In the last few years, Arabic Sentiment Analysis (ASA) has become the most important trends topic of market and scientific research in Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) fields. It tries to identify the opinion orientation (positivity, neutrality or negativity) of a piece text in different domains and it has gained significant results especially in the field of education, in other words ASA is utilized to ameliorate education by trying to understand the learning degree of students and monitoring the performance of students. Due to Arabic complexities at the level of orthography, morphology and dialects. Sentiment analysis for Arabic language is very difficult and it considered as a more challenging process compared to other languages like English. In this work, we tried to give a comparative analysis of Arabic Sentiment approaches, together with various powerful existing techniques.

The paper considers methods and information technologies for full automatization of forest ecosystems sustainability estimation. Analysis of forest ecosystem sustainability is explored as a multi-objective problem with applying a complex of models for calculating partial indicators of sustainability. Earth observation (EO) data is used as an essential component of information support for estimating forest ecosystems sustainability indicators. Methodological framework of automatization consists of complex modelling, application of models qualimetry methods for selecting specific calculation models, and methods for multi-criteria analysis to estimate generalized indicators of sustainability. A software architecture is proposed in order to implement procedures of complex modelling with integrated processing EO and field data. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

KoopmanLab: Machine learning for solving complex physics equations

Numerous physics theories are rooted in partial differential equations (PDEs). However, the increasingly intricate physics equations, especially those that lack analytic solutions or closed forms, have impeded the further development of physics. Computationally solving PDEs by classic numerical approaches suffers from the trade-off between accuracy and efficiency and is not applicable to the empirical data generated by unknown latent PDEs. To overcome this challenge, we present KoopmanLab, an efficient module of the Koopman neural operator (KNO) family, for learning PDEs without analytic solutions or closed forms. Our module consists of multiple variants of the KNO, a kind of mesh-independent neural-network-based PDE solvers developed following the dynamic system theory. The compact variants of KNO can accurately solve PDEs with small model sizes, while the large variants of KNO are more competitive in predicting highly complicated dynamic systems govern by unknown, high-dimensional, and non-linear PDEs. All variants are validated by mesh-independent and long-term prediction experiments implemented on representative PDEs (e.g., the Navier–Stokes equation and the Bateman–Burgers equation in fluid mechanics) and ERA5 (i.e., one of the largest high-resolution global-scale climate datasets in earth physics). These demonstrations suggest the potential of KoopmanLab to be a fundamental tool in diverse physics studies related to equations or dynamic systems.

This paper concerns the study of the market of logistics service providers (LSP) in Morocco, in particular, the study of the maturity of their logistics activities, particular attention is paid to the level of diversification of their logistics services offerings. Nowadays the extension in terms of service has become unavoidable for any implementation of a successful outsourcing strategy and to attract and convince clients through efficient and determined services. This work is structured mainly around two parts: the first part presenting the state of the art in the outsourcing of logistics activities in Morocco. The second part concerns an exploratory study grouping together a set of LSP operating in Morocco through several conditions. Those conditions include the most widespread fields, services offered and categorization of the Party Logistics (PL). This study will emphases the maturity of the LSP market in Morocco.

The main objective of this paper is to study the adequacy of the offer of the logistic service providers with the needs anticipated by the different national economic sectors. This study will allow us to appreciate the maturity of the LSP operating in Morocco, through the level of diversification of their logistics services offerings and thus the extent of their responsiveness. Nowadays the expansion in terms of service has become crucial for any implementation of a successful outsourcing strategy and to attract and convince contractors through efficient and well adapted services. This paper is structured mainly around three parts: the first part presenting the state of the art in the outsourcing of logistics activities in Morocco. The second part is a presentation of the Moroccan economy through the different national economic sectors. The third part concerns an exploratory study grouping, on the one hand, the various Moroccan sectors and their needs in logistics services, and on the other hand, the offers of a group of LSP operating in Morocco through several services they offer. This study will allow knowing the maturity of the market of the LSP operating in Morocco and its homogeneity with the existing sectors in the country.

LAMMPS is one of the most popular Molecular Dynamic (MD) packages and is widely used in the field of physics, chemistry and materials simulation. Layered Materials Force Field (LMFF) is our expansion of the LAMMPS potential function based on the Tersoff potential and inter-layer potential (ILP) in LAMMPS. LMFF is designed to study layered materials such as graphene and boron hexanitride. It is universal and does not depend on any platform. We have also carried out a series of optimizations on LMFF and the optimization work is carried out on the new generation of Sunway supercomputer, called SWLMFF. Experiments show that our implementation is efficient, scalable and portable. When generic LMFF is ported to Intel Xeon Gold 6278C, $2\times$ performance improvement is achieved. For the optimized SWLMFF, the overall performance improvement is nearly $200-330\times$ compared to the original ILP and Tersoff potentials. And SWLMFF has good parallel efficiency of 95%-100% under weak scaling with 2.7 million atoms on a single process. The maximum atomic system simulated by SWLMFF is close to $2^{31}$ atoms. And nanosecond simulations in one day can be realized.

Information system for analyzing negative impacts on forests of the border regions

The article describes the architecture and composition of a software package for the creation of an information system (IS) to be used in the state of natural objects analysis, in particular, forests of the border region of Russia-South-East Finland. Information system development is carried out within the InnoForestView Project of the ENI CBC Program. The project addresses the consequences of three types of negative impacts: forest fires, diseases and insects, and the proximity of roads. It is shown that the use of a service-oriented architecture with the implementation of individual components of IS in the form of web services, as well as the proposed technologies for integrating heterogeneous information resources, including Earth remote sensing data, ensures the fulfillment of the basic requirements for IS, including the possibility of multi-temporal analysis, maximum automation of tasks to be solved, and user friendliness.

The paper contributes to the recent studies for forest inventory attributes assessment from airborne data using experience of Flying laboratory of Imaging systems (FLIS).The advanced methods of airborne hyperspectral and laser scanning data processing are summarized to demonstrate the applicability of FLIS in assessment of forest inventory attributes for tree and plot levels in selected forest areas in the Czech Republic. Specifically, assessments of tree height, tree position, crown base, crown width, aboveground biomass, species composition, dead trees, and health status are presented.
