Multi-band optical networks are a potential technology for increasing network ***,the strong interference and non-uniformity between wavelengths in multi-band optical networks have become a bottleneck restricting the transmission capacity of multi-band optical *** overcome these challenges,it is particularly important to implement optical power optimization targeting wavelength ***,based on the generalized Gaussian noise model,we first formulate an optimization model for the problems of routing,modulation format,wavelength,and power allocation in C+L+S multi-band optical *** objective function is to maximize the average link capacity of the network while ensuring that the Optical Signal-to-Noise(OSNR)threshold of the service request is not ***,we propose a NonLinear Interferenceaware(NLI-aware)routing,modulation format,wavelength,and power allocation ***,we conduct simulations under different test *** simulation results indicate that our algorithm can effectively reduce the blocking probability by 23.5%and improve the average link capacity by 3.78%in C+L+S multi-band optical networks.

In the era of big data, high-performance rolling bearing fault diagnostic methods are of great significance to ensure manufacturing smoothly and avoid mass economic losses. A rolling bearing fault diagnostic CAR-SNN model based on Convolutional Block Attention Module (CBAM), Residual Network (ResNet), and Spiking Neural Networks (SNNs) is proposed based on deep learning (DL). The CAR-SNN model combines CBAM, ResNet, and SNNs to extract critical features while avoiding gradient vanishing or explosion phenomena. The ability of the CAR-SNN model to process spatio-temporal information is improved by using SNNs that incorporate spatio-temporal information simultaneously. The proposed model is used for the rolling bearing fault diagnosis, which datasets are from the experimental platforms of CWRU and Jiangnan university, with the highest diagnostic accuracy 99.995% and 99.18%, respectively. The experimental results validate the effectiveness and stability of the proposed model. The results of comparison experiments show that the CAR-SNN model has better fault diagnostic accuracy and stability than that of the CAR model and other comparison methods. The proposed data-driven rolling bearing fault diagnostic method based on the CAR-SNN model is easy to be implemented, and meeting the needs of high fault diagnostic accuracy in practical applications, and provides valuable input for fault diagnosis of rolling bearings. © 2023 IEEE.

The operation of the china Railway Express features numerous links across several regions and countries. Effectively controlling therisks involved in the operation of the china Railway Express is crucial for ensuring safety and efficiency and promoting the sustainabledevelopment of the china Railway Express. The Bayesian network-based risk-management model was built corresponding to theactual operation of the china Railway Express;the model used an advanced risk-management theory. The sensitivity analysis of riskfactors and Bayesian network inference were realized using the expectation-maximization and clique-tree propagation *** the risk-checklistmethod, 17 risk-related factors were analysed on 17 nodes of the Bayesian network fromthree perspectives—safety, efficiency and effectiveness—based on expert opinions and the actual operating conditions of the china Railway *** from a sensitivity analysis and evidence inference of the Bayesian network model indicated that the sensitivity coefficients ofnodes N01, N04, N07, N08 and N17 of the network were high. Moreover, the risk-occurrence probabilities for nodes N01, N04, N06,N07 and N09 were higher in the case of reverse inference. Our results revealed the crucial factors influencing the risk. The identifiedrisk factors included the stability of the political environment in countries along the route, conditions of station infrastructures andthe complexity of the process of changing rails and reloading. Further, risk-management suggestions were provided. By establishinga sound risk-management framework, reliable assessment and management could be realized in accordance with changes in theoperating conditions of the china Railway Express.

Recently, deep learning and human-out-of-the-loop methods enjoy their prosperous applications in mechanical fault diagnosis. Nonetheless, the None-IID(independent and identically distributed) issue radicated in acquired data severely limits the stability and accuracy of compound fault diagnosis of rolling bearings. This paper proposes a sample augmentation method for generating simulated signals based on the concept of counterfactuals. Firstly, disentangled representations and counterfactual faithful theory are applied to classify the original signal into two categories of properties. One is the fault semantics encoded from the original vibration signal. And the other is the sample attribute encoded by the encoder of Variational Autoencoders (VAEs). Secondly, the counterfactual faithful pseudo-samples are conjured through the Generative Adversarial Network(GAN) using the seeds of the 'factual' sample attributes and 'counterfactual' fault semantics to compensate for the drawback of distribution shift. Finally, the original samples and pseudo-samples are used as the CNN classifier dataset to realize bearing fault diagnosis. Experiments show that this method can generate counterfactual signals that are highly consistent with the original data distribution and can achieve better classification accuracy after balancing the dataset. © 2022 IEEE.

