We present results for the nucleon form factors: electric (GE), magnetic (GM), axial (FA), induced pseudoscalar (FP), and pseudoscalar (GP) form factors, using the second PACS10 ensemble that is one of three sets of 2+1 flavor lattice QCD configurations at physical quark masses in large spatial volumes [exceeding (10 fm)3]. The second PACS10 gauge configurations are generated by the PACS Collaboration with the six stout-smeared O(a) improved Wilson quark action and Iwasaki gauge action at the second gauge coupling β=2.00 corresponding to the lattice spacing of a=0.063 fm. We determine the isovector electric, magnetic and axial radii, and magnetic moment from the corresponding form factors, as well as the axial-vector coupling gA. Combining our previous results for the coarser lattice spacing [E. Shintani et al., Phys. Rev. D 99, 014510 (2019); Phys. Rev. D 102, 019902(E) (2020)], the finite lattice spacing effects on the isovector radii, magnetic moment, and axial-vector coupling are investigated using the difference between the two results. It was found that the effect on gA is kept smaller than the statistical error of 2% while the effect on the isovector radii was observed as a possible discretization error of about 10%, regardless of the channel. We also report the partially conserved axial-vector current relation using a set of nucleon three-point correlation functions in order to verify the effect by O(a) improvement of the axial-vector current.

TiN/ZrO 2 /TiN capacitors were characterized using XRD, STEM, EDX, and monoenergetic positron beams. For an as-deposited ZrO 2 layer, an interlayer was formed in the layer. After post-deposition annealing at 550°C, the width of the interlayer expanded. The major vacancy-type defects in the ZrO 2 layer were determined to be a Zr-vacancy coupled with oxygen vacancies by the positron annihilation technique. After annealing, the size of these vacancies increased. The presence of the cation vacancies and their complexes in the ZrO 2 layer suggests that not only oxygen vacancies but also such defects play a role in the defect formation of the ZrO 2 layer and affect its electrical properties.

In this study, we performed systematic search for dopants to stabilize the tetragonal structure of HfO 2 and ZrO 2 by using first-principles calculations. Whole impurity configurations within the supercell, more than 12,000 systems, are examined and the most stable configurations are assumed to be realized. We reveal the contributions of the dopants to the structural stability of tetragonal phase, and that Si or Ge significantly stabilize the tetragonal phase.

Millions of people of all ages have been diagnosed with epilepsy all over the world. Electroencephalography (EEG), a quantitative component, is vital in identifying and analyzing epileptic seizures. Manual EEG detection takes a long time and has serious consequences. To prevent this circumstance, the world needs alternative detection technologies. For more than a decade, several strategies and procedures have been used to assist medical doctors in detecting technological improvement. Numerous automated seizure identification frameworks that use machine learning approaches have recently been presented to replace traditional methodologies. However, because multichannel EEG data is unpredictable, selecting optimal channels as well as characteristics and classifying them remain unsolved issues. During automatic signaling, the gadget also emits a noisy signal, making detection and prediction challenging. In this paper, we have tested various entropy features and selected the best features to classify seizure patients. First, we preprocessed the data using IMF of the raw signal, and then entropy features were extracted to classify the epileptic patients. The proposed channel selection method, SVM-GA, works well with our framework and successfully removes redundant channels from the data.
