Generative AI-Enabled Quantum Encryption Algorithm for Securing IoT-Based Healthcare Application Using Blockchain

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) with the Internet of Things (IoT) has transformed numerous domains through the AI of Things (AIoT). Nonetheless, AIoT encounters issues related to energy usage and carbon emissions as mobile technology continues to progress. Generative AI (GAI) possesses significant potential to mitigate carbon emissions associated with AIoT, owing to its higher reasoning and generative powers. Conventional security protocols frequently encounter issues with computational efficiency, latency, and overall security comprehensiveness. Blockchain technology, characterized by its decentralized and immutable properties, is a viable approach for improving electronic healthcare data transmission and node authentication in IoT networks. This research examines secure data transmission and node encryption in IoT systems, with a particular emphasis on data management. Conventional approaches encounter constraints in computational efficiency, latency, and comprehensive security. This study presents a novel protocol that combines GAI and blockchain technology with quantum encryption to enhance authentication and ensure secure data transmission. The algorithm comprises multiple consecutive processes, including the encoding and transmission of node requests, followed by the authentication process utilizing hash functions and digital signatures. The authentication approach utilizes a challenge-response technique, guaranteeing that only nodes with authentic credentials can advance. Thereafter, a dynamic key exchange protocol and quantum encryption method provide secure data delivery. The results indicate the procedure’s effectiveness in ensuring secure and regulated access to patient data, underscoring its significance in medical facilities. The system’s functionalities are augmented by a thorough evaluation employing machine learning. Most modern businesses run their competitive operations online. Cybersecurity is crucial to commercial operations. No cybersecurity defensive solution is universal. Standard security strategy involves using hardware and software to counter known security threats that may become stronger over time. Attackers and security professionals fight constantly. A security approach based primarily on tools is untenable. However, some firms skip employee awareness training, resulting in biased cybersecurity breach decisions. This study objectively analyzes key factors that help enterprises and organizations deploy Security Education, Training, and Awareness (SETA) to find ways to maintain such protection. A dataset of UK corporate cybersecurity breach surveys is used to perform performance testing on eight supervised learning models. The entire research uses the model's built characteristics that are excellent at recognizing SETA-adopting enterprises and organizations. The trial shows that awareness is vital when organizations use SETA. Many firms don't know how to safeguard employees from cybersecurity risks when they use online products and services, such as external web services. © 2024 IEEE.

To improve clinical judgment, resource allocation, and patient outcomes, this study investigates the integration of big data with artificial intelligence (AI) for medical management. Utilizing a descriptive design with an emphasis on secondary data collecting, the study adopts an interpretive perspective and a deductive approach. Data collection, AI algorithm implementation, integration into the system, and infrastructure issues are all included in the technical setup. Accuracy, sensitivity, quickness of processing, and scalability are examples of performance measures, and the influence on patients and healthcare providers is highlighted by user viewpoints and experiences. Informed permission, data security, and legal compliance are all included in the ethical considerations. The results highlight the potential advantages of data-driven medical services, but they also highlight how crucial ethical precautions and user acceptance are. Matching a target spectrum with known spectra in a spectral library is a common method for material identification in hyperspectral imaging research. Hyperspectral spectra exhibit precise absorption features across different wavelength segments, and the unique shapes and positions of these absorptions create distinct spectral signatures for each material, aiding in their identification. Therefore, only the specific positions can be considered for material identification. This study introduces the Weighted Sum of Segmented Correlation method, which calculates correlation indices between various segments of a library and a test spectrum, and derives a matching index, favoring positive correlations and penalizing negative correlations using assigned weights. The effectiveness of this approach is evaluated for mineral identification in hyperspectral images from both Earth and Martian surfaces.

Autonomous Underwater Gliders (AUGs) are extensively developed vehicles capable of prolonged exploration and observation in complex marine environments. Control of the AUG is challenging due to its slow response system and its constraints. In this research, a linear model representation of AutoRegressive eXogenous input (ARX) will be constructed using input and output data from the AUG system, built Model Predictive Control (MPC), analyzed the performance, comparing with traditional Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID). The objective is to enhance setpoint tracking accuracy and minimize energy to extend exploration time while faced with constraints. Simulation results reveal MPC exhibits potential setpoint tracking, low overshoot as low as 0.6% up to 0.3m/s maximum depth rate, has relatively low input changes indicating good efficiency compared to PID. MPC approach effectively addresses slow response systems, managing momentum, and handling actuator constraints commonly encountered in AUG.

