In healthcare wireless sensor networks, there are a large number of sensors, which need to transmit a lot of information in real time. The aggregate signature scheme combines a great deal of signatures signed by different signers on different messages into one short signature, which greatly improves the efficiency of data transmission. In this paper, we present a scheme of certificate based aggregate signature, and prove its security in the random oracle model. The performance analysis shows that the scheme is efficient in sign and verify phase, and suitable for healthcare wireless sensor networks. © 2021, Taiwan Ubiquitous information. Robot localization using a previously built map is essential for a variety of tasks including highly accurate navigation and mobile manipulation. A popular approach to robot localization is based on image-to-point cloud registration, which combines illumination-invariant LiDAR-based mapping with economical image-based localization. However, the recent works for image-to-point cloud registration either divide the registration into separate modules or project the point cloud to the depth image to register the RGB and depth images. In this paper, we present I2PNet, a novel end-to-end 2D-3D registration network. I2PNet directly registers the raw 3D point cloud with the 2D RGB image using differential modules with a unique target. The 2D-3D cost volume module for differential 2D-3D association is proposed to bridge feature extraction and pose regression. 2D-3D cost volume module implicitly constructs the soft point-to-pixel correspondence on the intrinsic-independent normalized plane of the pinhole camera model. Moreover, we introduce an outlier mask prediction module to filter the outliers in the 2D-3D association before pose regression. Furthermore, we propose the coarse-to-fine 2D-3D registration architecture to increase localization accuracy. We conduct extensive localization experiments on the KITTI Odometry and nuScenes datasets. The results demonstrate that I2PNet outperforms the state-of-the-art by a large margin. In addition, I2PNet has a higher efficiency than the previous works and can perform the localization in real-time. Moreover, we extend the application of I2PNet to the camera-LiDAR online calibration and demonstrate that I2PNet outperforms recent approaches on the online calibration task. Space information networks (SIN) are facing an ever-increasing thirst for high-speed and high-capacity seamless data transmission due to the integration of ground, air, and space communications. However, this imposes a new paradigm on the architecture design of the integrated SIN. Recently, reconfigurable intelligent surfaces (RISs) and mobile edge computing (MEC) are the most promising techniques, conceived to improve communication and computation capability by reconfiguring the wireless propagation environment and offloading. Hence, converging RISs and MEC in SIN is becoming an effort to reap the double benefits of computation and communication. In this article, we propose an RIS-assisted collaborative MEC architecture for SIN and discuss its implementation. Then we present its potential benefits, major challenges, and feasible applications. Subsequently, we study different cases to evaluate the system data rate and latency. Finally, we conclude with a list of open issues in this research area. Copyright © 2021, The Authors. Real-time 3D human pose estimation is crucial for human-computer interaction. It is cheap and practical to estimate 3D human pose only from monocular video. However, recent bone splicing based 3D human pose estimation method brings about the problem of cumulative error. In this paper, the concept of virtual bones is proposed to solve such a challenge. The virtual bones are imaginary bones between non-adjacent joints. They do not exist in reality, but they bring new loop constraints for the estimation of 3D human joints. The proposed network in this paper predicts real bones and virtual bones, simultaneously. The final length of real bones is constrained and learned by the loop constructed by the predicted real bones and virtual bones. Besides, the motion constraints of joints in consecutive frames are considered. The consistency between the 2D projected position displacement predicted by the network and the captured real 2D displacement by the camera is proposed as a new projection consistency loss for the learning of 3D human pose. The experiments on the Human3.6M dataset demonstrate the good performance of the proposed method. Ablation studies demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed inter-frame projection consistency constraints and intra-frame loop constraints. Copyright © 2021, The Authors. All rights reserved.

With the release of country's 2020 new infrastructure projects, the increasing demand for electricity in various projects has further promoted the intelligent upgrade of the power grid. The processing of grid data at the edge has become one of the future trends of next generation grid. In the field of power grid edge time series data prediction, the inability to obtain the variable characteristics of other systems and the uncertainty of the length of various edge input data, this paper proposes a Seq2seq prediction model based on a Bi-directional Long Short Term Memory (Bi-LSTM). Bi-LSTM can make full use of contextual information to achieve a more accurate prediction effect. The Seq2Seq model can process variable-length sequence data. In this paper, Seq2Seq model and BI-LSTM model are combined to solve the problem of uncertain edge length and univariate prediction. At the same time, in order to solve the information loss caused by Seq2Seq in the encoding stage, the Attention mechanism is introduced, it can compute the allocation of resources to more important tasks while addressing the problem of information overload. Through experimental research, it is found that the proposed ABSeq2Seq model is superior to other classic models in univariate prediction, and it has the better generalization for various types of data. We have proved its effectiveness in the single variable power prediction.

Xinjiang agriculture faces significant challenges due to water resource scarcity and uneven distribution, making accurate predictions of irrigation's impact on cotton yield crucial for decision-making. Existing studies primarily examine the relationship between irrigation and soil but often overlook the combined effects of irrigation networks, time constraints, and the interactions between crop growth patterns, weather, soil, and irrigation strategies. This study integrates the Decision Support System for Agrotechnology Transfer (DSSAT) model with machine learning models, accounting for weather, soil, crop conditions, and irrigation time constraints, to propose an intelligent irrigation decision-making framework. Meteorological data from 1980 to 2024, 13 sets of soil data, and field experiments conducted in 2023 and 2024 were used to calibrate the DSSAT model (with a calibration rate of 0.856). Additionally, water channel quota time constraints were established to determine the optimal irrigation timing. The framework analyzes the interactions between weather, soil, irrigation strategies, and other factors, enhancing cotton yield prediction. The results indicate that the intelligent decision-making algorithm outperforms traditional methods under data limitations, reducing the irrigation water consumption-yield ratio ( U i ) by 3.99 %, while increasing yield by 8.5 % to 9724 kg/ha, thus achieving both water-saving and yield-enhancing objectives. This research offers a refined solution for intelligent irrigation decision-making in cotton cultivation in arid regions and paves the way for the application of intelligent agricultural decision systems.

Hypergraph optimization for multi-structural geometric model fitting

Recently, some hypergraph-based methods have been proposed to deal with the problem of model fitting in computer vision, mainly due to the superior capability of hypergraph to represent the complex relationship between data points. However, a hypergraph becomes extremely complicated when the input data include a large number of data points (usually contaminated with noises and outliers), which will significantly increase the computational burden. In order to overcome the above problem, we propose a novel hypergraph optimization based model fitting (HOMF) method to construct a simple but effective hypergraph. Specifically, HOMF includes two main parts: an adaptive inlier estimation algorithm for vertex optimization and an iterative hyperedge optimization algorithm for hyperedge optimization. The proposed method is highly efficient, and it can obtain accurate model fitting results within a few iterations. Moreover, HOMF can then directly apply spectral clustering, to achieve good fitting performance. Extensive experimental results show that HOMF outperforms several state-of-the-art model fitting methods on both synthetic data and real images, especially in sampling efficiency and in handling data with severe outliers.
