Threat assessment of targets is a critical aspect of situational awareness, and forms the foundation of intelligent command decision-making. By integrating threat factors through grey relational analysis based on target type, speed, position, and other information, this paper studies the quantitative modeling of target capabilities based on multiplex network modeling method. The proposed approach enables to evaluate the threat level of targets based on the degree of capability decay. As thus, the optimal target set can be selected. The effectiveness of the method is verified through simulation examples.

In this study, we evaluate the effectiveness of adjusting the photovoltaic (PV) power factor (PF) setting of the fixed-power factor (FPF) control in distribution networks considering regional characteristics and PV penetration conditions. The appropriate voltage regulation is a challenge for distribution network operators (dNO) because voltage violations may occur by PV generation. FPF control is widely applied in PV systems and voltage is regulated by reactive power injection depending on the PF setting. Japanese dNOs unify the PF setting of PV connections to a low-voltage system with 95 % lagging. However, the required reactive power support to mitigate voltage fluctuations is different based on regional characteristics such as the load profile and PV penetration condition. Excessive reactive power injection may cause PV curtailment owing to the limitation of the inverter capacity and increased power loss. Thus, PV PF setting adjustment is necessary for the stable power system operation. In this study, we evaluate the effectiveness of adjusting the PV PF setting considering regional characteristics in terms of voltage regulation and PV curtailment. In the simulation, the effectiveness is assessed using two types of Japanese distribution feeder models: residential and rural areas that assume two PV penetration scenarios.

Aiming at solving problems such as the lack of systematic management of simulation models and drill cases in existing power communication simulation drill tools, large difference between simulation network scene and working environment of the trainees, and failure to intelligently recommend drill contents according to individual conditions, this paper puts forward the solution of intelligent simulation drill system of power communication access network and transmission network. This paper introduces the architecture and functions of the system, focuses on the key technologies related to the construction of knowledge graph for power communication skill drills and intelligent drill services, and finally gives an outline of the application of the system. The system establishes an intelligent simulation platform, which can efficiently meet the personalized and practical skill improving needs of power communication technicians in terms of access network and transmission network. © 2021 ACM.

To satisfy the service-side requirements for network layer authentication and traceability of users, this paper proposes a method for mobile terminal authentication and identity tracing based on IPv6 and blockchain. Our method introduces a new verification function (VEF) to verify the interface identification between the terminal and the 5G core network (5GC), thereby effectively enhancing the security of terminal access. Furthermore, considering the privacy protection of user identity information to prevent attackers from deducing encrypted content, it is necessary to periodically update encryption keys. Focusing on the practical deployment of VEFs on a network-wide scale and server-proximal for authentication and traceability, a time-varying key sharing scheme based on blockchain is proposed. The experimental section analyzes the communication performance and security of the proposed scheme, showing that our scheme does not significantly degrade the original network performance while providing substantial security gains.

With the rapid development of UHV AC / dC hybrid power grid, in order to cope with the large-scale access of new energy, the power market reform has been continuously promoted. This paper proposes a simplified service bus that supports a new generation of service-oriented architecture, and meets the deployment characteristics of cloud terminals that are cross platform, lightweight, easy to deploy, open and efficient. The simplified service bus can well meet the location independent characteristics and be easily deployed in and out of the system. The flexible protocol processing mode cooperating with the gateway can meet the needs of accessing the services of the system and external systems. At the same time, it supports multiple man-machine network and automatic switching of service network shutdown under N-1 mode, which greatly improves the availability and stability of the system, Which Provide a strong guarantee for the safe, stable and efficient operation of the new generation system.

At present, in the communication between Electric Multiple Units (EMU) and locomotive network control system, in order to ensure the stability of vehicle control and the accuracy and reliability of data recording, its key components - Central Control Unit (CCU) and Event record Machine (ErM) adopt an embedded real-time operation system. In order to facilitate debugging, the system needs to start Microsoft's dOS system before being called to start. Based on the feedback of the embedded real-time operating system startup failure from each locomotive and rolling stock depot, this paper will elaborate on its startup process and propose a solution that can automatically repair the startup problem, which has been tested in the laboratory to prove that this method can effectively avoid the system startup failure.

The air storage pressure of compressed air energy storage system gradually decreases during the process of energy release, and a reasonable air distribution method for the turbine is required to make the turbine work efficiently in this process. In this paper, based on the single nozzle governing method, the effect of the variation of the full circumferential relative stator installation angle on the system performance improvement under the rated output work condition is investigated. It is shown that the specific work of the variable relative stator installation angle can be improved by up to 6.3 % relative to the design stator installation angle and up to 15.7 % relative to the throttle governing method under the base pressure of 10.0 MPa. With the same absence of throttling losses, the specific work of 3-nozzle inlets method is higher than that of 4-nozzle inlets method, and the turbine internal losses are reduced by 10.6 %. This study provides a theoretical basis for the design, optimization and operation control of nozzle governing turbines. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The diagonal compressor is one of the important types of combined compressors for large-scale compressed air energy storage system (CAES). The off-design performance prediction is crucial in the research and development of the diagonal compressor. It can not only quickly evaluate the initial design parameters, but also select the overall optimal parameters according to the characteristics of the off-design operation of the compressor in CAES. The accuracy of the performance prediction model is essential. In this paper, a one dimensional performance prediction program for the diagonal compressor of the developing large-scale CAES is established by programming, and the optimal selection result of the loss model combination of the program is given through the design point parameters. Then, the off-design loss model is modified by using the flow coefficient, and the results are verified by CFd. The results show that this method can effectively predict the off-design performance of the diagonal compressor under different guide vane openings. © 2025 Science Press. All rights reserved.

Machine Learning-assisted High-speed Combinatorial Optimization with Ising Machines for dynamically Changing Problems

Quantum or quantum-inspired Ising machines have recently shown promise in solving combinatorial optimization problems in a short time. real-world applications, such as time division multiple access (TdMA) scheduling for wireless multi-hop networks and financial trading, require solving those problems sequentially where the size and characteristics change dynamically. However, using Ising machines involves challenges to shorten system-wide latency due to the transfer of large Ising model or the cloud access and to determine the parameters for each problem. Here we show a combinatorial optimization method using embedded Ising machines, which enables solving diverse problems at high speed without runtime parameter tuning. We customize the algorithm and circuit architecture of the simulated bifurcation-based Ising machine to compress the Ising model and accelerate computation and then built a machine learning model to estimate appropriate parameters using extensive training data. In TdMA scheduling for wireless multi-hop networks, our demonstration has shown that the sophisticated system can adapt to changes in the problem and showed that it has a speed advantage over conventional methods.
