With the acceleration of urbanization, the problem of 'parking difficulty' has become a key issue that needs to be addressed in cities of all sizes. As a new parking method, reservation-based parking can effectively reduce the waiting time for parking and solve the problem of urban traffic congestion. It is widely used to alleviate parking difficulties. This article proposes a method for obtaining maximum parking revenue. Based on reservation-based parking, big data technology is used for analysis and prediction. By jointly controlling the channel ratio and overselling ratio in the reservation process, the optimal parking utilization rate and economic benefits are achieved from low to high reservation penetration rates. In summary, reservation-based parking, as an important means of solving parking difficulties, not only improves parking efficiency and alleviates urban traffic pressure but can also explore the practice of maximizing revenue using big data technology, contributing to the intelligent and green development of urban transportation. © 2023 IEEE.

Spatiotemporal interaction pattern of the Beijing agricultural product circulation

Identifying the spatiotemporal interaction pattern of agricultural product circulation(APC)is crucial for agricultural resource adjustment and food *** studies are mostly based on static statistical data over an entire year or a specific period,which cannot describe the spatial pattern of APC and its seasonal variation on a fine spatiotemporal ***,this study extracts an APC trip chain based on national truck trajectory data and constructs the flow network of the Beijing APC with the city as the spatial unit and the season as the temporal *** spatial interaction pattern and seasonal variation in APC are then analyzed from the network spatial form,city node function role,and transportation *** results are as follows:(1)Compared with methods based on static statistical data,the proposed method provides a more complete and refined depiction of the spatiotemporal interaction pattern of APC.(2)The flow network of the Beijing APC involves 316 cities in China,of which 143 cities play a major role with typical seasonal *** cities can be divided into perennial core cities,perennial major cities,core cities in winter-spring,major cities in winter-spring,core cities in summer-autumn,and major cities in summer-autumn,contributing 2.6%-40.3%to the Beijing APC.(3)There are 6 transportation corridors for the Beijing *** Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei corridor and coastal corridor contribute 53.5%and 12.8%of the annual supply,respectively,with a balanced supply in all *** Beijing-Kunming corridor and Beijing-Guangzhou corridor contribute 14.3%and 9.0%,respectively,with much higher supplies in winter and *** northeast and northwest corridors contribute 7.3%and 3.3%,respectively,mainly in the summer and *** results help deepen the understanding of agricultural product supply patterns and provide a reference for the design and optimization of agricultural product transportation routes.

With the continuous advancement of urbanization, traffic congestion becomes a major challenge for social development. Intelligent driving technology can ease the traffic pressure at intersections, which is the trend of future traffic development. Cooperative Adaptive Cruise Control (CACC) is a specific application of intelligent driving technology and a necessary step toward autonomous driving. This paper proposes a signal control method for CACC homogeneous traffic flow at single intersections based on deep reinforcement learning, which considers the operation characteristics of CACC vehicles at intersections and uses a grid-based state space input to improve the model prediction accuracy. On this basis, this paper proposes a variable phase duration strategy to enhance the phase control flexibility and a platoon clearance time to reduce the vehicle travel delay. Simulation experiments show that the signal control method based on deep reinforcement learning has a significant advantage over traditional signal control methods in the CACC homogeneous traffic flow environment and is more suitable for intersections with high traffic volume. The research results of this paper not only contribute to enriching the related research field but also offer a valuable reference for improving traffic safety and efficiency at intersections. © 2023 IEEE.

