The relationship between chemodiversity and microbial succession in wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs)is highly intricate and *** specific contribution of the microbial community to changes in the composition of dissolved organic matter(DOM)within different biological treatment units remains unclear,as does the reciprocal influence of DOM composition on microbial *** this study,spectroscopy((Excitationemission matrix)EEM-PARAFAC,Ultraviolet(UV)-spectrum,Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR)),Liquid chromatograph mass spectrometer(LC–MS)and Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance(FT-ICR)MS along with high-throughput sequencing technology were used to explore the relationship between chemodiversity and microbial succession in WWTPs concerning seasonal *** results showed that WWTPs with anaerobic/anoxic/oxic(A2O)processes can metabolize and transformmost of thewastewater DOM,and the anaerobic unit has the highest removal rate for fluorescence DOM(FDOM,14.07%-64.43%);the anaerobic unit increased aliphatic/proteins and lignin-like molecules but decreased relative intensity,while the anoxic unit removed unsaturated hydrocarbons,aromatic structures,and lignin-like *** impact of seasonal changes on the composition and removal of FDOM and DOM in wastewater treatment is significant,and the variations that occur during different seasons affect microbial activity,as well as the production,degradation,and transformation of organic compounds throughout thewastewater treatment *** analysis shows that Parcubacteria_genera_incertae_sedis plays a crucial role in DOM chemodiversity,highlighting the crucial contribution of microbial com-munities to both the structure and operation of the entire DOM *** results in this study could provide some theoretical and practical basis for guiding the process optimiza-tion of WWTPs.

The article demonstrates the fundamental possibility to solve the problem of digital twins data storage and processing in a distributed digital industrial platform. This problem originates from the fact that a digital twin in the digital economy and Industry 4.0 should be, on the one hand, quickly accessible and on the other hand, properly protected from intentional or unintentional distortions. In the article, we review the variants of digital twin data storage in the conditions of Industry 4.0, and provide the requirements to the data of digital twins. Besides, the requirements for digital twins' data storage systems in the conditions of Industry 4.0 are formulated. Such requirements, in particular, include distributed storage, strong consistency between digital twins' data and the real object, high speed of data processing. The review of modern database management systems belonging to the class of NewSQL solutions is made. The article shows that these solutions can be applied to solve the problem of digital twins distributed data storage in industry 4.0. The direction of further research is defined.

Masses of the ground and orbitally excited states of triply heavy tetraquarks with one open heavy flavor are calculated within the relativistic quark model, based on the quasipotential approach and QCD. Tetraquark is treated as a bound state of the nonobservable nonpointlike diquark and antidiquark. The relativistic quasipotential equation takes into account all relativistic corrections (both spin-dependent and spin-independent) and the internal structure of the diquarks via the insertion of calculated diquark–gluon form factors. The obtained masses of tetraquarks are compared with the strong fall-apart decay thresholds into a pair of heavy and heavy-light mesons. The states that lie slightly above or under such thresholds and thus could be observed as narrow resonances in other decay modes are identified.

Semileptonic decays of $$D$$ mesons into orbitally excited states of strange mesons are studied in the framework of the relativistic quark model based on the quasipotential approach and quantum chromodynamics. Form factors parameterizing matrix elements of the weak current between meson states are calculated with the consistent account of relativistic effects. Their dependence on the square of the transferred momentum is explicitly determined in the whole accessible kinematic region. On the basis of these form factors and helicity formalism, differential and total semileptonic decay rates of $$D$$ mesons are calculated. The detailed comparison of the obtained results with other theoretical calculations and experimental data is given.
