Geological knowledge can provide support for knowledge discovery, knowledge inference and mineralization predictions of geological big data. Entity identification and relationship extraction from geological data description text are the key links for constructing knowledge graphs. Given the lack of publicly annotated datasets in the geology domain, this paper illustrates the construction process of geological entity datasets, defines the types of entities and interconceptual relationships by using the geological entity concept system, and completes the construction of the geological corpus. To address the shortcomings of existing language models(such as Word2vec and Glove) that cannot solve polysemous words and have a poor ability to fuse contexts, we propose a geological named entity recognition and relationship extraction model jointly with Bidirectional Encoder Representation from Transformers(BERT) pretrained language model. To effectively represent the text features, we construct a BERT-bidirectional gated recurrent unit network(BiGRU)-conditional random field(CRF)-based architecture to extract the named entities and the BERT-BiGRU-Attention-based architecture to extract the entity relations. The results show that the F1-score of the BERT-BiGRU-CRF named entity recognition model is 0.91 and the F1-score of the BERT-BiGRU-Attention relationship extraction model is 0.84, which are significant performance improvements when compared to classic language models(e.g., word2vec and Embedding from Language Models(ELMo)).

The natural curcumin-mediated photodynamic inactivation(PDI)was developed,and its inactivation potency against Fusarium graminearum in vitro and in vivo was systematically investigated by fluorescence probe assay,trypan blue staining,scanning electron microscope(SEM),confocal laser scanning microscopy(CLSM),*** showed that under the irradiation of blue LED,the photosensitizer of curcumin was excited to generate massive reactive oxygen species(ROS)in the cells of ***,and the PDI completely inactivated their mycelia and spores under the treatment of 150μM curcumin and 10.8 J/cm^(2)*** analysis found that the PDI ruptured the cellular microstructures,damaged the cell membrane by increasing its permeability and oxidizing the lipids,degraded the intracellular DNA and proteins inside the spores of ***,the PDI also potently killed>99.99%spores of *** on maize under the treatment of 200μM curcumin and 10.8 J/cm^(2)***,the PDI suppressed the production of zearalenone(ZEN),and residual ZEN could not be detected after the storage of maize for 10 ***,this study systematically explored the inactivation efficiency of curcumin-mediated PDI against both the mycelia and spores of ***,which provides a valid and promising method to control the fungal hazards in grains.

Emergency blocking control is of great significance for blocking cascading failure process and preventing system collapse. An emergency blocking control scheme against cascading failure based on risk assessment is proposed, in terms of maintaining the stability and economy of the power system. Firstly, the cascading failure involving the renewable generators is simulated, integrating the DC power flow, the line operation reliability model, and the hidden fault of the relay protection device. Then, the average load loss index by simulating multiple system cascading failure is obtained. Based on the calculated operation risk, the double dueling deep q network (D3QN) based reinforcement learning framework for emergency blocking control scheme is designed. And the prioritized experience replay mechanism is selected for learning improvement. Finally, case study on the IEEE 36-bus system is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Optical chaos communication and key distribution have been extensively demonstrated with high-speed advantage but only within the metropolitan-area network range of which the transmission distance is restricted to around 300 *** secure-transmission requirement of the backbone fiber link,the critical threshold is to realize long-reach chaos ***,we propose and demonstrate a scheme of long-reach chaos synchronization using fiber relay transmission with hybrid amplification of an erbium-doped fiber amplifier(EDFA)and a distributed fiber Raman amplifier(DFRA).Experiments and simulations show that the hybrid amplification extends the chaos-fidelity transmission distance thanks to that the low-noise DFRA suppresses the amplified spontaneous emission noise and self-phase *** of the hybrid-relay conditions are studied,including launching power,gain ratio of DFRA to EDFA,single-span fiber length,and number of fiber span.A 1040-km chaos synchronization with a synchronization coefficient beyond 0.90 is experimentally achieved,which underlies the backbone network-oriented optical chaos communication and key distribution.
