To solve arithmetic word problems which are not stored in the database, comprehending word problems is necessary. A method based on semantic sentence templates for comprehending word problems is presented in this paper. Fifty six semantic sentence templates are collected andrepresented with Jape rules. An experiment is conducted by gate tools, and the result shows that this method is effective to comprehend word problems in Chinese.

This paper focuses on the automatic construction of course ontology from Chinese digital textbook. At first, some models are constructed for textbook, including definition and concept. And then, based on these models, a method of automatic construction of course ontology is proposed, which is called TB-MECG. With this method, differentiating from other ontology learning, the intension of concept can be extracted. And then, a system for TB-OEM is designed and implemented with Gate tools. Experimental results show that the proposed approach can effectively construct course ontology from Chinese textbook.

In this paper, we mainly introduce an adaptive mobile learning framework, which considers fourdimensions in process of adaptation. Meanwhile, we also introduce two different learning modes, whole course learning andknowledge point learning.
