The beam polling strategy is introduced in Nr system by 3GPP to achieve more flexible coverage, however, it may lead to SSB interference in same frequency and time slot. To solve this problem, this paper analyzes two interference optimization schemes, sub-beam separated by mod3 and sub-beam random configure scheme, and proposes an interference circumvent scheme based on user distribution and dynamic beam configuration(UddBC). The proposed scheme uses multiple ways to reducing the overlapping coverage probability and improving the accurate coverage rate. To evaluate beam level optimization scheme, a kind of sub-beam level simulation solution is also proposed. Simulation and actual network verification results show that the proposed UddBC optimization scheme has certain advantages in terms of interference reduction and coverage improvement, and it is feasible and practical to promote the actual network performance.

In the age of information explosion, the number of network packets generated every day is monotonically increasing. In order to analyze valuable data and improve the storage performance of traffic acquisition systems, a high-performance data processing system architecture is needed. In this paper, we propose designing a high-speed data acquisition system based on data characteristics and comparing the features and capabilities of standard memory management methods. In addition, we propose a length-adaptive memory management framework based on a hot-cold domain structure. We conclude that this system architecture is experimentally proven to have reasonable practicality and usability.

Cellular traffic prediction is an important problem in the field of communication management. In this paper, a cellular traffic prediction method CTSTN based on spatio-temporal learning is designed combining Transformer and Conditional Variational Auto-Encoder (CVAE). This paper explores the application of CVAE in the spatial states modeling and generating of cellular traffic data, constructs a spatial states dataset from the raw dataset, and designs an S-CVAE module to learn spatial characteristics of traffic data. Meanwhile, the Transformer is used to model temporal features of cellular traffic data. We conduct experiments and analyses on CTSTN and its sub-modules on real datasets. The results show the effectiveness of applying CVAE to spatial status prediction and validate the accuracy of CTSTN predictions.

There has always been an urgent demand for GIS graphic aesthetics technology among Smart Grid planner. This article proposes a distribution network GIS graphic beautification algorithm based on Tyson polygons. Firstly, several feeders with similar distances are merged into a single feeder group through buffering processing to obtain an envelope buffer zone; Then use the Tyson polygon to obtain the centerline of the buffer zone and the specific feeder segments contained in each "corridor", and arrange all feeder segments within this corridor at equal intervals; Then, the "forward and backward" method is used to obtain the connection relationship between the upper and lower segments of the entire feeder line. Finally, the relevant distribution equipment and switchgear are connected to their respective feeder segments, completing the beautification of the entire feeder line. This algorithm solves the technical difficulty of beautifying single line diagrams in distribution network GIS, enabling it to be directly used in the planning and compilation of geographical wiring diagrams in distribution networks.

Faced with the rapid growth of network traffic in the development of wireless network. To guarantee a better user experience in wireless network, the accurate and timely estimation of traffic is becoming more important. It is necessary to expand the network capabilities of 4G cells reasonably according to the future traffic growth trend of the cell. However, some cells face the traffic demand of small-scale users, which is more easily disturbed by seasonal changes and irregular factors than by a traditional traffic forecast. In this paper, we use the additive model of Bayesian seasonal adjustment algorithm to decompose the historical monthly traffic into trend, season, and irregular components. Finally, we use three models to predict the components and sum the predicted results to get the monthly traffic prediction results. The results show that the proposed method is reasonable and effective. The prediction results have been applied to the decision-making of expansion of 4G network.

At present, LTE network quality analysis is mainly based on drive Test (dT) and Call Quality Test (CQT). Both methods require a large number of professional network optimization engineers and testing equipment. The testing methods cost a lot of time and money, and they cannot diagnose the causes of LTE network quality difference in time, which seriously affects customer perception. In this paper, a method of LTE network quality analysis based on Measurement report (Mr) data and XGBoost classification algorithm is proposed to quickly diagnose the cause of poor quality network. This method can effectively and comprehensively reflect customer perception. It can provide useful information for network optimization. It greatly improves the efficiency of network optimization engineers, and reduces a large number of labor costs.

Aim The urgency for remote, reliable and scalable biodiversity monitoring amidst mounting human pressures on ecosystems has sparked worldwide interest in Passive Acoustic Monitoring (PAM), which can track life underwater and on land. However, we lack a unified methodology to report this sampling effort and a comprehensive overview of PAM coverage to gauge its potential as a global research and monitoring tool. To address this gap, we created the Worldwide Soundscapes project, a collaborative network and growing database comprising metadata from 416 datasets across all realms (terrestrial, marine, freshwater and subterranean). Location Worldwide, 12,343 sites, all ecosystem types. Time Period 1991 to present. Major Taxa Studied All soniferous taxa. Methods We synthesise sampling coverage across spatial, temporal and ecological scales using metadata describing sampling locations, deployment schedules, focal taxa and audio recording parameters. We explore global trends in biological, anthropogenic and geophysical sounds based on 168 selected recordings from 12 ecosystems across all realms. results Terrestrial sampling is spatially denser (46 sites per million square kilometre—Mkm 2 ) than aquatic sampling (0.3 and 1.8 sites/Mkm 2 in oceans and fresh water) with only two subterranean datasets. Although diel and lunar cycles are well sampled across realms, only marine datasets (55%) comprehensively sample all seasons. Across the 12 ecosystems selected for exploring global acoustic trends, biological sounds showed contrasting diel patterns across ecosystems, declined with distance from the Equator, and were negatively correlated with anthropogenic sounds. Main Conclusions PAM can inform macroecological studies as well as global conservation and phenology syntheses, but representation can be improved by expanding terrestrial taxonomic scope, sampling coverage in the high seas and subterranean ecosystems, and spatio-temporal replication in freshwater habitats. Concurrent engineering (CE) is a proven approach for product realization that results in reduced time to bring a product to market, improved product and service quality, and reduced life-cycle costs. Time-to-market improvements of 30% to 60% are typical of a disciplined approach to concurrent engineering. Concurrent engineering integrates and synchronizes activities and the information required to define, design, produce, deliver the product or service, and to maintain the product or service over its life cycle.
