LQTTrack:Multi-Object Tracking by Focusing on Low-Quality Targets Association

Multi-object tracking(MOT)has seen rapid improvements in recent ***,frequent occlusion remains a significant challenge in MOT,as it can cause targets to become smaller or disappear entirely,resulting in lowquality targets,leading to trajectory interruptions and reduced tracking *** from some existing methods,which discarded the low-quality targets or ignored low-quality target ***,with a lowquality association strategy(LQA),is proposed to pay more attention to low-quality *** the association scheme of LQTTrack,firstly,multi-scale feature fusion of FPN(MSFF-FPN)is utilized to enrich the feature information and assist in subsequent data ***,the normalized Wasserstein distance(NWD)is integrated to replace the original Inter over Union(IoU),thus overcoming the limitations of the traditional IoUbased methods that are sensitive to low-quality targets with small sizes and enhancing the robustness of low-quality target ***,the third association stage is proposed to improve the matching between the current frame’s low-quality targets and previously interrupted trajectories from earlier frames to reduce the problem of track fragmentation or error tracking,thereby increasing the association success rate and improving overall multi-object tracking *** experimental results demonstrate the competitive performance of LQTTrack on benchmark datasets(MOT17,MOT20,and DanceTrack).

We investigate asymmetric spin wave scattering behaviors caused by vortex chirality in a cross-shaped ferromagnetic system by using the micromagnetic *** the system,four scattering behaviors are found:(i)asymmetric skew scattering,depending on the polarity of vortex core,(ii)back scattering(reflection),depending on the vortex core stiffness,(iii)side deflection scattering,depending on structural symmetry of the vortex circulation,and(iv)geometrical scattering,depending on waveguide *** first and second scattering behaviors are attributed to nonlinear topological magnon spin Hall effect related to magnon spin-transfer torque effect,which has value for magnonic exploration and application.

Rockburst Intensity Grade Prediction Model Based on Batch Gradient Descent and Multi-Scale Residual Deep Neural Network

Rockburst is a phenomenon in which free surfaces are formed during excavation,which subsequently causes the sudden release of energy in the construction of mines and *** rockburst only peels off rock slices without ejection,while severe rockburst causes casualties and property *** frequency and degree of rockburst damage increases with the excavation ***,rockburst is the leading engineering geological hazard in the excavation process,and thus the prediction of its intensity grade is of great significance to the development of geotechnical ***,the prediction of rockburst intensity grade is one problem that needs to be solved *** comprehensively considering the occurrence mechanism of rockburst,this paper selects the stress index(σθ/σc),brittleness index(σ_(c)/σ_(t)),and rock elastic energy index(Wet)as the rockburst evaluation indexes through the Spearman coefficient *** overcomes the low accuracy problem of a single evaluation index prediction *** this,the BGD-MSR-DNN rockburst intensity grade prediction model based on batch gradient descent and a multi-scale residual deep neural network is *** batch gradient descent(BGD)module is used to replace the gradient descent algorithm,which effectively improves the efficiency of the network and reduces the model training ***,the multi-scale residual(MSR)module solves the problem of network degradation when there are too many hidden layers of the deep neural network(DNN),thus improving the model prediction *** experimental results reveal the BGDMSR-DNN model accuracy to reach 97.1%,outperforming other comparable ***,actual projects such as Qinling Tunnel and Daxiangling Tunnel,reached an accuracy of 100%.The model can be applied in mines and tunnel engineering to realize the accurate and rapid prediction of rockburst intensity grade.

RESDSQL: Decoupling Schema Linking and Skeleton Parsing for Text-to-SQL

One of the recent best attempts at Text-to-SQL is the pre-trained language model. Due to the structural property of the SQL queries, the seq2seq model takes the responsibility of parsing both the schema items (i.e., tables and columns) and the skeleton (i.e., SQL keywords). Such coupled targets increase the difficulty of parsing the correct SQL queries especially when they involve many schema items and logic operators. This paper proposes a ranking-enhanced encoding and skeleton-aware decoding framework to decouple the schema linking and the skeleton parsing. Specifically, for a seq2seq encoder-decode model, its encoder is injected by the most relevant schema items instead of the whole unordered ones, which could alleviate the schema linking effort during SQL parsing, and its decoder first generates the skeleton and then the actual SQL query, which could implicitly constrain the SQL parsing. We evaluate our proposed framework on Spider and its three robustness variants: Spider-DK, Spider-Syn, and Spider-Realistic. As an emerging weakly supervised learning framework, partial label learning aims to induce a multi-class classifier from ambiguous supervision information where each training example is associated with a set of candidate labels, among which only one is the true label. Traditional feature selection methods, either for single label and multiple label problems, are not applicable to partial label learning as the ambiguous information contained in the label space obfuscates the importance of features and misleads the selection process. This makes the selection of a proper feature subset from partial label examples particularly challenging, and therefore has rarely been investigated. In this paper, we propose a novel feature selection algorithm for partial label learning, named PLFS, which considers not only the relationships between features and labels, but also exploits the relationships between instances to select the most informative and important features to enhance the performance of partial label learning. PLFS constructs an adaptive weighted graph to exploit the similarity information among instances, differentiate the label space and weight the feature space, which leads to the selection of a proper feature subset. Extensive experiments over a broad range of benchmark data sets clearly validate the effectiveness of our proposed feature selection approach.

