The current rapid assessment of post-earthquake damaged houses has been done manually. The determination of the damage level is also very subjective. Moreover, the available time during a rapid assessment and limited number of enumerators lead to ineffective decisions for responses and assistances. There are several application had appeared trying to answer the problems, but still they have many types of data that need to be input and even need a lot of time to process. The system design to be simple, more user-friendly and time efficient to be operated during the assessment. This study is aimed to develop a conceptual design of a system to collect data of houses damaged by earthquake using mobile application which propose to work both online and offline. The system will consists of five components: mobile device, user, data center (web server and database), internet, and data processing center (administrator and manager to verify and analyze the data). The application design to be integrated with Google Maps containing concise data entry to facilitate users (trained users and common users) and to shorten the time of data collection. Final collected data will be presented through the website and perform descriptive and spatial analysis.

The single model filter has poor adaptability under the uncertain or unknown system parameters, multiple model filters can be used to resolve this problem. This paper investigates the multiple model adaptive estimation (MMAE) algorithm and proposes a multiple model unscented particle filter (MMUPF) algorithm. Forward the traditional MMAE method which uses extend Kalman filter (EKF) or unscented Kalman filter (UKF) as each filter to execute the state estimation process. In this method, we combine MMAE with unscented particle filter (UPF), and replace UKF with UPF which shows higher accuracy than UKF for the nonlinear system. At the same time, this algorithm is applied to the integrated navigation system which combines strap-down inertial navigation with celestial navigation by a ballistic missile. Simulations are provided to demonstrate that MMUPF algorithm has the highest navigation precision, but at the cost of heavier computational burden.

Cryptography is the science and art of maintaining the security of messages when messages are sent from one place to another. One of the ways securing the form of text message information is by the encryption process using the Vigenere Cipher algorithm and utilizing the One Time Pad (OTP) algorithm as a key generator, where the message will be random when it is opened. The message encryption process used the vigenere cipher algorithm while OTP is used to secure the key with the same formula. After this research has been done, an application was designed to secure text messages by converting the text message into a random message so that the message was unreadable due to a secret message that could not be known by others. The results achieved can secure an encrypted message that cannot be reopened and if those messages were reopened, they must be decrypted.
