Text summarizing aims to overview the material while maintaining essential details concisely. Lately, summary tasks have been included in the contrastive learning process in addition to visual representation. To optimize their similarities, contrastive learning summarizing algorithms currently concentrate on modelling and semantic similarity in all documents, targets, and data summaries. They do not, however, consider the impact that sentence semantics have on the text. In this study, we propose an rNN technique to develop the model for detecting the salient information. The sentence salience is based on the semantic similarity between the summary sentences of the original content, taking into account the distance of the loss of contrast in the form of soft weights functions. Consequently, our proposed model minimizes the semantic similarity given the textual summaries and possible noise and maximizes the semantic words between summaries and relevant information. Three popular datasets—multi news, CNN/daily Mail, and Booksum datasets achieved the highest accuracy of 0.69% in the news datasets. The experiment outcomes demonstrate that the suggested strategy can considerably raise baseline performance and outperform other contrastive learning techniques.

Heterogeneous and monolithic 3d (HM3d) integration of III-V and Si CMOS technologies enables high-frequency, multifunctionality, and power-efficient rF systems for next-generation wireless communication such as 6G and beyond. In this work, for the first time, we demonstrate HM3d integration of InGaAs HEMTs (for LNAs) and InP/InGaAs dHBTs (for PAs) on Si CMOS by direct wafer bonding. The top InGaAs HEMTs exhibit $f_{\mathrm{T}}$ and $f_{\text{MAX}}$ of 354 GHz and 611 GHz with a high $g_{\mathrm{m}}$ of 1.5 S/mm. Concurrently, the top InP/InGaAs dHBTs show $f_{\mathrm{T}}$ and $f_{\text{MAX}}$ of 129 GHz and 47 GHz with a dC gain of 29 and a breakdown voltage of 5.9V. Notably, these results are obtained without any degradation of the bottom Si CMOS. This innovative HM3d integration, combining III-V technologies for PAs and LNAs with Si CMOS technology for analog/digital functionalities will play an essential role in next-generation wireless communication systems.

With the development of Connected Automated Vehicles (CAV), there will be a long period of mixed driving, which causes the traffic control task at intersections becomes much more complicated. The control tasks would include not only the traffic signal timing optimization but also the computing tasks for different levels of vehicles. Current control task management methods are proved to be inferior to solve this problem. In this paper, we propose an intersection control task scheduling optimization approach based on edge computing. Firstly, the traffic control edge computing system for intersections is constructed. Then, different types of control tasks are listed. Criticality and timeliness are introduced to calculate the control task's dynamic priority. The control task scheduling optimization model, which considering these two parameters is proposed. At last, the improved Hungarian algorithm is applied to solve the proposed task scheduling optimization model. Simulation results show that our proposed methods can effectively reduce task processing costs and ensure the critical tasks execute firstly. © 2021 IEEE.

A communication system should be established that allows patients with brain disease to make real-time diagnosis using sensors and to notify the medical period in case of an emergency. However, an unconscious patient must have a brain computer interface (BCI) to communicate with a medical institution. Therefore, domestic and international standardization projects for the brain sensor-based BCI (SC43) network that can communicate with patients with brain diseases should be carried out. Nevertheless, the brain sensor must be able to be energized by a battery. It is important to attach a receiving module that can receive energy to the scalp with the battery and sensor inserted into the brain. A rectenna is suitable for a module that can receive energy from the outside, and it is important to realize a standardization project that complies with medical safety (IEC8061-2-78:2019PrV) and electromagnetic wave immunity safety law (KC60335-2-23). This paper proposes a bandpass filter design for impedance matching of rectenna that can be applied to driving a brain-inserted sensor and discusses the necessity of establishing standardization of medical safety and electrical safety for BCI interworking. © 2022 IEEE.

Typically, 9% Ni steel is welded with Ni-based filler metal composed of expensive elements, such as Ni and Mo . In this study, a novel Fe-based alloy composed of inexpensive elements was designed for the welding of 9% Ni steel. The gas tungsten arc welding process with superior electric current stability was selected to evaluate the weldability and welding properties. The weld metal produced during single- and multi-passed welding formed the microstructure, which comprised equiaxed packet lath martensite and prior austenite. The suitability of the mechanical properties of the proposed Fe-based filler metal for 9% Ni steel welding was verified via tensile tests of the weld joint and base metal, namely the 9% Ni steel, at 25 ℃ and −163 ℃. In comparison with the 9% Ni steel, the Fe-based filler metal improved the yield and tensile strengths of weld joints by more than 5.5% at room and cryogenic temperatures. Additionally, the tensile fracture of the specimen occurred in the base metal and not in the weld metal or the heat-affected zone, confirming the high stiffness of the weld metal. Therefore, the proposed Fe-based filler metal can serve as an economical material for welding the 9% Ni steel. © 2022, The Authors. All rights reserved.

