Analysis of quality-related proteins in golden pompano(Trachinotus ovatus) fillets with modified atmosphere packaging under superchilling storage

Here， we aimed to study the changes in proteome of golden pompano fillets during post-mortem storage. TMT-labeled quantitative proteomic strategy was applied to investigate the relationships between protein changes and quality characteristics of modified atmosphere packaging （MAP） fillets during superchilling （-3 ℃） storage. Scanning electron microscopy was used to show that the muscle histology microstructure of fillets was damaged to varying degrees， and low-field nuclear magnetic resonance was used to find that the immobile water and free water in the muscle of fillets changed significantly. Total sulfhydryl content， TCA-soluble peptides and Ca2+-ATPase activity also showed that the fillet protein had a deterioration by oxidation and denaturation. The Fresh （FS）， MAP， and air packaging （AP） groups were set. Total of 150 proteins were identified as differential abundant proteins （dAPs） in MAP/FS， while 209 dAPs were in AP/FS group. The KEGG pathway analysis indicated that most dAPs were involved in binding proteins and protein turnover. Correlation analysis found that 52 dAPs were correlated with quality traits. Among them， 8 highly correlated dAPs are expected to be used as potential quality markers for protein oxidation and water-holding capacity. These results provide a further understanding of the muscle deterioration mechanism of packaging golden pompano fillets during superchilling.

The reception and process of the pilot signal determines the beam steering accuracy in retro-directive microwave power transmission (MPT) systems. The high power transmitting array presented high background noise level to the pilot signal receiver and thus reduced the signal-noise-ratio (SNr). Analysis method was put forward on the effect investigation. And a study case was discussed in this short paper, and the background noise effect was evaluated with respect to phase detection margin. This work addresses a fundamental problem and is expected to contribute to retro-directive MPT system design.

due to its inherent benefits and robust characteristics, fuzzy logic has been widely utilized in control applications. Nevertheless, Type-2 a Fuzzy method can be used to address the problem of model uncertainty. Although Type-2 Fuzzy Logic has showed promise in the past decade for image processing applications, its impact on controller performance should be thoroughly investigated. In this research, the case study was established to compare durability of General Type-2 and Periodic Type-2 fuzzy logic controllers by presenting a benchmark task in order to recognize under what conditions controller will work better. In the current research, integral squared relative error (ISrE), integral period-weighted absolute error (IPWAE) and intergral relative Error are used as performance metrics for both tested control plants. data upon air contaminants, climate change, especially the general population have expanded dramatically. While big datasets had a lot of potential, they also pose challenges to conventional epidemic methods. As a result, there is a growing inclination to look at other techniques including collecting data, identification of patterns, and forecasting. In solution to these challenges, data collection and predictive modeling approaches are being progressively included to the research environment of air pollution epidemiological. A comprehensive review of the scientific literature was conducted by exploring on Professor, Scholar, the Embl database structure, and Nih for study articles in the field for ozone in the air disease utilizing data mining and computational methods for learning. The assessment aimed to highlight the most recent developments, persistent challenges, and fresh avenues for investigation into the use of techniques for data mining in the study of air pollution. The investigation's findings demonstrate the expanding use medical methods for data mining in the field of epidemiological pertaining to air contamination. Continuous developments in artificial intelligence and data extractive industries, especially in spatiotemporal and geographic mining, are making it easier to improve air pollution epidemiological. New sensors and storage devices that can give more as well as more reliable information might make apps in the future considerably more fruitful.

When speaking a non-native language, an individual’s accent traits are constantly impacted by the native accent. In this paper, we give a preliminary investigation and comparison of phonological and acoustical features of Hindi speech uttered by native and non-native speakers. The speakers belonging to Punjabi, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Odia, Kannada, Telugu and Assamese linguistic background whose second language is Hindi have been considered for the analysis. A perception test followed by acoustic analysis is done and the differences in both phonemic and prosodic features of Hindi spoken by non-native speakers have been compared based on their perseverance by Hindi speakers. Most of the languages of India have a prima facie co-relationship between their sounds and written form. The similarities in text-to-sound rule sets between various languages are not always true. We show such disparities and highlight issue areas where speech scientists should pay more attention when developing systems, particularly Indian language based multilingual systems.

