Virtual Power Plant (VPP) calculation is a problem of searching optima in high-dimensional space. Its basic optimal solving methodology is to trim uninteresting regions of the search space where global optima are unlikely to be found by setting rules manually or automatically. A new fast solving algorithm based on priority ranking and rule matching of multidimensional responsive features of distributed Energy resources (dErs) is proposed and designed. Theoretical analysis and simulation result show that the new algorithm is with O(n2) time complexity, which means it is fast enough and can be put into practice in real-time VPP's engineering application scenarios. © 2024 IEEE.

Achieving the goal of carbon neutrality necessitates the urgent transition of the power system towards decarbonization. Most existing low-carbon optimization methods for power systems primarily consider direct decarbonization from the power source side. However, it is the demand of power consumers that is the fundamental cause of carbon emissions on the power generation side. Therefore, adopting low-carbon power consumption strategies on the demand side is also one of the key measures to reduce carbon emissions. This paper proposes a low-carbon demand response (dr) strategy based on time-of-use (TOU) electricity prices and event-driven mechanisms. The strategy uses actual carbon emissions as the trigger for events and adjusts TOU electricity prices through event-driven mechanisms to guide consumers in price responsiveness, which achieves the integration of price incentive signals and carbon signals. A case study is conducted on the IEEE 39-bus system to analyze and validate the effectiveness of the proposed method in improving load characteristics and reducing carbon emissions. © 2024 IEEE.

Active distribution networks are typical cyber-physical systems, where faults in the cyber system may trigger voltage violations, and uncertainties of renewable energy in the physical system may lead to voltage fluctuations. In light of this, a multi-level voltage/var stochastic optimization method for distribution networks considering communication conditions is proposed. The proposed method achieves optimal coordination of inverters with different communication conditions under the renewable energy uncertainty. In the central level, a stochastic optimization problem is formulated by optimizing the output of inverters with normal communication, which achieves optimal coordination in mathematical form with inverters suffering communication interruption. It is noted that, at the central level, decisions are made for inverters with normal communication, which consider the local adjustment model for inverter suffering communication interruption. At the local level, local terminal decides whether to follow the decisions made at the central level or locally adjust output of inverters based on communication states and voltage violation states. The proposed method is validated in modified IEEE 33-node distribution network. © 2024 IEEE.

In this paper, a low-noise fast-startup low-dropout regulator with off-chip filter capacitor is presented, which is fabricated in a 180nm CMOS process. For achieving excellent output noise performance, two technique methods are adopted: reducing reference internal noise and applying off-chip filtering. In order to reduce the noise of the reference, a novel optimization method is proposed. At the same time, a fast-startup circuit is carefully designed to avoid off-chip filtering capacitor slowing down the startup time of the system. The integrated output noise of the LdO with an off-chip 47nF capacitor is 13.03μ VrMS, and the startup time is less than 41μs. The static current consumption is 45μ A@ 5V, and the chip occupies the area of 0.44mm2. © 2023 IEEE.

We present GenesisTex, a novel method for synthesizing textures for 3d geometries from text descriptions. GenesisTex adapts the pretrained image diffusion model to texture space by texture space sampling. Specifically, we maintain a latent texture map for each viewpoint, which is updated with predicted noise on the rendering of the corresponding viewpoint. The sampled latent texture maps are then decoded into a final texture map. during the sampling process, we focus on both global and local consistency across multiple viewpoints: global consistency is achieved through the integration of style consistency mechanisms within the noise prediction network, and low-level consistency is achieved by dynamically aligning latent textures. Finally, we apply reference-based inpainting and img2img on denser views for texture refinement. Our approach overcomes the limitations of slow optimization in distillation-based methods and instability in inpainting-based methods. Experiments on meshes from various sources demonstrate that our method surpasses the baseline methods quantitatively and qualitatively.