This article is devoted to the development of Intelligent Verbal Interaction Methods with Non-Player Characters in Metaverse Applications. The creation of a character model using MetaHuman Creator and the implementation of dialogue animation are considered. The construction of answers based on text analysis and their submission to the chat window is described. The system has been tested and found to be stable and have a satisfactory response time of approximately 2 seconds. The results show the successful implementation of methods of verbal interaction with non-game characters in metaverse, which can be useful for further research and development in this area. © 2023 IEEE.

The interpretable machine learning method is important in drug discovery. Unlike traditional ensemble learning methods, this paper proposes an interpretable algorithm based on Bayesian rule extraction to obtain reliable and explainable results for hepatotoxicity prediction. To extract information from different types of omics data, our algorithm employs a multi-view learning strategy to enhance performance. Specifically, a random forest is trained in each view, and then the Bayesian rule extraction algorithm is designed to select an optimal rule subset, controlling the size and accuracy of the ruleset through probabilities. These rule sets are integrated through multi-view voting to get the final decisions. The performance of our algorithm is tested on the hepatotoxicity dataset, demonstrating that compared to traditional machine learning algorithms and rule-based algorithms, our approach maintains excellent performance while achieving high interpretability in most cases. In recent years, a new strain of malware, known as mining malware, has emerged, resulting in significant losses for its victims due to its encryption techniques. This research proposes an innovative approach to detect mining malware by integrating hierarchical threat intelligence features, focusing on the static attributes of mining malware. From the perspective of mining malware threat intelligence, we train classifiers using distinct layers of features, including byte-level features, Portable Executable (PE) structure features, and mining operation execution features. By leveraging diverse malicious software attributes for detection preferences, we develop a comprehensive mining malware detector based on a hierarchical feature integration methodology. To evaluate our approach, we conducted experiments in both controlled lab settings and real-world datasets. The results indicate that our hierarchical feature-integrated mining malware detection method achieves an impressive accuracy rate of 97.01% on the simulated real-world dataset, demonstrating a substantial 6.13% accuracy improvement compared to the baseline mining malware detection method. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2025.

Because of the ambiguous and subjective property of the facial expression, the label noise is widely existing in the FER dataset. For this problem, in the training phase, current methods often directly predict whether the label is noised or not, aiming to reduce the contribution of the noised data. However, we argue that this kind of method suffers from the low reliability of such noise data decision operation. It makes that some mistakenly abounded clean data are not utilized sufficiently and some mistakenly kept noised data disturbing the model learning. In this paper, we propose a more reliable noise-label suppression method called ReSup. First, instead of directly predicting noised or not, ReSup makes the noise data decision by modeling the distribution of noise and clean labels simultaneously according to the disagreement between the prediction and the target. Specifically, to achieve optimal distribution modeling, ReSup models the similarity distribution of all samples. To further enhance the reliability of our noise decision results, ReSup uses two networks to jointly achieve noise suppression. Specifically, ReSup utilize the property that two networks are less likely to make the same mistakes, making two networks swap decisions and tending to trust decisions with high agreement. Extensive experiments on popular datasets shows the effectiveness of ReSup. © 2010-2012 IEEE.

radiance Field Delta Video Compression in Edge-Enabled Vehicular Metaverse

Connected and autonomous vehicles (CAVs) offload computationally intensive tasks to multi-access edge computing (MEC) servers via vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2I) communication, enabling applications within the vehicular metaverse, which transforms physical environment into the digital space enabling advanced analysis or predictive modeling. A core challenge is physical-to-virtual (P2V) synchronization through digital twins (DTs), reliant on MEC networks and ultra-reliable low-latency communication (URLLC). To address this, we introduce radiance field (RF) delta video compression (RFDVC), which uses RF-encoder and RF-decoder architecture using distributed RFs as DTs storing photorealistic 3D urban scenes in compressed form. This method extracts differences between CAV-frame capturing actual traffic and RF-frame capturing empty scene from the same camera pose in batches encoded and transmitted over the MEC network. Experiments show data savings up to 71% against H.264 codec and 44% against H.265 codec under different conditions as lighting changes, and rain. RFDVC also demonstrates resilience to transmission errors, achieving up to +0.29 structural similarity index measure (SSIM) improvement at block error rate (BLER) = 0.35 in non-rainy and +0.25 at BLER = 0.2 in rainy conditions, ensuring superior visual quality compared to standard video coding (VC) methods across various conditions.
