With the continuing innovation of information and network technologies, on the one hand, social media has gradually become a necessary tool for internal communication within the organization, resulting in great changes in the behavioral patterns of employees; on the other hand, emerging technologies such as blockchain and smart contracts have enlightened many outstanding issues in organizational management, such as opaque data, tamable information and incomplete execution. Responding to the impact of new media on organizational management model, combined with the emerging technologies--blockchain and smart contracts, this paper aims to explore the behavioral management model of employees for trusted data within virtual cyberspace. It is devoted to the description modeling of employees' behavior and the guidance of employees' behavior based on smart contracts. We also validate our proposed method in a real-world scenario, and the experimental results prove our analysis, as well as the effectiveness of our approach. This paper is a basic research in the new application field, and is expected to offer helpful guidance and reference for future research efforts and industrial applications.

Real Time Bidding (RTB) is a novel business model of online computational advertising with the integration of Internet economy and big data analysis. It can help advertisers achieve the precision marketing through the market segmentation strategies of Demand Side Platforms (DSPs). Based on a mathematical programming approach, this paper studied DSPs' strategies for market segmentation, and established a selection model of the granularity for segmenting RTB advertising markets. We proposed to validate our model using the computational experiment approach, and the experimental results show that: 1) with the increasing refinement of the market segmentation granularity, the total revenue has a tendency of a rise first followed by a decline, 2) the optimal granularity of market segmentation will be significantly influenced by the number of advertisers on the DSP, but less influenced by the number of ad requests. Our findings show the crucial role of market segmentation on the RTB advertising effect, and indicate that the DSPs should adjust their market segmentation strategies according to their total number of advertisers. Our findings also highlight the importance of advertisers as well as the characteristics of the target audiences in DSPs' market segmentation decisions.

Modern power systems are evolving into sociotechnical systems with massive complexity, whose real-time operation and dispatch go beyond human capability. Thus,the need for developing and applying new intelligent power system dispatch tools are of great practical significance. In this paper, we introduce the overall business model of power system dispatch, the top level design approach of an intelligent dispatch system, and the parallel intelligent technology with its dispatch applications. We expect that a new dispatch paradigm,namely the parallel dispatch, can be established by incorporating various intelligent technologies, especially the parallel intelligent technology, to enable secure operation of complex power grids,extend system operators' capabilities, suggest optimal dispatch strategies, and to provide decision-making recommendations according to power system operational goals.

Bitcoin is a novel protocol with the potential of enabling a decentralized and trustless cryptographic currency, and its underlying technology named blockchain operates on a worldwide basis via a complex set of rules originally proposed by Nakomoto in 2008. In Bitcoin blockchain, miners provide computational services (i.e. mining) to get profits from the fixed rewards of newly found block and also transaction fees from recording the users' transactions to the blocks. With the decreasing of the fixed new block reward, transaction fees will play the role as the main profit source of miners, thus provide important supports for the sustainability and vitality of the Bitcoin system. Therefore, it is of great necessity to research transaction fees. In this paper, we investigate transaction fees in a queuing game with non-preemptive priority, in which both the miners' mining rewards and the users' time cost are highlighted. Then, we conduct theoretical analysis of the game, getting five types of Nash equilibria of the game. We also find that the over-long waiting time will bring negative marginal profits on transaction fees to some users with low time cost, therefore, they will not be willing to offer transaction fees.

Prompted by emerging developments in connected and automated vehicles, parallel steering control, one aspect of parallel driving, has become highly important for intelligent vehicles for easing the burden and ensuring the safety of human drivers. This paper presents a parallel steering control framework for an intelligent vehicle using moving horizon *** framework considers lateral stability, collision avoidance and actuator saturation and describes them as constraints, which can blend the operation of a human driver and a parallel steering controller effectively. Moreover, the road hazard and the steering operation error are employed to evaluate the operational hazardous of an intelligent vehicle. Under the hazard evaluation,the intelligent vehicle will be mainly operated by the human driver when the vehicle operates in a safe and stable *** automated steering driving objective will play an active role and regulate the steering operations of the intelligent vehicle based on the hazard evaluation. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed hazard-evaluation-oriented moving horizon parallel steering control approach, various validations are conducted, and the results are compared with a parallel steering scheme that does not consider automated driving situations. The results illustrate that the proposed parallel steering controller achieves acceptable performance under both conventional conditions and hazardous conditions.

—Cyber Movement Organization (CMO) is a special kind of social movement organization on the Web. In this paper, we propose a model to simulate the mobilizing process of CMO, which consists of the individual unit, organization unit, and the mobilizing mechanisms. The mobilizing mechanisms has three sub-mechanisms: the participation mechanism, the choice mechanism, and the inviting mechanism. A dataset of more than two million “human flesh search” related microblogs is used to validate the model. Empirical results show that our model can capture the key features of the real-world mobilizing process.
