Grape black rot is a devastating disease that affects grape crops globally. Detecting and preventing the disease as early as possible is crucial for minimizing crop loss and increasing yield and quality. In this study, we propose a CNN-LSTM hybrid model for multi-classification of the severity of grape black rot based on six distinct disease degrees. The model obtained an accuracy of 93.06% after being trained on a dataset of 10,000 grape leaf images collected from an Indian vineyard, outperforming all other deep learning (DL) and traditional machine learning models. The capacity of the proposed model to capture both spatial and temporal characteristics of grape leaf images, as well as the application of data augmentation techniques and early halting, contributed to its superior performance. The model can be utilized as an efficient instrument for the early detection and prevention of grape black rot disease, thereby contributing to the enhancement of the yield and quality of grape crops. However, the model’s performance varied depending on the degree of the disease, with reduced classification accuracy for grape leaves with severe black rot degree. To enhance the model’s ability to precisely classify leaves with severe black rot, additional research is required. Overall, the CNN-LSTM hybrid model proposed for multi-classification of grape black rot severity is a promising approach for the early detection and prevention of grape black rot disease, with potential applications to other plant disease detection tasks.

Euler diagrams are a tool for the graphical representation of set relations. Due to their simple way of visualizing elements in the sets by geometric containment, they are easily readable by an inexperienced reader. Euler diagrams where the sets are visualized as aligned rectangles are of special interest. In this work, we link the existence of such rectangular Euler diagrams to the order dimension of an associated order relation. For this, we consider Euler diagrams in one and two dimensions. In the one-dimensional case, this correspondence provides us with a polynomial-time algorithm to compute the Euler diagrams, while the two-dimensional case is linked to an NP-complete problem which we approach with an exponential-time *** Codes 06A07, 68R05 Copyright © 2024, The Authors. The suspended permanent magnet maglev rail transit (SPMMRT), as a new type of rail transit has the advantages of green, intelligent and safety. However, when the vehicle is walking in the rail carriage beam, it will produce lateral swing, which will affect the contact mechanical characteristics between the guide wheel and the steel beam, and then affect the safety, stability and comfort of driving. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor the crossing stress of the carriage beam. In this paper, a stress monitoring method based on Fiber Bragg Grating(FBG) for SPMMRT track carriage beam is proposed. It is used to monitor the stress exerted by the guide wheel on the rail carriage beam when the vehicle is running and whether the stress is within the safe range, which will be related to the safety of the vehicle. The demodulation of the central wavelength of FBG adopts edge filtering scheme. The vertical deflection stress of the steel beam is separated by low-pass filtering method in order to calculate the stress of the guide wheel. The actual test results show that the monitoring method can obtain the force of the vehicle guide wheel on the rail carriage beam in real time, and effectively ensure the safety of driving.

The transmission of users’ personal data via networks poses an increased risk of being exposed to phishing threats. Phishing URLs hiding malicious web addresses have become a widespread means of compromising user privacy. This paper is to improve the accuracy and efficiency of detecting and defending against phishing attacks in multimedia applications, aiming to safeguard users'personal data from exposure via phishing URLs. The proposed approach can be summarized in three phases. In the first phase, cosine and Jaccard similarities between training and test datasets are calculated to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the similarities of data points. A hybrid similarity score is built by combining these two measures in the second phase of the experiment to effectively blend content-related and quantity-related similarities. The third and final phase involves training a model on XGBoost that uses a hybrid similarity score as an input and then tunning up its hyperparameters using a genetic algorithm with the optimization of classification performance. Finally, the created powerful classifiers are merged to form a stacked ensemble model, increasing the overall accuracy of the classification. The strenuous test evaluation of 11,429 rows, 88 columns, through key metrics, such as Precision, Recall, F-Score, and Accuracy show that the proposed anti-phishing model has outperformance parameters in other models. With this lean approach, accuracy in classification can be improved by the incorporation of similarity-based techniques and machine learning and evolutionary optimization, in which defense can be performed against phishing threats in multimedia environments. The new innovation involved in the proposed work is based on stacking an ensemble of similarity-based techniques with a learning and optimization framework of machines, ensuring robustness toward phishing threat defense.

