Tiltrotor unmanned aerial vehicles can take off and land vertically in a small space, and can also cruise at high speed, so there will be broad development space in the future. However, rotary wing unmanned aerial vehicle themselves have the characteristics of strong coupling and nonlinearity, it is susceptible to the interference of near the ground wind to fail the task during vertical takeoff and landing, causing economic losses. In response to this issue, this paper analyzes the impact of near ground wind on aircraft attitude, and designs a self-adaptive wind resistant controller based on the principle of active disturbance rejection control, and the experiments of the vertical take-off and suspension of UAVs is performed under the conditions of simulation of external wind fields. The simulation results show that when taking off and landing vertically in a windy environment, the controller can accurately estimate the wind disturbance received and compensate for the control variables, resulting in a significant reduction and more stable in the oscillation of the UAV's various attitudes, and being enhanced wind resistance. ©2024 IEEE.

Recently, numerous efforts have been directed towards improving the efficiency of perovskite-based solar cells, as a viable competitor of the ones based on silicon. In this paper, we designed and simulated five different solar cells with perovskite, with the purpose of obtaining high values of the power conversion efficiency (PCE). The highest values (36.83%, 34.19% and 33.31%) were obtained for solar cells with an active layer of p-type perovskite, n-type perovskite and a combination of perovskite and silicon, respectively. These results are higher than for the perovskite-based solar cells in literature and offer promising perspectives for future practical implementations. © 2023, Politechnica University of Bucharest. Knowledge Q&A is one of the hot research topics in the field of natural language processing, and temporal knowledge Q&A is a difficult area of Q&A reasoning because it also needs to consider the temporal relationship of knowledge. Today's research usually focuses on the word vector similarity between knowledge and questions as an important basis for answering, while ignoring the sentence granularity semantic information embedded in the knowledge. In this paper, we propose a method of temporal knowledge Q&A for large language models based on full-text retrieval, firstly, the sentence granularity knowledge recall is performed by Elasticsearch so that large language models can learn the knowledge that is highly relevant to the problem, and then verify the temporal knowledge Q&A ability of large language models under Zero-shot, One-shot and Few-shot. The experiments were conducted on the ICEWS05-15 dataset, and the accuracy of answers was significantly improved, demonstrating the effectiveness of the temporal knowledge Q&A method for large language models based on Elasticsearch. © 2024 IEEE.

Kalman Filters (KF) are fundamental to real-time state estimation applications, including radar-based tracking systems used in modern driver assistance and safety technologies. In a linear dynamical system with Gaussian noise distributions the KF is the optimal estimator. However, real-world systems often deviate from these assumptions. This deviation combined with the success of deep learning across many disciplines has prompted the exploration of data driven approaches that leverage deep learning for filtering applications. These learned state estimators are often reported to outperform traditional model based systems. In this work, one prevalent model, KalmanNet, was selected and evaluated on automotive radar data to assess its performance under real-world conditions and compare it to an interacting multiple models (IMM) filter. The evaluation is based on raw and normalized errors as well as the state uncertainty. The results demonstrate that KalmanNet is outperformed by the IMM filter and indicate that while data-driven methods such as KalmanNet show promise, their current lack of reliability and robustness makes them unsuited for safety-critical applications. © 2024 IEEE.

This paper analyzes the factors that affect the impedance of PCIE5.0 differential via on high-speed PCB boards. At the same time, it analyzes the decisive factors that affect the impedance of via when the length of via is long due to thick PCB layers, and proposes optimization solutions. The simulation results show that after via length exceeds 80mil, the impedance caused by parasitic inductance increases significantly. By changing via size and pitch, it was found that increasing via size can significantly reduce via impedance;However, for via in the BGA area, via size and pitch spacing are strictly limited, and changing the antipad cannot eliminate the impedance increase caused by parasitic inductance. Therefore, in the design of high-speed circuit boards, it is necessary to optimize differential via impedance for various influencing factors. At the same time, when designing high-speed boards, try to adjust the routing layer to avoid BGA area and shorten via length as much as possible. © 2024 IEEE.

Recognizing events is a prerequisite for making judgments, so discovering events in legal documents is important for the analysis of legal case. Legal Event Detection aims to extract legal event trigger words from legal documents and categorize events and is the basis of many judicial AI applications. Oriented to the needs of understanding and analyzing legal events in the judicial trial process, and in response to the low accuracy of event detection caused by the many types of events and little sample data in the legal domain, this paper constructs a pre-training model oriented to event detection in the legal domain, which makes full use of ERNIE 3.0's powerful semantic representation learning capability and CRF's effective modeling capability for sequence annotation tasks. In addition, we further enhance the effectiveness of the model through data augmentation and ensemble learning. The experimental results show that the method works better compared to the baseline model and improves the prediction accuracy of legal event detection. © 2024 IEEE.

Mantai Ancient Port City is located in Mannar, Northern Coast of Sri Lanka, archeological reserves declared by the Department of Archeology in Sri Lanka. In concern with historical international trades for almost 2000 years, Mantai had been an excellent port city as discovered by 1980s investigations. Today, this historically valued archeology reserves are being covered by various unauthorized constructions. The artifacts found in 1980s excavations figured out in further research directives to unveil the ancient cultural and social relations that had been experienced over two millennium around the globe. This research paper elaborates change detection of temporal aspects of unauthorized constructions within the respective geographical domain. Change detection researches are based on the historical maps, aerial photographs, satellite images and recent spatial data sources played over the application software. The investigation mission deployed in 1980 had unveiled evidences of civilization history and artifacts from many countries. However the archeological research and investigations were disrupted in 1983 with escalation of civil war in Northern Province. The research elaborates visual facts and figures of the constructions erected after 1980 against their chronological measures. The research team further discusses about the tremendous variety of fields that Mantai opens to collaborate with the international research organizations. © Author(s) 2024.

Implementing table-based question answering can fully leverage the rich information in tabular data, and the development of large language models has provided strong natural language processing and understanding capabilities. Current research on table-based question answering with large language models mainly focuses on how to improve text-to-SQL abilities and the development of table pre-training models, lacking in studies on feasible technical approaches for applying general large language models to engineering applications involving large-scale database table question answering. In response, combining techniques such as prompt learning and chain of thought,this paper constructs a database question answering chain of thought based on large language model, proposes a table filtering scheme based on vectorized matching of table structural information, specifically addressing poor table filtering effects, and constructs a database optimization chain of thought in the context of de-identification scenarios. Experimental verification shows that after adopting the chain of thought construction and vector matching filtering scheme, the database question answering capability of the large model has been effectively improved. © 2024 SPIE.
