Suicide has become a critical concern,necessitating the development of effective preventative *** media platforms offer a valuable resource for identifying signs of suicidal *** progress in detecting suicidal ideation on social media,accurately identifying individuals who express suicidal thoughts less openly or infrequently poses a significant *** tackle this,we have developed a dataset focused on Chinese suicide narratives from Weibo’s Tree Hole feature and introduced an ensemble model named Text Convolutional Neural Network based on Social Network relationships(TCNN-SN).This model enhances predictive performance by leveraging social network relationship features and applying correction factors within a weighted linear fusion *** is specifically designed to identify key individuals who can help uncover hidden suicidal users and *** model,assessed using the bespoke dataset and benchmarked against alternative classification approaches,demonstrates superior accuracy,F1-score and AUC metrics,achieving 88.57%,88.75%and 94.25%,respectively,outperforming traditional TextCNN models by 12.18%,10.84%and 10.85%.We assert that our methodology offers a significant advancement in the predictive identification of individuals at risk,thereby contributing to the prevention and reduction of suicide incidences.

The continuous phase modulation(CPM)technique is widely used in range telemetry due to its high spectral efficiency and power ***,the demodulation performance of the traditional maximum likelihood sequence detection(MLSD)algorithm significantly deteriorates in non-ideal synchronization or fading *** address this issue,this work proposes a convolutional neural network(CNN)called the cascade parallel crossing network(CPCNet)to enhance the robustness of CPM signals *** CPCNet model employs a multiple parallel structure and feature fusion to extract richer features from CPM *** approach constructs feature maps at different levels,resulting in a more comprehensive training of the model and improved demodulation *** results show that under Gaussian channel,the proposed CPCNet achieves the same bit error rate(BER)performance as MLSD method when there is no timing error,but with 1/4 symbol period timing error,the proposed method has 2 dB demodulation gain compared with CNN and convolutional long short-term memory deep neural network(CLDNN).In addition,under Rayleigh channel,the BER of the proposed method is reduced by 5%-87%compared to that of MLSD in the wide signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)region.