The uniform corrosion behavior of model FeCrAl alloys as well as commercial Zircaloy-4 as reference material were investigated in 360℃borated and lithiated *** results reveal that FeCrAl alloys exhibited better corrosion resistance than *** is found that the oxide films formed on the FeCrAl alloys are composed of outer Fe_(3)O_(4)layer,inner layer consisting of compact spinel layer and porous spinel layer,and transition layer containing Al-Cr-rich oxides and matrix enriched with Fe°.The spinel oxides in the inner layer are FeFe_(2-x-y-z)Cr_(x)Al_(y)MozO_(4).The corrosion mechanism of FeCrAl alloys in high temperature water is discussed.

The present review investigates the interactions between biomaterials and heterocyclic dyes, focusing on their potential application in sustainable wastewater treatment. Heterocyclic dyes are widely used in various industries, resulting in their widespread presence in wastewater, posing environmental challenges. This review explores the utilization of biomaterials as adsorbents for the removal of heterocyclic dyes from contaminated water sources. The interactions between biomaterials, such as cellulose, microfibrilated cellulose and lignin and different heterocyclic dyes are examined through reported experimental analysis and characterization techniques. The study evaluates the adsorption capacity, kinetics, and thermodynamics of the biomaterial-dye systems to elucidate the underlying mechanisms and optimize the treatment process. The review highlight the promising potential of biomaterial-based approaches for sustainable wastewater treatment, providing insights for the development of efficient and environmentally friendly dye removal technologies. © 2023 Elsevier Ltd

Cricket is a popular sport with complex gameplay and numerous variables that contribute to team performance. In recent years, sports analytics has gained significant attention, aiming to extract valuable insights from large volumes of cricket data. Cricket has many fans in India. With a strong fan following, many try to use their cricket intuition to predict the outcome of a match. A set of rules and a points system govern the game. The venue and the performance of each player greatly affect the outcome of the match. The game is difficult to predict accurately as the various components are closely related. The Crr (Current run rate) approach is used to predict the final score of the first innings of a cricket match. Total points are calculated by multiplying the average number of runs scored in each over by the total number of overs. For OdI cricket, these methods are useless as the game can change very quickly regardless of the current run rate. The game may be decided by 1 or 2 overs. For more accurate score predictions, a system is needed that can more accurately predict the outcome of an inning. This research paper explores the application of machine learning techniques to predict scores and classify players based on their roles in the squad. The study utilizes a comprehensive dataset comprising various attributes of cricket matches, including player statistics, match conditions, and historical performance. Linear regression, Logistic regression, Naive Bayes, Support Vector Machines (SVM), decision Tree, and random Forest regression models are employed to predict scores. Additionally, player categorization is performed using a classification approach. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of machine learning techniques in enhancing performance analysis and decision-making in the game of cricket.

Experimental investigation of hemp fiber hybrid composite material for automotive application

In present work, experimental investigation has been carried out to study the effect of hybridization of glass fiber with untreated hemp fiber and treated hemp Fiber on mechanical properties. The Hemp fiber were alkaline treated using NaOH solution and its mechanical properties is also studied. reinforcement of hemp and glass fiber was done with epoxy as a matrix material and it is fabricated using Hand layup technique. The test specimens were prepared with stacking sequence of glass fiber /epoxy composite (C-1), glass fiber /untreated hemp fiber/epoxy composite(C-2) and glass fiber /treated hemp fiber epoxy composite(C-3) based on ASTM standards. Tensile test, impact test, hardness test was carried out for the fabricated samples in order to attain the mechanical properties. Further, interfacial analysis was carried out using scanning electron microscope to assess the voids, fractures and fiber pull-out. The experimental test results point out that glass fiber epoxy composite exhibits good tensile strength but has poor impact strength and hardness values whereas the natural fiber hybrid composite has significantly lower tensile strength but very good impact strength and hardness values. Hence these natural fiber hybrid composites can be used extensively in the field of automobiles where it requires high impact strength and hardness.
