Sivashankar During the summer of 1993 he was a visiting scholar in the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics Naval Postgraduate School Monterey CA where he worked on control systems for unmanned aerial vehicles. From 1993 to 2000 he was with Ford Research Laboratory working on several design aspects of powertrain control systems and processes for embedded control software development. He is currently the Vice President for Technology at Emmeskay Incorporated a company that provides systems engineering based products and services. His research interests include modeling and control of automotive systems application of systems engineering methods and tools to product development processes and multivariable robust control and estimation methods. Dr. Sivashankar has served as an associate editor for the ASME Journal of Dynamic Systems Measurement and Control.
