The security-oriented AI framework, built upon deepSeek and multi-tiered knowledge storage, offers a solution for enterprises to deploy localized proprietary knowledge bases. Unlike cloud-based models, deepSeek enables local model construction and training, integrating multi-level databases and stringent data management mechanisms to significantly reduce the risk of sensitive information leakage. This feature is particularly critical for high-security enterprises such as State Grid, allowing them to leverage AI for operational efficiency while ensuring data protection. However, the current multi-tiered knowledge base structure, which categorizes knowledge by tasks and access privileges, suffers from low retrieval efficiency due to the vast data volume. This inefficiency hampers timely access to optimal results, diminishing model practicality and potentially leading to misleading outputs or risks. To address this, we propose a hierarchical recommendation algorithm for external knowledge bases in large language models. By dynamically partitioning the knowledge base and leveraging user role-based permissions and historical dialogue records, the algorithm precisely targets relevant knowledge, enhancing retrieval efficiency and accuracy.

Scuba diving is a common aquatic leisure sport that many individuals enjoy in the sea. With the increasing number of people participating, there is a corresponding rise in related incidents and accidents. Typically, such events are caused by inadequate user proficiency with equipment, sudden onset of physical symptoms, failure to respond to external obstacles, and equipment malfunctions. As interest in scuba diving grows, the development of diver safety equipment that enhances convenience and usability through the interaction between divers and equipment is crucial, not only to assist underwater activities but also to preemptively prevent accidents. This paper explores the analysis of divers' physiological conditions and diver equipment evaluation criteria. Building upon this, it proposes a HrI(Human-robot Interaction) evaluation system to facilitate the research and development of safety equipment for secure scuba diving operations. © 2024 IEEE.

***@*** bonding film (TBF) is one of the key materials for assembly process of fan out wafer level package (FOWLP). In this paper, we have proposed a novel TBF and xenon flash lamp de-bonding system. The TBF was mainly composed of cross-linkable and low-polarity polymers to meet the various requirement for not only easy peeling-off after assembly but also stability against thermal and chemical environment exposed in FOWLP process. In order to evaluate applicability of the developed material, die-first/face up test wafer was assembled. As a result, it was found that the TBF has high stability and can be de-bonded by xenon light irradiation. In addition, the die shift through assembly process was within the estimated range. These results offer that the developed TBF is practically applicable for FOWLP assembly process. © 2022 IMAPS-International Microelectronics and Packaging Society. All rights reserved.

The rapid advancement of autonomous vehicle (AV) technology necessitates robust decision-making frameworks for navigating complex urban traffic environments. This study introduces UrbandrivePathway, a novel decision-making framework that leverages deep learning, reinforcement learning, and real-time traffic analytics to enhance AV performance. The framework integrates Efficientdet for object detection (97.69% accuracy), Graph Neural Networks (GNN) for trajectory prediction (97.42% accuracy), and Monte Carlo Tree Search (MCTS) for decision-making (97.38% accuracy). Model Predictive Control (MPC) is employed for path planning, achieving 97.61% accuracy, while an Eco-Optimized driving Strategy enhances fuel efficiency with 97.69% accuracy in energy consumption analysis. Evaluated on diverse real-world and synthetic datasets, the proposed framework outperforms conventional models in collision avoidance, intersection handling, and energy optimization. Comparative analysis with existing methods highlights superior accuracy, reduced decision latency, and enhanced safety compliance. The UrbandrivePathway framework ensures reliable navigation in dense urban settings, addressing challenges related to real-time adaptability and dynamic interactions. Future enhancements will focus on multi-agent collaboration, adversarial scenario training, and advanced explainability techniques. These improvements will further optimize AV decision-making in unpredictable urban environments. © 2025 IEEE.

Initial stages of the refractory degradation process by molten Al-5Mg alloy were investigated by analyzing the degradation structures caused by an interaction with molten metal during heat cycles. The refractory aggregate, found to be poly-crystalline, consisting of cristobalite (SiO2) and mullite (Al6Si2O13), was deteriorated ahead of the surrounding matrix. Metal permeated into the refractory, forming a thin metal layer along the crucible surface below the molten metal line at an early stage of degradation process, which would later serve as the bases for the metal infiltration path through the refractory above the molten metal line. A discontinuous film (thickness2O4, was formed at the "melt / refractory" interface. At the experimental temperature of 1150°C, Mg in the molten metal would build up as Mg gas at MgAl2O4 film/refractory interface and easily diffuse into the aggregate body and react with the aggregate components of SiO2 and Al6Si2O13 to form MgAl2O4 and Al-Mg-Si-O compounds. This was followed by the molten metal infiltration into the refractory while reducing the Al-Mg-Si-O compound to form MgAl2O4. Through the initial degradation process MgAl2O4 would finally form in a successive chain of reactions, resulting in deterioration of the crucible. © 2022 The Japan Institute of Light Metals.

