She is a Fellow Member (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has been awarded Ph.D. in the area of corporate finance and taxation from the University of Delhi. She is the author of seven books on direct tax laws and has several research papers published in leading journals. She teaches management accounting management control systems project management and corporate taxation to MBA students at FMS.