In order to improve the motion stability and environmental adaptability of quadruped robot in trotting gait, a motion control method based on swing leg gait planning is proposed in this paper. The kinematics model of quadruped robot is established, the forward and inverse solutions are obtained, and the trajectory curve of swinging leg of quadruped robot in trotting gait is planned. The simulation model is established in AdAMS to verify that the trotting gait control method based on the foot trajectory planning of the swing leg is effective and feasible.

The analysis of the coupling mechanism of thermal-hydraulic-mechanical(THM)fields,and solid-liquidgas(SLG)phases during gas extraction process is of profound significance to explore its numerical application in the gas occurrence regularity and its effective extraction *** this study,the Hudi coal mine in Qinshui basin is taken as the research area,the influencing factors of gas occurrence were analyzed,the differences in overburden load for gas pressure distribution and the factors influencing the effective extraction radius were further discussed by using the COMSOL *** results show that the derivation of mathematical model in gas extraction shows that the process is a process the THM fields restrict each other,and the SLG phases influence each *** longer the extraction time,the larger the influencing range of borehole,and the better the extraction *** larger the diameter of borehole,the larger the effective extraction radius,and the influence on gas extraction effect is smaller in the early stage and larger in the late *** borehole arrangement should be flexibly arranged according to the actual extraction *** higher the porosity,the higher the permeability,the better the gas extraction *** larger the overburden load of reservoir,the stronger the effective stress,which will result in the more severe the strain,and the closure of pore and fracture,which in turn will lead to the decrease of permeability and slow down the gas *** relationship among extraction time,borehole diameter,negative pressure of gas extraction,permeability with effective extraction radius is *** study has important theoretical and practical significance for clarifying and summarizing the gas occurrence regularity and its engineering practice.

Uncontrolled microglial activation is decisively involved in the neuroinflammatory pathogenesis of brain diseases. Consequently, suppression of microglial overactivation appears to be a strategy for the prevention of nerve injury. In this paper, a novel vanadium complex, vanadyl N-(p-N,Ndimethylaminophenylcarbamoylmethyl)iminodiacetate(VO(p-dmada)), was synthesized from vanadyl sulfate and N,N-dimethyl-p-phenylenediamine, which was structurally characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrum and ESI-MS analysis. The effect of VO(p-dmada) on neuroinflammation was investigated by using the models of lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced BV2 microglial cells and BALB/c *** data demonstrated that VO(p-dmada) significantly suppressed microglial activation by downregulating inflammatory mediators and associated proteins, and inactivating nuclear factor-κ B(NF-κ B) signaling pathway. VO(p-dmada) also upregulated peroxisome proliferator activated receptor gamma(PPArγ) by reducing transglutaminase 2 and heat shock protein 60 expression. Co-treatment with PPArγ antagonist GW9662 significantly impeded the inhibitory effect of VO(p-dmada) on LPS-induced *** cumulative findings demonstrated that VO(p-dmada) is a potential new drug for the treatment of neuroinflammation-related neurodegenerative diseases.

Analyzing the Performance of Single-Tooth rock Cutting Under Bottom-Hole Pressure Conditions

Addressing the ambiguity surrounding the process of crack initiation and propagation in rock subjected to confining pressure and hydrostatic pressure, this study integrates laboratory experiments with numerical simulations. First, an analysis is conducted on the cutting force, rock fragmentation energy consumption, rock chip size, and distribution of cutting stress in rocks simultaneously exposed to confining pressure and hydrostatic pressure. Subsequently, an internal crack propagation analysis model for rock is established using the finite discrete element method, and the accuracy of this model is verified through experimentation. The process and characteristics of internal crack propagation during the cutting process are analyzed. Lastly, the variation characteristics of cutting forces under different cutting parameter conditions are compared. The findings indicate that, under identical cutting conditions, confining pressure reduces the degree of granite rock fragmentation, increases the presence of powdery rock debris, and mitigates force fluctuation characteristics, leading to an approximate 17% increase in energy consumption of rock breaking. The presence of confining pressure promotes the generation of micro-cracks within the rock, but restricts the expansion of primary cracks. Notably, shear cracks ahead of the cutting teeth and tensile cracks beneath the cutting path are conspicuously diminished, thereby augmenting the difficulty of rock failure. The elevation of confining pressure and cutting depth emerges as the principal factors contributing to elevated cutting forces, with cutting forces exhibiting exponential growth with increasing confining pressure. At a confining pressure of 9 MPa, cutting forces escalate by 50%. Moreover, substantial cutting depth induces discontinuity in the rock failure mechanism.