This study investigated the microstructure and shrinkage characteristics of cement pastes (HPC) dried under varying relative humidity (rH) levels and compared them with those of cement paste containing water-dispersible polyurethane (PUC). Our analysis employed mercury intrusion porosimetry (MIP), water vapour sorption isotherms (WVSI), and small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) to explore the pore structures, surface characteristics, and microstructural changes of the C-S-H units. The MIP results showed that the PUC paste consistently had a larger total pore volume than the HPC paste regardless of the drying rH. HPC paste exhibited a significant shift in capillary pore size distribution at drying rH less than 60%, which was not pronounced in PUC paste. The WVSI results indicated higher water vapour adsorption in the HPC paste, with notable changes in the adsorption behaviour under different drying conditions. The PUC paste demonstrated reduced sensitivity of the WVSI to the drying rH, maintaining more stable microstructural properties. SAXS analysis revealed that the presence of polyurethane mitigated changes in the C-S-H microstructure during drying, with less variation in the disc thickness of the fractal disc-shaped particle model compared to that in the HPC paste. The weight and length change isotherms further confirm that the PUC paste experienced less shrinkage and hysteresis in both isotherms under varying rH. Overall, this study reveals that the shrinkage of cementitious materials is significantly influenced by C-S-H microstructural changes during initial drying, and mitigating these changes effectively reduces shrinkage. © 2024, The Authors. Coated PcBN tools are increasingly used for industrial applications with stringent requirements. However, detailed information on the adhesion behaviour of these systems, taking into consideration coating, substrate and interface issues, is quite limited. Within this context, the adhesion strength of a coated polycrystalline cubic boron nitride (PcBN) grade is investigated in this work. For comparison purposes, the study is also conducted on another similar system, but using WC-Co hardmetal as substrate. The research is done by means of indentation tests, where emergence and extension of delamination are defined as critical parameters under consideration. Indentation tests were conducted using a conical diamond tip and applying loads ranging from 98 to 980 N. The mechanical study is done paying special attention to document load levels where delamination emerges and complemented by SEM images for inspection of fracture micromechanisms. Experimental results indicate that coated PcBN exhibits a higher critical load for initial delamination than coated hardmetal. However, further evolution of this phenomenon in the former is more abrupt than in the latter. These findings as well as involved micromechanisms are discussed on the basis of relatively different properties between the two substrates studied. © European Powder Metallurgy Association (EPMA)

This paper addresses the effects of electrode configurations of an underwater electric field sensor (EFS) on the localization of underwater robots when the robots used electric field measurements to estimate their positions. Around an underwater electric landmark that generates a known electric field signature, an underwater robot equipped with an EFS can measure the signature to localize itself by searching for the position that minimizes the difference between the actual measurement and the theoretical calculation that should be measured when the robot is located at the position. The underwater robot’s localization accuracy was analyzed in simulations when the robot was equipped with EFSs with different electrode configurations. In general, the electric field measurement accuracy and the consequent robot localization accuracy were higher when the robot was equipped with the EFS that consists of more electrodes. depending on the measurement conditions, however, the use EFSs with less electrodes was enough to perform sufficiently accurate localization of the robot. The proposed simulation method would contribute to suggest the optimal electrode configuration of the EFS, and therefore, the robot localization with the electric field measurements would become more energy-efficient with the use of the suggested cheap and small EFS.

Coarse intermetallic compound (IMC) formation can lead to brittleness and generate cracks between the solder and the IMC interface under printed circuit board (PCB) warpage. Microstructure of the solder joint is closely related to its thermo-mechanical properties. Thus, it is essential to control the microstructure of the solder joint. Ball grid array (BGA) packages with 300 μm diameter Sn-3.0Ag-0.5Cu (SAC305) and Sn-2.5Ag-0.8Cu-0.05Ni-1.0Bi (SAC $(-\text{Ni}, \text{Bi}))$ solder balls were soldered with SAC305 solder paste on the PCB coupon. These combinations of homogeneous (SAC305 solder ball and paste) and heterogeneous (SAC(- Ni,Bi) solder ball and SAC305 paste) solder joints were prepared to compare solder joint reliability.
