Product movement tracking stands as a pivotal aspect of logistics operations. The ever-expanding application of IoT technologies holds significant potential to enhance product tracking in logistics. However, the rapid expansion of IoT usage has also introduced several challenges, particularly concerning data privacy, security, and transparency. Blockchain technology, through distributed ledger systems, offers a secure and transparent means to manage transactions within a network. In this study, the Hyperledger Fabric blockchain network, chosen for its private and permissioned nature, leverages authentication features to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and security of data from IoT devices. By integrating the widely adopted MQTT protocol, IoT devices involved in logistics processes communicate effectively with the blockchain network. This study presents a system where IoT devices enable the secure and automated tracking of data through blockchain’s registration anddistribution mechanisms, all of which are demonstrated within a simulation environment. developed specifically for the logistics sector, this system holds promising potential to address challenges across various fields.

Solving large scale linear systems efficiently plays an important role in a petroleum reservoir simulator, and the key part is how to choose an effective parallel preconditioner. Properly choosing a good preconditioner has been beyond the pure algebraic field. An integrated preconditioner should include such components as physical background, characteristics of PdE mathematical model, nonlinear solving method, linear solving algorithm, domain decomposition andparallel computation. We first discuss some parallel preconditioning techniques, and then construct an integrated preconditioner, which is based on large scale distributedparallel processing, andreservoir simulation-oriented. The infrastructure of this preconditioner contains such famous preconditioning construction techniques as coarse grid correction, constraint residual correction and subspace projection correction. We essentially use multi-step means to integrate totally eight types of preconditioning components in order to give out the final preconditioner. Million-grid cell scale industrial reservoirdata were tested on native high performance computers. Numerical statistics and analyses show that this preconditioner achieves satisfying parallel efficiency and acceleration effect.

This paper proposes a novel Chinese-English Cross-Lingual Information retrieval (CECLIr) model PME, in which bilingual dictionary and comparable corpora are used to translate the query terms. The Proximity and mutual information of the term-pairs in the Chinese and English comparable corpora are employed not only to resolve the translation ambiguities but also to perform the query expansion so as to deal with the out-of-vocabulary issues in the CECLIr. The evaluation results show that the query precision of PME algorithm is about 84.4% of the monolingual information retrieval.

This paperdiscusses preconditioned Krylov subspace methods for solving large scale linear systems that originate from oil reservoir numerical simulations. Two types of preconditioners, one being based on an incomplete LU decomposition and the other being based on iterative algorithms, are used together in a combination strategy in order to achieve an adaptive and efficient preconditioner. Numerical tests show that different Krylov subspace methods combining with appropriate preconditioners are able to achieve optimal performance. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