Product movement tracking stands as a pivotal aspect of logistics operations. The ever-expanding application of IoT technologies holds significant potential to enhance product tracking in logistics. However, the rapid expansion of IoT usage has also introduced several challenges, particularly concerning data privacy, security, and transparency. Blockchain technology, through distributed ledger systems, offers a secure and transparent means to manage transactions within a network. In this study, the Hyperledger Fabric blockchain network, chosen for its private and permissioned nature, leverages authentication features to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and security of data from IoT devices. By integrating the widely adopted MQTT protocol, IoT devices involved in logistics processes communicate effectively with the blockchain network. This study presents a system where IoT devices enable the secure and automated tracking of data through blockchain's registration and distribution mechanisms, all of which are demonstrated within a simulation environment. developed specifically for the logistics sector, this system holds promising potential to address challenges across various fields. © 2025 The Authors. during the transmission process of high-speed signals in the FCBGA package substrate, any impedance discontinuity will cause reflection and distortion of the voltage signal, causing signal quality problems. Therefore, it is very critical to match the impedance on the transmission line and reduce impedance discontinuity to ensure the quality of signal transmission. High-speed signals are very sensitive to impedance discontinuity, so impedance matching in high-speed signals is particularly important for signal quality. This article analyzes the main reasons for impedance discontinuity when high-speed signals are conducted on transmission lines. Based on the simulation results, an optimal design method is proposed to improve the problem of impedance discontinuity of high-speed signals in engineering. Firstly, based on the transmission line theory, the causes and consequences of signal impedance discontinuity are analyzed. Secondly, the simulation software HFSS is used to analyze the influence of parameter changes of each optimization quantity on the differential signal impedance from three aspects: vias, transmission lines, and reference planes. Finally, if the process capability allows, based on the simulation results, the system optimization scheme for high-speed signal transmission is determined with the optimal differential signal impedance as the goal. The simulation results show that: when the stacking parameters and line width parameters remain unchanged, the continuity of the reference plane must be ensured. The larger the differential line spacing, the closer the differential impedance is to 2 times the single-ended impedance. When the spacing is larger than 3 times the line width, the differential impedance tends to stabilize. The via is an important impedance discontinuity point. This article mainly studies the relationship between the composition and weathering of ancient glass products of different types, patterns and colors. Firstly, the data were preprocessed to exclude unreasonable data, and then the correlation analysis model and difference analysis model were used to fit the relationship between the weathering of the glass relics surface and the types, decorations and colors of the glass. Secondly, the missing data is processed, filled with mathematical expectations, and classified by random forest classification method, based on alumina. Then, by drawing the importance moving average reference graph, calculating the mathematical expectation and standard deviation, the acceptable domain is obtained, and the standard deviation graph is drawn to verify the rationality and sensitivity of the classification results. Then, ridge regression predictive analysis is used to analyze the training group, and the trained model is used to classify the test group, and the classification results are obtained. Finally, the model is verified according to the prediction accuracy obtained by training. This paper mainly introduces the principle of correlation analysis algorithm and ridge regression method, and describes how to apply these methods to solve the weathering problem of ancient relics. Pearson correlation analysis is a statistical method used to measure the strength of the linear relationship between two variables, while ridge regression is a regression analysis method used to deal with multicollinearity problems. These algorithms have been effectively applied in this paper, which can provide reference for other research on the weathering of ancient relics. © 2023 IEEE.

disposable hygienic products are classified as technical textile products and are used intensively in the field of medical textiles. As a hygienic textile product, a sanitary napkin consists of a top sheet, an inner layer (Acquisition distribution Layer (AdL) and a core of Pulp/Superabsorbent mixture), and a back sheet. Nonwovens are commonly used in the production of these components. The most important factors to consider in new product design are rapid absorption of menstrual fluid, comfort, and also price. In this context, although there is a cost restriction on sanitary napkins, it is clear that the use of different new raw materials and methods will improve their performance characteristics. In this study, a new designed airlaid composite nonwoven combined with synthetic fiber and wood pulp was used as the inner layer of a sanitary napkin without the core. In addition, four different top sheet types were used in the sanitary napkin design. Liquid strike through time, rewet, and menstrual fluid diffusion of the samples were determined, to compare the performance of sanitary napkins with core and without the core. It was concluded that the inner layer design has a significant effect on the liquid strike through time and menstrual fluid diffusion properties. It has been revealed that the menstrual fluid diffusion value of airlaid composite nonwoven sanitary napkins is higher than the AdL+core inner layer. In addition, it was concluded that the top sheet type did not have a statistically significant effect on liquid strike through and rewet properties. © 2022,Tekstil ve Muhendis. All rights reserved.
