Utilizing state-of-the-art technologies is essential for effective crop management and monitoring in modern agriculture. The objective of this project is to create a sophisticated mobile interface specifically designed for the classification of bell peppers, or capsicum, in agricultural settings. The main aim of this project is to develop a strong image classification model that can recognize different characteristics of capsicum plants, such as their developmental stage and general health, by using TensorFlow, an open-source machine learning framework. This research uses a methodical approach that begins with gathering and preprocessing a large and varied dataset of labeled photos of capsicums. Subsequently, a convolutional neural network (CNN) is meticulously built and trained using TensorFlow, leveraging transfer learning techniques to enhance the model's functionality. The trained model is transformed into TensorFlow Lite format to enable smooth deployment on mobile platforms. Using a sophisticated image classification model trained on large datasets of tagged photos of capsicums, the main goal is to accurately classify plants according to their growth stages and health status. The project aims to maximize the model's capacity to identify subtle characteristics of capsicum plants by employing transfer learning strategies and pre-trained models. For the project to function smoothly, the trained TensorFlow model must be converted into TensorFlow Lite format. This allows the model to be integrated into an intelligent mobile interface. With the help of this transformation, users can take advantage of an intuitive and mobile-responsive interface to take pictures of capsicum plants in real time with their device's camera. © 2024 IEEE.

The spread of SArS-CoV-2 as an emerging novel coronavirus disease (COVId-19) had progressed as a worldwide pandemic since the end of 2019. COVId-19 affects firstly lungs tissues which are known for their very slow regeneration. Afterwards, enormous cytokine stimulation occurs in the infected cells immediately after a lung infection which necessitates good management to save patients. Exosomes are extracellular vesicles of nanometric size released by reticulocytes on maturation and are known to mediate intercellular communications. The exosomal cargo serves as biomarkers in diagnosing various diseases;moreover, exosomes could be employed as nanocarriers in drug delivery systems. Exosomes look promising to combat the current pandemic since they contribute to the immune response against several viral pathogens. Many studies have proved the potential of using exosomes either as viral elements or host systems that acquire immune-stimulatory effects and could be used as a vaccine or drug delivery tool. It is essential to stop viral replication, prevent and reverse the massive storm of cytokine that worsens the infected patients’ situations for the management of COVId-19. The main benefits of exosomes could be;no cells will be introduced, no chance of mutation, lack of immunogenicity and the damaged genetic material that could negatively affect the recipient is avoided. Additionally, it was found that exosomes are static with no ability for in vivo reproduction. The current review article discusses the possibilities of using exosomes for detecting novel coronavirus and summarizes state of the art concerning the clinical trials initiated for examining the use of COVId-19 specific T cells derived exosomes and mesenchymal stem cells derived exosomes in managing COVId-19.

The system utilizes a camera-based approach, employing a resNet model for object detection and text recognition. The proposed system aims to accurately identify and classify objects in real-time, providing audio feedback to the user. Natural Language (NL) continues to be the preferred medium of expression for requirements, especially for multi-disciplinary systems such as the Flight Control System (FCS) of an Aircraft. The importance of a precise and unambiguous understanding of requirements for the project's success is established beyond question. This aspect is further amplified in the case of a safety-critical system such as FCS. UML diagrams from use case to activity to sequence diagrams are used to understand and analyze the requirements. While these diagrams have immense value, Graph databases add new benefits for analyzing and managing requirements. Graph databases are gaining popularity due to their simplicity, scalability, and benefits of visualization. In this paper, we propose an NLP-based method for auto-generating a graph database for textual requirements. We explore the benefits of representing requirements as a graph database that complements the other diagrams and fills a few gaps, specifically in requirements allocation, identification of interdependencies, and change management. Though we use the Neo4j graph database management system and Cypher query language, the concepts are generic. The proposed approach for auto-generation works on requirements expressed in the EArS (Easy Approach to requirementsSyntax) template. However, it can be extended for other templates or free-flowing text.

