manifest that our algorithm outperforms the baseline trackers, the success and precision rate of the proposed algorithm are improved by 3.3% and 6.3%. The average tracking speed is 145FPS, which can demand the requirement of real-time tracking.

As cloud computing gains widespread adoption, cloud storage services have become the primary means of data management for users. Authenticated data structures (ADS) are a novel computational model designed to address data authentication problems in distributed environments. With the growing demand for robust data security, vulnerability detection in storage systems has become a critical area of focus to ensure resilience against potential threats. However, traditional ADS, while ensuring consistency between cloud data and source data, have limitations in handling dynamic data operations on multiple types of files, storage space expansion, and single-point failure issues. To tackle these issues, this paper proposes a blockchain-assisted classifiable data auditing scheme with dynamic operations. First, trapdoor hash functions are used to construct a binary tree. During dynamic data operations, the impact of hash updates is confined to a subset of nodes, ensuring global stability and reducing computational resource consumption. Second, innovative data structures and verification mechanisms are introduced, reducing the risk of single-point failures by decentralizing the dependency on verification paths. Finally, data types are confirmed based on data identifiers, and corresponding path information is recorded, enabling efficient and rapid dynamic operations on specific types of files within multi-source data. Both security analysis and performance assessment demonstrate that BCDAS conducts data auditing for with reliability and efficiency.

Biphasic face photo-sketch synthesis has significant practical value in wide-ranging fields such as digital entertainment and law enforcement. Previous approaches directly generate the photo-sketch in a global view, they always suffer from the low quality of sketches and complex photo variations, leading to unnatural and low-fidelity results. In this paper, we propose a novel Semantic-Driven Generative Adversarial Network to address the above issues, cooperating with Graph Representation Learning. Considering that human faces have distinct spatial structures, we first inject class-wise semantic layouts into the generator to provide style-based spatial information for synthesized face photos and sketches. Additionally, to enhance the authenticity of details in generated faces, we construct two types of representational graphs via semantic parsing maps upon input faces, dubbed the IntrA-class Semantic Graph (IASG) and the InteR-class Structure Graph (IRSG). Specifically, the IASG effectively models the intra-class semantic correlations of each facial semantic component, thus producing realistic facial details. To preserve the generated faces being more structure-coordinated, the IRSG models inter-class structural relations among every facial component by graph representation learning. To further enhance the perceptual quality of synthesized images, we present a biphasic interactive cycle training strategy by fully taking advantage of the multi-level feature consistency between the photo and sketch. SPKLIP: Aligning Spike Video Streams with Natural Language

Spike cameras offer unique sensing capabilities but their sparse, asynchronous output challenges semantic understanding, especially for Spike Video-Language Alignment (Spike-VLA) where models like CLIP underperform due to modality mismatch. We introduce SPKLIP, the first architecture specifically for Spike-VLA. SPKLIP employs a hierarchical spike feature extractor that adaptively models multi-scale temporal dynamics in event streams, and uses spike-text contrastive learning to directly align spike video with language, enabling effective few-shot learning. A full-spiking visual encoder variant, integrating SNN components into our pipeline, demonstrates enhanced energy efficiency. Experiments show state-of-the-art performance on benchmark spike datasets and strong few-shot generalization on a newly contributed real-world dataset. SPKLIP’s energy efficiency highlights its potential for neuromorphic deployment, advancing event-based multimodal research. The source code and dataset are available at [link removed for anonymity]. In terms of the generative process, the Gamma-Gamma-Poisson Process (G2PP) is equivalent to the nonparametric topic model of Hierarchical Dirichlet Process (HDP). Considering the high computational cost of estimating parameters in HDP, a parallel G2PP was developed to generate topics efficiently via multi-threading. Unfortunately, the above model needs to predefine the number of topics. To address this issue, we first propose a Topic Self-Adaptive Model (TSAM) for nonparametric and parallel topic discovery. In TSAM, a monitor-executor mechanism is developed to manage the global topic information using a hierarchical structure of threads. Based on the apparatus of copulas, we further extend our TSAM to TSAMcop for coherent topic modeling by exploiting a copula guided parallel Gibbs sampling algorithm. Extensive experiments validate the effectiveness of both TSAM and TSAMcop.

Salient object detection (SOD) for optical remote sensing images (RSIs) aims at locating and extracting visually distinctive objects/regions from the optical RSIs. Despite some saliency models were proposed to solve the intrinsic problem of optical RSIs (such as complex background and scale-variant objects), the accuracy and completeness are still unsatisfactory. To this end, we propose a relational reasoning network with parallel multi-scale attention for SOD in optical RSIs in this paper. The relational reasoning module that integrates the spatial and the channel dimensions is designed to infer the semantic relationship by utilizing high-level encoder features, thereby promoting the generation of more complete detection results. The parallel multi-scale attention module is proposed to effectively restore the detail information and address the scale variation of salient objects by using the low-level features refined by multi-scale attention.
