This article is another attempt of a comprehensive solution in the field of steganography data transmission. We also consider software model prototype that fully implements the process of hidden messages transmission in digital photographs. All stages of hidden message processing on the whole way from the sender to the recipient are taken into account. The programming model uses a discrete wavelet transform and new hiding algorithms based on the «Arnold cat map» decomposition. The efficiency of using noise-resistant coding methods and multithreshold decoding to ensure high probability of integrity and reliability of hidden messages when transmitting them through communication channels with a high level of noise is also shown. Clifford algebra approach of 3D Ising model

matrices, which allows us to perform a linearization process on V (δ ) (Theorem II: Linearization Theorem). It is found that locally for each site j, the internal factor Wj in the transfer matrices can be treated as a boundary factor, which can be dealt with by a procedure similar to the Onsager-Kaufman approach for the boundary factor U in the 2D Ising model. This linearization process splits each sub-transfer matrix into 2n sub-spaces (and the whole system into 2nl sub-spaces). Furthermore, a local transformation is employed on each of the sub-transfer matrices (Theorem III: Local Transformation Theorem). The local transformation trivializes the non-trivial topological structure, while it generalizes the topological phases on the eigenvectors. This is induced by a gauge transformation in the Ising gauge lattice that is dual to the original 3D Ising model. The non-commutation of operators during the processes of linearization and local transformation can be dealt with to be commutative in the framework of the Jordan-von Neumann-Wigner procedure, in which the multiplication Aº B = 12 (AB + BA) in Jordan algebras is applied instead of the usual matrix multiplication AB (Theorem IV: Commutation Theorem).. This can be realized by time-averaging t systems of the 3D Ising models with time evaluation. In order to determine the rotation angle for the local transformation, the star-triangle relationship of the 3D Ising model is employed for Curie temperature, which is the solution of generalized Yang-Baxter equations in the continuous limit. The process of development of a virtual analyzer of the state of chemical compounds of a nitrogen-phosphorus solution in terms of process line for the production of complex mineral fertilizers is reviewed in the article. The use of reference points for dynamic analysis, tracing lags, application of software solutions in prediction of the level of permissible concentrations of certain components in various fractions and phases is developed and justified. The high practical feature of the implemented software-analytical complex is indicated.

Although machine learning (ML) has shown promise in numerous domains, there are concerns about generalizability to out-of-sample data. This is currently addressed by centrally sharing ample, and importantly diverse, data from multiple sites. However, such centralization is challenging to scale (or even not feasible) due to various limitations. Federated ML (FL) provides an alternative to train accurate and generalizable ML models, by only sharing numerical model updates. Here we present findings from the largest FL study to-date, involving data from 71 healthcare institutions across 6 continents, to generate an automatic tumor boundary detector for the rare disease of glioblastoma, utilizing the largest dataset of such patients ever used in the literature (25,256 MRI scans from 6,314 patients). We demonstrate a 33% improvement over a publicly trained model to delineate the surgically targetable tumor, and 23% improvement over the tumor's entire extent. We anticipate our study to: 1) enable more studies in healthcare informed by large and diverse data, ensuring meaningful results for rare diseases and underrepresented populations, 2) facilitate further quantitative analyses for glioblastoma via performance optimization of our consensus model for eventual public release, and 3) demonstrate the effectiveness of FL at such scale and task complexity as a paradigm shift for multi-site collaborations, alleviating the need for data sharing. © 2022, CC BY.

—Small object tracking becomes an increasingly important task, which however has been largely unexplored in computer vision. The great challenges stem from the facts that: 1) small objects show extreme vague and variable appearances, and 2) they tend to be lost easier as compared to normal-sized ones due to the shaking of lens. In this paper, we propose a novel aggregation signature suitable for small object tracking, especially aiming for the challenge of sudden and large drift. We make three-fold contributions in this work. First, technically, we propose a new descriptor, named aggregation signature, based on saliency, able to represent highly distinctive features for small objects. Second, theoretically, we prove that the proposed signature matches the foreground object more accurately with a high probability. Third, experimentally, the aggregation signature achieves a high performance on multiple datasets, outperforming the state-of-the-art methods by large margins. Moreover, we contribute with two newly collected benchmark datasets, i.e., small90 and small112, for visually small object tracking. The datasets will be available in https://***/bczhangbczhang/. Background: The COVID-19 pandemic highlighted gaps in health surveillance systems, disease prevention, and treatment globally. Among the many factors that might have led to these gaps is the issue of the financing of national health systems, especially in low-income and middle-income countries (LMICs), as well as a robust global system for pandemic preparedness. We aimed to provide a comparative assessment of global health spending at the onset of the pandemic;characterise the amount of development assistance for pandemic preparedness and response disbursed in the first 2 years of the COVID-19 pandemic;and examine expectations for future health spending and put into context the expected need for investment in pandemic preparedness. Methods: In this analysis of global health spending between 1990 and 2021, and prediction from 2021 to 2026, we estimated four sources of health spending: development assistance for health (DAH), government spending, out-of-pocket spending, and prepaid private spending across 204 countries and territories. We used the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)'s Creditor Reporting system (CRS) and the WHO Global Health Expenditure Database (GHED) to estimate spending. We estimated development assistance for general health, COVID-19 response, and pandemic preparedness and response using a keyword search. Health spending estimates were combined with estimates of resources needed for pandemic prevention and preparedness to analyse future health spending patterns, relative to need. Findings: In 2019, at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, US$9·2 trillion (95% uncertainty interval [UI] 9·1–9·3) was spent on health worldwide. We found great disparities in the amount of resources devoted to health, with high-income countries spending $7·3 trillion (95% UI 7·2–7·4) in 2019;293·7 times the $24·8 billion (95% UI 24·3–25·3) spent by low-income countries in 2019.
