In order to reduce operation and maintenance expense and also increase the resource utilization rate,server consolidation and virtualization solutions have been adopted in modern cloud computingdata ***,the scheduling policies of virtual machine(VM) migration have been regarded as an effective method for energy *** this paper,we address the problem of VM consolidation in cloud data centers.A power aware scheduling algorithm THRUG,which is combined with a utilization threshold strategy and a VM selection policy,is *** tries to select the most appropriate VMs for migration each time when a physical machine(PM) is considered as being overloaded,such that the utilization of this PM is just not more than the utilization threshold,such that both the energy consumption and the number of VM migration can be *** experimental results show that compared with other algorithm,the proposed algorithm can effectively reduce the number of VM migrations as well as the energy consumption.

The MapReduce parallel and distributed computing framework has been widely applied in both academia and industry. MapReduce applications are divided into two steps: Map and Reduce. Then, the input data is divided into splits, which can be concurrently processed, and the amount of the splits determines the number of map tasks. In this paper, we present a regression-based method to compute the number of Map tasks as well as Reduce tasks such that the performance of the MapReduce application can be improved. The regression analysis is used to predict the executing time of MapReduce applications. Experimental results show that the proposed optimization method can effectively reduce the execution time of the applications.

With the development of information technology, many colleges and universities have established student information management system. The long-term operation of the student information management system will generate big data for colleges and universities. Moreover, there exists valuable information in the huge amount of data. Hence, it is necessary to use the data mining method to mine the massive data and get some valuable reference information so as to improve the teaching and management of students. In this paper, the Apriori algorithm is used to mine association rules of 34 courses of 100 students majoring in computer science and technology, so as to find out the correlation between courses and the factors that lead to the high or low grades of courses. R is used to conduct the experiment to discover the association rules, and the association rules are analyzed and discussed. The results of data mining on students' achievements in this work are expected to provide a reference for improving the teaching quality of computer science and technology courses.

Recently,object detection based on convolutional neural networks(CNNs)has developed *** backbone networks for basic feature extraction are an important component of the whole detection ***,we present a new feature extraction strategy in this paper,which name is *** this strategy,we design:1)a sandwich attention feature fusion module(SAFF module).Its purpose is to enhance the semantic information of shallow features and resolution of deep features,which is beneficial to small object detection after feature fusion.2)to add a new stage called D-block to alleviate the disadvantages of decreasing spatial resolution when the pooling layer increases the receptive *** method proposed in the new stage replaces the original method of obtaining the P6 feature map and uses the result as the input of the regional proposal network(RPN).In the experimental phase,we use the new strategy to extract *** experiment takes the public dataset of Microsoft Common Objects in Context(MS COCO)object detection and the dataset of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)image classification as the experimental object *** results show that the average recognition accuracy of COVID-19 in the classification dataset is improved to 98.163%,and small object detection in object detection tasks is improved by 4.0%.

Pulsar search is always the basis of pulsar navigation,gravitational wave detection and other research ***,the volume of pulsar candidates collected by the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST)shows an explosive growth rate that has brought challenges for its pulsar candidate filtering ***,the multi-view heterogeneous data and class imbalance between true pulsars and non-pulsar candidates have negative effects on traditional single-modal supervised classification *** this study,a multi-modal and semi-supervised learning based on a pulsar candidate sifting algorithm is presented,which adopts a hybrid ensemble clustering scheme of density-based and partition-based methods combined with a feature-level fusion strategy for input data and a data partition strategy for *** on both High Time Resolution Universe SurveyⅡ(HTRU2)and actual FAST observation data demonstrate that the proposed algorithm could excellently identify pulsars:On HTRU2,the precision and recall rates of its parallel mode reach0.981 and 0.988 *** FAST data,those of its parallel mode reach 0.891 and 0.961,meanwhile,the running time also significantly decreases with the increment of parallel nodes within ***,we can conclude that our algorithm could be a feasible idea for large scale pulsar candidate sifting for FAST drift scan observation.

Virtual Machine Consolidation (VMC) is an effective means to improve the resource utilization and reduce energy consumption of data centers. However, the VMC optimization that only considers energy consumption may lead to SLA (Service-Level Agreements) violations and thus fail to guarantee the QoS (Quality of Service) provided. Therefore, it is necessary to consider both energy saving and SLA violations in the process of VMC. In this paper, we propose an energy and SLA-aware VMC algorithm that considers both energy saving and SLA violation optimization in data centers. The proposed algorithm uses the local regression method to predict the utilization of virtual machines, based on which it determines whether the host will be overloaded, so as to make the decision of virtual machine migrations. The proposed VMC algorithm is evaluated with CloudSim toolkit. Simulation results demonstrate that our algorithm has good energy saving performance and can effectively reduce SLA violation in cloud data center. Considering energy consumption and SLA violation, the ESV can be reduced by 7.57% on average and 16.36% at most compared with other algorithms.