Pine Island Glacier(PIG),the largest glacier in the Amundsen Sea Embayment of West Antarctica,has contributed to over a quarter of the observed sea level rise around *** recent years,multiple observations have confirmed its continuous retreat,ice flow acceleration and profound surface *** these changes is crucial for accurately monitoring ice mass discharge and future Antarctic contributions to sea level ***,it is essential to investigate the complex interactions between these variables to comprehend how they collectively affect the overall stability of the intricate PIG *** this study,we utilized high-resolution remote sensing data and deep learning method to detect and analyze the spatio-temporal variations of surface melt,ice shelf calving,and ice flow velocity of the PIG from 2015 to *** explored the correlations among these factors to understand their long-term impacts on the glacier's *** findings reveal a retreat of 26.3 km and a mass loss of 1001.6 km^(2) during ***,extensive surface melting was observed,particularly in the 2016/2017 and 2019/2020 melting *** data vividly illustrate prolonged and intense melting periods,correlating with a significant retreat in the glacier's terminus position in 2019/***,the comprehensive analysis of surface melting and the cumulative retreat of the ice shelf from 2017 to 2020 on the PIG shows atemporal relationship with subsequent significant changes in ice fow velocity,ranging from 10.9 to 12.2 m d^(-1),with an average acceleration rate of 12%.These empirical findings elucidate the intricate relationship among surface melt,ice flow velocity,and consequential glacier dynamics.A profound understanding of these interrelationships holds paramount importance in glacier dynamic changes and modeling,providing invaluable insights into potential glacier responses to global climate change.

Based on the earned value management theory, the project duration and cost forecast data are obtained through Monte Carlo simulation, combined with the knowledge of mathematical statistics to in-depth analysis of the data, and then the project quality calculation is completed by establishing the quality correlation function. On the basis of existing scholars' research, at the process level, the management focus is identified by calculating process influence and quality, and at the project level, the operation of the entire project is simulated and predicted by the calculation of the total construction period, cost, and quality. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The ocean wave spectrum is an essential parameter to fully describe the dynamic ocean waves. Although the spaceborne Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) is a potential instrument to measure the ocean wave spectrum, its retrieval is intricated by the complicated non-linear SAR-wave imaging mechanisms. This study introduced a deep learning (DL) method to address the ocean wave spectrum retrieval tasks from SAR images. The DL-based framework modifies the classical CNN architecture according to the multiple outputs of the target parameters and imposes a soft constraint based on the characteristics of the ocean wave spectrum. Trained and evaluated by the measurements of in-situ buoys deployed in the global ocean, the proposed model achieved root-mean-square errors of 0.53 m for significant wave heights and 1.24 s mean wave periods, demonstrating a generalized and robust performance. Our study represents a significant breakthrough in the longstanding challenge of SAR retrievals in ocean remote sensing. © 2023 IEEE.

Bexarotene (Bex) is a selective retinoid X receptor (RXR) agonist and is commonly used as an anti-tumor drug in the clinic to treat patients with cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL). With the widespread use of this drug, people are increasingly concerned about its side effects and safety of use. At present, the effects of bexarotene drugs on the health of organisms remain uncertain, but retinoid drugs are generally biologically active and may pose potential risks to them. Therefore, in this study, we used a zebrafish model to evaluate the effects of Bex on embryonic development. Six hours after fertilization, we exposed zebrafish embryos to 3 μg/L, 6 μg/L, and 9 μg/L bexarotene. At 96 hpf, compared with the control group, zebrafish embryos exposed to bexarotene showed obvious heart and liver development defects, including reduced hatching rate, pericardial enlargement, heart rate disorder, yolk sac edema, small liver area and abnormal photo-optical motor responses. Transcriptome and qPCR results showed abnormal expression of genes related to heart and liver development was induced by Bexarotene. Mechanistically, bexarotene induced a significant upregulation of the transcriptional expression levels of genes related to the Wnt signaling pathway, and IWR-1 was able to effectively rescue the heart and liver developmental defects of zebrafish caused by bexarotene. Therefore, our study showed that bexarotene may cause zebrafish embryonic developmental defects by upregulating the Wnt signaling pathway, revealing the side effects and associated novel mechanisms of bexarotene, and providing a theoretical basis for its safe and effective use in the treatment of clinically related diseases. © 2025