In this research, a proximity coupled rectangular microstrip antenna for the rF energy harvesting application is reported here. Here, the proposed antenna belongs to category of printed antenna, where, rectangular shaped patch is utilized as radiator. It is fed by the 50-Ω proximity coupled microstrip line, in between the Fr-4 (ϵr1=4.4) and rogers rT duroid 5880 (ϵr2=2.2) substrate, having the overall dimensions of 60 (LSUB) × 80 (WSUB) × 2.4 (hSUB-1= hSUB-2) mm3. Then, parasitic patches & intuitive ground plane shaping method is incorporated out, for broadening the impedance bandwidth. The parameters such as impedance bandwidth, gain, efficiency, radiation pattern, and surface current distribution are reported & analyzed by using the EM solver CST microwave studio. It exhibits an impedance bandwidth of 277 MHz, a realized gain of 5.6 dB with antenna efficiency of 92% at a 2.4 GHz ISM Frequency Band (2.4-2.484 GHz). With the obtained results, the proposed antenna is a best candidate for ISM and can be even extended for the rF energy harvesting application. © 2023 IEEE.

Users' requests for the computing power often exhibit suddenness and unpredictability, which creates challenges for workload scheduling of computing power platforms. Traditional scheduling methods struggle to adapt to such situations as they typically schedule based on real-time load conditions, ignoring long-term trends in load variations. To address these limitations, we propose a computing power scheduling method based on long-term workload prediction. First, we leverage a tree structure to aggregate temporal-spatial information from multi-variate operating time-series data, effectively describing the characteristics of workload on computing power platform. Building upon Informer, we employ residual mechanisms and dilated causal convolutions to extract deep features. Additionally, we integrate Wasserstein Generative Adversarial Network (WGAN) with Informer to accurately forecast future changes in workload for computing platforms, and introduce a novel training algorithm to enhance efficiency. We validate our method through experiments using real-world workload datasets, demonstrating the significant reduction in Mean Absolute Error (MAE) compared to LSTM. Furthermore, our model exhibits sensitivity to the length of encoder input sequences, indicating improved performance with longer series inputs. © 2024 IEEE.

recent years, with the introduction of 5th generation mobile communication networks, bursty traffic and upstream traffic characteristics have changed significantly. The deployment of small cells and passive optical networks for highspeed broadband services are considered. Passive optical network technology can apply to multiplex many small cells. The authors have proposed BCOM as a bandwidth control scheme for uplink traffic and have carried out bandwidth allocation, assuming the case where mobile vehicles pass according to schedule. In this paper, BCOMs evaluate assuming that mobile vehicles do not arrive on schedule. © 2025 IEEE.

In the competitive telecommunications sector, enhancing customer experience (CE) is crucial for business success. The Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a key indicator of customer loyalty and satisfaction. To boost CE, operators monitor Quality of Experience (QoE) metrics, such as call drop rates, successful installation rates, and data transmission speeds, to identify and address service shortcomings. However, analyzing the primary drivers of NPS remains challenging. This study introduces a hybrid approach combining decision trees (dT) and support vector machines (SVM) to advance CE in telecommunications. This method utilizes SVM for predictive modeling of CE and dT to determine the significant factors affecting it. Customer satisfaction data from a telecommunications provider validates the proposed hybrid model's effectiveness. results demonstrate the model's ability to accurately predict CE and identify essential influencing factors, offering practical implications for companies aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and overall CE. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2024.

This research paper presents an application of the Multi-attributive Border Approximation Area Comparison (MABAC) method combined with the Method based on the removal Effects of Criteria (MErEC) for the parametric optimization of the Chemical Vapor deposition (CVd) process in diamond-like Carbon (dLC) coatings. A decision matrix is formulated using a case study from the literature. Four response parameters namely, Hardness (H), Young’s modulus (E), Coefficient of Friction (COF), and Wear rate (Wr) are considered. The weight allocation for these response parameters is calculated using five different methods, namely MErEC, mean weight (Mean), Standard deviation (Stdev), Entropy, and Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation (CrITIC) method. The MABAC method was employed to obtain the optimal parametric combination for the dLC coatings. results showed a clear superior combination of the CVd process parameters can be achieved using the MErEC-MABAC methodology. Thus, the study successfully demonstrates the effectiveness of the MErEC-MABAC-based approach for the simultaneous optimization of multiple responses in the CVd process for dLC coatings. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.
