Dual-comb spectroscopy(DCS)with few-GHz tooth spacing that provides a better trade-off between spectral resolution and refresh rate is a powerful tool for measuring and analyzing rapidly evolving transient *** such an exciting opportunity,existing technologies compromise either the spectral resolution or refresh rate,leaving few-GHz DCS with robust design largely unmet for frontier *** this work,we demonstrate a novel GHz DCS by exploring the multimode interference-mediated spectral filtering effect in an all-fiber ultrashort cavity *** GHz single-cavity all-fiber dual-comb source is seeded by a dual-wavelength mode-locked fiber laser operating at fundamental repetition rates of about 1.0 GHz differing by 148 kHz,which has an excellent stability in the free-running state that the Allan deviation is only 101.7 mHz for an average time of 1 *** to the large repetition rate difference between the asynchronous dichromatic pulse trains,the GHz DCS enables a refresh time as short as 6.75 μs,making it promising for studying nonrepeatable transient phenomena in real *** this end,the practicality of the present GHz DCS is validated by successfully capturing the'shock waves'of balloon and firecracker explosions *** GHz single-cavity all-fiber dual-comb system promises a noteworthy improvement in acquisition speed and reliability without sacrificing measurement accuracy,anticipated as a practical tool for high-speed applications.

The estimation of state of charge(SOC)in lithium-ion batteries is important for ensuring the safe and stable operation of battery *** high-rate pulse conditions,the characteristics of short discharge time,high frequency,large current,strong interference,and complex transient characteristics that make lithium-ion batteries exhibit marked nonlinear *** existing battery management system has difficulties in capturing the rising and falling edge data of the pulses due to limitations in the sampling *** short idle time makes it challenging to obtain accurate open-circuit voltage,and there are difficulties in identifying the model ***,using a combination of coulomb counting method,open-circuit voltage correction method,and Kalman filtering method to estimate SOC poses certain *** study applies backpropagation neural network(BPNN)combined with Aquila optimizer(AO)algorithm to estimate SOC under high-rate pulse conditions,and experimental verification is performed using special 3-Ah lithium iron phosphate *** compared the estimation accuracy of the AO-BPNN model for SOC with the BPNN,support vector machine,extreme learning machine,and Fuzzy neural network models and verified the superiority of ***,by utilizing data with larger acquisition intervals,we obtained accurate evaluation results and reduced the data *** effectiveness of the assessment of AO-BPNN was individually verified under different high-rate pulse conditions and different static times through pulse experiments conducted under 9 operating conditions,with the estimation error controlled within 5%.Finally,the robustness of the proposed model was validated using test data with different sampling intervals and random measurement errors.

The Sixth Assessment Report(AR6) of the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change(IPCC) highlights that Climate Resilient development(CRD) can support sustainable development for all by reducing greenhouse gas emissions and offering adaptation options, while also contributing to innovation and transformation in urban areas. Based on China's national pilot projects for low-carbon cities, sponge cities, and climate-resilient cities, this paper analyzes the potential and feasibility of Chinese cities in exploring the construction of “low-carbon-resilient cities”. First, referring to the relevant studies, the “Climate-Resilient Index” and “Low-Carbon development Index” are constructed for 178 cities at or above the prefecture level in ***, by comparing the climate resilience index and the level of low-carbon development, this paper categorizes 178 Chinese cities into four groups with the potential to the co-benefits of synergy actions in mitigation and adaptation. Third, this paper showcases the potential and progress from some pilot model cities of the “climate-adaptive cities” in achieving the goal of“climate resilient development”. This paper will help advance China's synergistic implementation of climate adaptation and mitigation policies, and provide examples and insights for cities in other developing countries to promote climate resilient development.