MOEA/D With Spatial-Temporal Topological Tensor Prediction for Evolutionary Dynamic Multiobjective Optimization

When solving dynamic multiobjective optimization problems, most evolutionary algorithms attempt to predict the initial population in a new environment by mining the relationships between solutions during historical environment changes. However, the complex relationships between solutions and the limited amount of available data often make it difficult to extract useful information efficiently, which may deteriorate the prediction accuracy. To address this problem, this paper proposes a spatial-temporal topological tensor-based prediction method to generate the initial population in a new environment under the decomposition framework of MOEA/D. The method relies on the idea that the population distribution in each environment has topological similarity along the time dimension in the objective space, which makes it efficient to represent the population distribution in terms of a tensor and predict new solutions along each decomposition axis in a new environment by an improved tensor-based multi-short time series prediction method. Experimental results on various benchmark problems and a real-world problem show that the proposed method is competitive or even superior to state-of-the-art dynamic multiobjective evolutionary algorithms based on prediction strategies. Service robots play an increasingly important role in people's daily life. The density of pedestrians is large and the movement is irregular in pedestrian-robot mixed traffic flows. Robots are prone to collision with pedestrians, and the tasks to be offloaded are closely related to pedestrians. How to analyze the tasks of robots and select the appropriate roadside unit is an important issue. In this paper, the social force model is used to predict the positions of pedestrians and robots, taking into account the influence of various forces to avoid collisions. A task offloading resource optimization algorithm with position prediction is proposed. According to the predicted information, the size and position distribution of all tasks in the scenario are obtained, and then the neural network trained beforehand based on deep Q-Iearning is used to generate a task offloading strategy. The simulation results show that the running time of the proposed algorithm is very short, and the resource allocation required for task offloading is completed in advance based on the predicted information before robots arriving the corresponding positions. Besides, the algorithm significantly reduces the task offloading delay. © 2022 IEEE.

In recent years, with the rapid development of drone photography technology, drones have emerged as a new method for photography and observation. We have applied object detection technology to drone photography and proposed a YOLO-style 2D object detection network called YOLOvis based on the YOLOv8 architecture. We introduced the PatchFPN structure to improve the network's robustness in detecting small objects and proposed the TranConcat structure to scale features for enhanced usability. YOLOvis utilizes the challenging VisDrone data set as the model's task data set. With a slight increase in computational cost, the model achieves an accuracy of mAP50 33.7%, which is a 3.7% improvement compared to YOLOv8 of the same size and a 17.0% improvement compared to YOLOv5 of the same size. Additionally, to better tailor the model to specific needs, we have proposed YOLOvis models of different sizes. The code and pretrained models are in https://***/BarryGUN/bgyolo_v8_***. © 2024 SPIE.

In recent years,china has witnessed the rapid development in housing finance,and there have emerged constantly real estate finance innovations;however,there exists no relevant index for measuring the innovations of china's real estate *** on the perspectives of the governments,enterprises and the public,this paper constructs the"innovation index of real estate finance"on a quarterly basis from 2009 to 2019,with the method of empowerment which combines the subjective method(analytic hierarchy process)and the objective one(range coefficient method).It clearly and concretely depicts the innovations in housing finance and the related temporal-spatial characteristics in china since the outbreak of the financial crisis in *** index covers 30 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government,and analyzes its temporal and spatial *** findings show that there exist a strong spatial autocorrelation and a big regional difference in innovations.

PyionNet: Pyramid Progressive Cross-Fusion Network for Joint Classification of Hyperspectral and LiDAR data

Joint hyperspectral (HS) and Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) data for land cover classification have received widespread attention. Nevertheless, existing methods often struggle with multi-scale feature extraction and multi-source feature fusion. To address these issues, this paper proposes a pyramid progressive cross-fusion network, named PyionNet, for joint classification of HS and LiDAR data. Technically, the proposed PyionNet incorporates a pyramid multi-scale extraction (PME) module cascaded with a progressive cross-fusion (PCF) module, which are designed to extract multi-scale features and fuse multi-source features, respectively. Specifically, the PME module employs pyramid spectral and spatial convolutional blocks to extract and aggregate features from HS and LiDAR data, respectively, then uses an expansion-compression strategy to eliminate redundant information, and thus achieve a compact multi-scale feature representation. Moreover, the PCF module utilizes the transformer architecture and introduces two innovative feature fusion blocks, i.e., the discrepancy feature fusion (DFF) block and the common feature fusion (CFF) block, to progressively integrate multi-source and multi-scale features extracted by the PME module. The DFF block is designed to integrate discrepancy features between HS and LiDAR data to enhance complementary information. Subsequently, the CFF block focuses on fusing common features to progressively enrich the fused representation of the DFF block and further enhance the representation power. Experiments on three real-world datasets demonstrate that the proposed PyionNet outperforms state-of-the-art methods in both qualitative and quantitative results. © 2008-2012 IEEE.
