As an efficient and intelligent means of knowledge organization, knowledge graph has become the core force driving the development of artificial intelligence. Hydraulic fracturing is an important measure for increasing production and injection in oil and gas fields, with complex design processes and numerous influencing factors. In order to achieve rapid and accurate optimization of fracturing plan, this paper proposes a method for optimizing fracturing plan based on knowledge graph. By combing the system of fracturing domain knowledge, fracturing knowledge graph is constructed. Extracting characteristic parameters describing the geological engineering double sweet spot in multiple dimensions and multiple scales, and showing the characteristic parameter-related entities, relationships, and attributes as vectors via graph embedding technique. Integrate expert knowledge with artificial intelligence to build a fracturing effect prediction model and optimize the fracturing plan. In this study, more than 500 fracturing oil wells in a tight sandstone block are taken as objects to build a knowledge graph. Based on well test and production test data and historical production, this study predicts the fracturing stimulation effect and optimizes the fracturing engineering parameters. The calculation results indicate that factors such as reservoir thickness, oil saturation, number of fracture clusters, and half length of fractures have a significant impact on the fracturing effect. The coincidence rate between the predicted capacity of production and the actual capacity of production is over 91%, and the efficiency of fracturing plan design is increased by more than 20 times. The research results can provide scientific basis for predicting fracturing effects and optimizing fracturing engineering parameters, greatly improving the efficiency and quality of fracturing design, and improving the success rate of fracturing construction. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Spr

The drive axle housing of an electric truck is an important component to ensure the normal operation of the vehicle. The finite element analysis of drive axle housing is a necessary process in the design of drive axle housing. Through the research on the drive axle housing, the four typical force conditions of full load static condition, emergency braking condition, maximum tractive force condition and maximum lateral force condition are analyzed, and their strength is checked according to the national standard of "QC/T 533-2020 China Commercial Vehicle Drive Axle Assembly", so as to ensure the static strength of the drive axle. Through the modal analysis of the drive axle housing, it is ensured that the drive axle housing will not be damaged due to resonance problems during use. Finally, in the requirements of green environmental protection performance, the drive axle housing lightweight research was carried out on the drive axle housing, and through research optimization, the mass of the drive axle housing was reduced by 16.3%, saving a lot of materials. At the same time, the strength performance of the drive axle was also improved. The results show that the finite element analysis of drive axle housing is an important method to design high-quality drive axle housing. Lightweight research can not only reduce the waste of materials, but also improve the structure of the drive axle and improve its performance. © 2025 by the authors.

This paper examines the mathematical model of a compact double-flow poly-disk heat exchanger in order to determine the heat capacity, temperature profiles and possible optimization of developed design. The heat exchanger has a unique patented design, which ensures its remarkable compactness for specific operating conditions in a cascade of cryogenic distillation columns of hydrogen isotopes when the heat transfer coefficients of the flows might vary significantly from one another. Such situations can be observed when the gas flows participating in the heat exchange have small mass flow rates, differing from each other by several times. © 2025, Politechnica University of Bucharest. With the improvement of the measurement accuracy of inertial navigation system, the technology research of gravity matching assisted navigation has gradually been applied. Considering that the difficulty of gravity assisted navigation itself lies in the acquisition of prior maps and the measurement of gravity anomaly, and the cost and cycle of the early underwater test are too high, it is not suitable for a large amount of data collection and algorithm improvement and optimization. Therefore, this paper proposes a semi-physical simulation method of underwater gravity measurement based on velocity observation, to verify the feasibility of combined gravity anomaly measurement of new sensor and inertial survey with real ocean data and simulation and external information. In this paper, the trajectory generator based on the measured trajectory, with the laser Doppler meter (LDV) and depth meter replace acoustic Doppler meter (DVL) and GPS height information, finally use the actual sea data for simulation and data analysis, and verify the influence of velocity change and height error on the results. When the velocity error within 0.1m / s and height error within 1m, after the leveling treatment of gravity abnormal discrepancy value changes within 0.1 mGal, so that through the trajectory simulation and add velocity, height error can approximate simulation velocity and depth meter gravity device measurement results, and verify the feasibility of the algorithm. © 2023 IEEE.

Image retrieval is considered as an essential and difficult task in computer vision task. We propose an improved YOLOv7 based image retrieval in this paper. First, we propose a lightweight convolution network and a spatial attention mechanism. Then, we utilize the improved YOLOv7 to extract image feature and save features to compute vector similarity with query images. Finally, we achieved efficient image retrieval. Compared with other image retrieval algorithms, our proposed image retrieval algorithm based on improved YOLOv7 achieves high precision and recall. In addition, we utilize elastic search to save image feature vectors, and due to its inherent calculation method of vector similarity, the speed of image retrieval has been greatly accelerated. Our proposed image retrieval method shows the best performance on both public and private database. © 2024 IEEE.

An intelligent detection of defects in underground water supply pipelines based on multi feature fusion and improved SVM

To enhance the precision and speed of detecting flaws in water distribution conduits, a sophisticated detection approach leveraging multi-feature integration and an enhanced SVM for subterranean water supply pipeline imperfections is introduced. Initially, the KT-965CCTV pipeline inspection robot is employed to capture endoscopic visuals of underground water conduits. Subsequently, SIFT scale-invariant characteristics, GLCM texture descriptors, and Hu’s invariant moment geometric attributes are extracted from the pipeline imagery. The K-means algorithm constructs a visual lexicon, and through sequential integration, these features are amalgamated. The SVM framework is then refined using a binary tree structure, facilitating the establishment of an optimal classification boundary and decision-making function. The fused feature outcomes are fed into the refined SVM to enable automated detection of pipeline anomalies. Experimental data indicate that our methodology maintains a defect detection accuracy exceeding 94% while decreasing the duration of the detection process. Motion blur widely exists in uncooled infrared images. Because of the obvious cross-shaped bright lines and a large amount of noise interference in the uncooled infrared image spectrum, it is difficult to estimate the point spread function (PSF) parameters. Aiming at the problem that the existing PSF estimation methods have strong parameter dependence and are greatly affected by interference in small blurred scale (the effective estimation range is limited), which leads to low accuracy of parameter estimation, this paper proposes a motion blurred PSF parameter estimation method based on spectrum clipping and structured forests edge detection. In order to avoid the influence of circular fringes and ensure the efficiency and accuracy of the algorithm, the obvious part of the middle fringes in the spectrum is cut out for the estimation of PSF parameters. Gauss low-pass filter and edge detection based on structured forests extract the fringe edge of the spectrum, overcoming the interference of cross-shaped bright lines and noise, and improving the accuracy of estimation results. Experimental results show that the proposed method is suitable for both visible and uncooled infrared motion blurred images. The PSF parameter estimation results have high accuracy, and our method has small parameter dependence and strong robustness. © 2024 SPIE.

In the process of metal processing, heat treatment is a common metal processing method, which is usually used to change the mechanical properties of metal alloys to control such as hardness, strength, toughness, ductility, and elasticity. The high-frequency heat treatment is to rapidly heat the surface of the steel with high frequency, stop the heating when it reaches the quenching temperature, and use an appropriate coolant to implement quenching. In the process of processing, it is often necessary to set processing parameters for the processed products, so as to ensure that each processed product meets the requirements. This manual setting method is not only inefficient but also needs to rely on the experience of field personnel to set parameters. Even so, the problem of artificially setting wrong parameters still occurs. Therefore, this paper applies machine learning technology to analyze the correlation between processing parameters and establishes a predictive evaluation model in combination with hyperparameter optimization, and then predicts the best processing parameters.
