The demand for the exhaustible natural resource helium is increasing rapidly, with 20% of global production used as the cryogen in superconducting MrI magnets. High-temperature superconducting (HTS) materials show great potential forrealizing helium-less magnets. This contribution focuses on interoperability in the overall context of Smart Grids. Whereas Smart Grids are understood as the future energy supply system supported by ICT. For the upcoming need for massive data exchange in Smart Grids both syntactic and semantic issues have to be addressed. In terms of data exchange and ICT semantics are covered by electronic data models representing the real world. Communication architectures including communication standards are dealing with the syntactic aspects. One possible solution for those architectures is the paradigm of service-oriented architectures (SOA). The OPC Unified Architecture (UA) implements this paradigm. The UA is maintained by the OPC Foundation and partly standardized as IEC 62541. It describes a server-client-architecture based on abstract services and an abstract information model which can be used to model domain specific data for general data exchange purposes. In this contribution the application feasibility of the UA is shown based on use cases which were modeled by using the inubit process engine and chosen due to suitable Non-Functional requirements (NFr).

This paper presents the results of numerical experiments devoted to examination of influence of the target attribute hypotheses definitions on quality of information fusion. The main goal of the research works presented herein was to find answers to the subsequent questions: `In the context of attribute information fusion in C2 systems, is it reasonable to extend the information scope of a sensor?' and `does the extension of the sensor information scope always provide tangible benefits in quality of fusion?' In order to achieve that there have been defined two measures: decision robustness anddecision bias. In the experimentation dezert-Smarandache Theory has been used as the main fusion engine. We have developed the “Super View resin (SVr),” a transparent elastic resin, which improves the shock-resistant property and LCd visibility. Filling the air gap with a refractive index matching resin resolves the sunlight reflection problem inherent in the use of a reinforced cover glass lens. Moreover, the elastic filler works as a damperreducing any external shock, which prevents the cover glass and LCd Module from being damaged.

Channel hot-carrier (CHC) degradation becomes more critical as the channel length is reduced. In general, CHC degradation is evaluated using dC stress applying both gate anddrain bias. However, in the case of p-channel MOSFETs, negative bias temperature instabilities (NBTI) also degrades threshold voltage (V TH ) and saturation drain current (I sat ) underdC stress applying gate bias. Therefore, CHC degradation might include the NBTI component, which would lead to over-estimate the CHC degradation. Therefore, a separation of the BTI component from CHC degradation is necessary to predict device lifetime more accurately. In this study, a simple separation method of NBTI and CHC component from CHC test data is proposed, focusing on the recovery phenomenon, which is a distinctive behavior of NBTI.

In this paper, the authors propose a new multisignature scheme with pairing-based cryptography, which can describe the tree structure of signers. In order to denote the relationship among a parent and its child signers, a dedicated middle key is generated on our scheme. In addition, we prove that our scheme is provably secure under the Gap-diffie-Hellman assumption. Based on our proposal, we also implement the prototype of a document circulation system. In this system, a document is signed by members, who are divided into multiply layered groups. The browsing history can be confirmed by verifying the final signature on the document. The computational performance of the system is evaluated, and the result shows a good performance.
