Accurate multiclass object detection in remote sensing images is a challenging task, especially for small objects. Since the scales of objects in remote sensing images have a great variance, almost all of the advanced detection methods have shortcomings. Consequently, improving the accuracy of multiclass objects detection has always been the direction of researchers' efforts. In this paper, a spatial enhanced-Single Shot MultiBox Detector (SE-SSD) is proposed. First, to enhance the spatial information, we enlarge the input image channels with embedding oriented-gradients feature maps. Second, the multiple output layers in the backbone network are changed to reduce one pooling operation. Finally, we design a context module to enhance the receptive field for feature layer description in SE-SSD framework. Experimental results on DOTA dataset demonstrate that Spatial Enhanced-SSD method reaches a much higher mean average precision (mAP) than Faster R-CNN, SSD and other classic detection network.

Feature Pyramid Networks (FPN) is a popular feature extraction. However, FPN and its variants do not investigate the influence of resolution information and semantic information in the object detection. Thus, FPN and its variants cannot detect some objects on challenging images. In this paper, based on FPN, we propose to use gaussian kernel function to assign different weight values to semantic information and resolution information for different images in the object detection. The proposed method, is called a Weighted Feature Pyramid Network (WFPN), and shows significant improvement over the traditional feature pyramids in several applications. Using WFPN in Faster R-CNN system, the proposed method achieves better performance on the PASCAL detection benchmark.

In this paper, in the case of quantized communication and coupling delays, a novel quantized pinning control(QPC)law is designed to deal with the synchronization problem of complex dynamic networks(CDNs). Utilizing the Lyapunov method,non-smooth analysis tools and convex combination techniques, some sufficient criteria for achieving synchronization of CDNs with coupling delays are given. Finally, the effectiveness of the main results is demonstrated by presenting a simulation example.

This paper investigates the multisynchronization problem of a new class of delayed memristor-based neural networks(DMNNs). To address this problem, a class of feedback controller is designed. By employing the Lyapunov stability theory,the corresponding sufficient conditions for achieving multisynchronization of DMNNs with the presented feedback control are derived. It implies that multiple agreements of system responses are obtained via the dynamical evolution of the controlled DMNNs. Finally, a simulation experiment is presented to verify the validity and feasibility of the main result of the DMNNs.