By using computer robotics that connect to systems via an operator interface to automate corporate activities, robotic process automation aims to reduce costs and boost productivity. However, if you make the wrong decision, a few important tasks, such as determining which procedures are suitable for her RPA robotics, might have a negative impact on your business. Thus, this study provides a way to investigate the advancement of RPA in corporate environments. To identify the essential RPA concepts that need to be investigated and considered in RPA case studies, this study offers a convincing analysis of the relevant literature. Apart from evaluating and applying the model based on his previous RPA research on case studies, a model that combines the fundamental ideas of RPA with research in design science is provided. The results of the research show that most of the core RPA ideas listed in the published review are not addressed by the selected RPA CS. RPA is a very young field, hence there isn't a lot of literature outlining its key concepts. This study attempts to bridge this gap by recognizing and including the main RPA topics and providing a model that integrates the key ideas. researchers may use the model as a basis for their research and contribute RPA case examples.

The voltage regulation and power sharing for parallel direct current–direct current (DC–DC) buck converters is studied in this paper by using the multi-agent consensus theory. At the first step, the control problem of parallel DC–DC buck converters is modeled as the consensus problem of multi-agent system. Different from the most existing algorithms for parallel DC–DC buck converters, a new distributed cooperative control algorithm is proposed to implement plug-and-play and to enhance the system's flexibility. For the current-loop, a finite-time control algorithm is employed to improve the dynamic response for the current tracking. As a standardized software framework and open E/E system architecture, the AUTomotive Open System ARchitecture (AUTOSAR) has been widely applied to autonomous driving systems to enable real-time control. However, due to the increasing design complexity and the lack of efficient algorithms and design automation tools, it is difficult to quickly figure out an optimal task scheduling scheme for an AUTOSAR-based system. To address this problem, we introduce a novel task scheduling method that can parallelly search for an optimal solution with the help of our proposed pruning strategy. Experimental results on a real-world AUTOSAR-based autonomous driving system demonstrate that our approach can achieve much better task scheduling solutions than the ones obtained manually and significantly reduce the overall task scheduling time.

The current shortest path-based satellite routing algorithms do not consider the periodicity and persistence of links, resulting in high costs and unreliable maintenance of routing tables. In this regard, we propose a novel approach that leverages the periodicity and predictability of satellite constellation movements to rid repetitive route calculations and associated maintenance overheads across periods. Furthermore, within each period, we design a routing algorithm, named LMCRA (A Low Maintenance Cost and Reliable Routing Algorithm), which takes into account both the persistence and latency of inter-satellite links. Compared to traditional shortest path algorithms, LMCRA reduces the frequency of path switching caused by neighboring satellites moving out of communication range, thereby enhancing path stability, reducing maintenance costs, and maintaining low path latency. Additionally, a fast rerouting mechanism is considered to enhance the reliability of the routing algorithm. Simulation results demonstrate that, across various network configurations, time spans, and constellation densities, LMCRA significantly improves path stability compared to the conventional Dijkstra algorithm, while maintaining low latency costs. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

Accurate and high-quality tooth mesh generation from cone-beam computerized tomography (CBCT) is an essential computer-aided technology for digital dentistry. However, existing segmentation-based methods require complicated post-processing and significant manual correction to generate regular tooth meshes. In this paper, we propose a method of continuous bijection supervised pyramid diffeomorphic deformation (PDD) for learning tooth meshes, which could be used to directly generate high-quality tooth meshes from CBCT Images. Overall, we adopt a classic two-stage framework. In the first stage, we devise an enhanced detector to accurately locate and crop every tooth. In the second stage, a PDD network is designed to deform a sphere mesh from low resolution to high one according to pyramid flows based on diffeomorphic mesh deformations, so that the generated mesh approximates the ground truth infinitely and efficiently. To achieve that, a novel continuous bijection distance loss on the diffeomorphic sphere is also designed to supervise the deformation learning, which overcomes the shortcoming of loss based on nearest-neighbour mapping and improves the fitting precision. Experiments show that our method outperforms the state-of-the-art methods in terms of both different evaluation metrics and the geometry quality of reconstructed tooth surfaces. © 1999-2012 IEEE.

High-densitysolid-state drives (SSDs), such as triple-level cell (TLC) or quad-level cell (QLC) flash, are adopted in parity-based RAID systems to achieve high reliability with low redundancy. However, the parity writes cause high write wear, which is unfriendly to such high-density SSDs with low write endurance. Conversely, high-performance SSDs, such as ZNAND, XL-Flash, have high write endurance but their high cost per bit hinders their deployment in RAID. This paper proposed a novel hybrid RAID structure, RAID45, to reduce parity writes for highdensity SSDs. Specifically, RAID45 uses high-performance SSD to store the parity of write-intensive stripes to absorb as much of the wear of parity writes on high-density SSDs as possible. Experimental results on real platform show that RAID45 achieves encouraging parity write reduction on the high-density SSDs.