With the rapid development of elevated expressways, urban elevated expressways bear more and more traffic volume, and the adoption of environmental protection materials has become an inevitable trend in the development of elevated expressways. a control method for connecting the elevated expressway with the ground intersection based on reflective film material is presented. Firstly, the green reflective film material is used to guide the connecting section of the elevated expressway and the ground intersection. Then, the corresponding signal timing method is proposed to optimize the traffic flow time between the elevated expressway and the ground ***, through the analysis of the VISSIM traffic simulation software to evaluate the results show that the method is based on the reflective film material can effectively guide the elevated expressway with the ground intersection connection section, under the premise by signal optimization technology to further improve the traffic efficiency, effectively reduces the overhead elevated expressway with the ground intersection connection number of the conflicts, It provides a basis for the research on the connection section between the elevated expressway and the ground intersection based on reflective film material guidance. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Diagnosis of compound faults remains a challenge during fault diagnosis of bearings, owing to the different fault parameters coupling, fault characteristics diversity, and the exponential increasement of the number of possible failure modes. Current compound faults diagnostic methods, which are usually based on supervised or semi-supervised learning, require sufficient labeled or unlabeled training data for each compound faults. In industrial scenarios, neither labeled nor unlabeled training data of compound faults are usually difficult to collect and sometimes even inaccessible, whereas single faults samples are easy to obtain. Based on these issues, we construct a novel generative zero-shot learning (ZSL) compound faults diagnosis model identifies unseen compound faults using only single faults samples as training set. This model comprises several modules, namely semantic vector definition, feature extractor, generative adversarial modules. Firstly, we devise a unified semantic vector definition method for expressing single and compound faults based on theoretical correlation of characteristics between single fault and compound faults vibration data. Secondly, a CNN-based feature extractor is designed for extraction the fault features from the time-frequency domain of vibration data. Thirdly, a generative adversarial module performs adversarial training of semantic vectors and fault features of single faults to learn the mapping relationship between the fault features and the fault semantic vectors. Once trained, the generator is able to generate compound fault features using the compound fault semantic vectors, rather than any compound fault samples. Finally, the K-nearest neighbor method is adopted to identify the unseen compound faults by measuring the distance between the extracted feature from the testing compound fault samples and the generated features. Road crack detection is of great significance for maintaining road quality, improving road safety, optimizing resource allocation and protecting environment. Aiming at the problems of low recognition accuracy, high false detection rate and false detection rate of existing road crack detection, an improved road crack detection algorithm YOLOv8-YP based on YOLOv8 is proposed. Firstly, the attention mechanism GAM is introduced into the backbone network and neck network to enhance the ability of extracting features of different scales from fracture images. Secondly, SPDConv is used to replace Conv in the backbone network to improve the recognition rate of slender and tiny cracks in the backbone network. Finally, DIoU function is used to optimize the bounding box loss of the network, so that the network can converge quickly and provide finer detection results. The experimental results show that the improved algorithm model YOLOv8-YP and the original algorithm YOLOv8n are improved by 2.2% and 2.3% in mAP @ 0.5 and mAP @ 0.5: 0.95, respectively. The improved algorithm YOLOv8-YP has better detection effect on road cracks, and can identify and locate road cracks quickly and accurately. © 2023 IEEE.

Along with our country's continuous growth, rising rush hours traffic congestion, many scholars proposed setting variable lanes solution, but due to the variable lanes different times the direction of the lane change, which made the driver can not be correctly into the right lane. So we propose a traffic optimization control method for variable lanes combined with colorful asphalt materials. Firstly, enumeration method is used to list all the direction schemes and phase schemes of the variable lanes, and the optimal scheme is obtained according to the constraints. In order to better distinguish the variable lanes from the conventional lanes, the variable lanes are paved with colorful asphalt environmental materials. Then the phase timing is calculated according to the determined variable lanes, phase scheme and traffic flow. Finally, through VISSIM traffic simulation software to evaluate the results, the results show that combining with colorful asphalt materials clearly calibrate the position of the variable lanes, effective rule on the variable lanes traffic space, and on this basis, through phase timing optimization technology to further improve the intersection traffic efficiency, effectively alleviate the intersection rush hours traffic congestion. It provides a basis for the research of variable lanes optimization control combined with colorful asphalt materials. © 2023 SPIE.

SQL injection is a significant and persistent threat to web services. Most existing protections against SQL injections rely on traffic-level anomaly detection, which often results in high false-positive rates and can be easily bypassed by attackers. This paper introduces SQLStateGuard, the world's first middleware-driven statement-level SQL injection defense approach, to address these issues. The SQLStateGuard uses a custom SQL middleware based on the idea of Runtime Application Self-Protection to capture raw SQL statements. These statements are then analyzed by SQLSG-Net, a database-oriented detection network based on gated linear units. If SQLSG-Net detects malicious SQL statements, the SQL middleware will block them. Experiments show that the detection accuracy of SQLStateGuard exceeds 99%, outperforming existing approaches, and it can identify the type of a specific SQL injection. Additionally, SQLStateGuard has no fingerprint and does not respond to SQL syntax errors, making it more challenging for attackers to gather information. This paper also presents a novel dataset generation process for SQLStateGuard and shares two statement-level SQL injection datasets with the research community, including over 145,000 malicious SQL statements categorized by the type of SQL injection. © 2024 ACM.
