Agriculture is a vital industry for the people of Indonesia, but there are several obstacles, including limited space in urban areas and inefficient conventional sorting and harvesting methods. Using computer vision to choose hydroponic lettuce that is ready to be harvested and a robotic arm to bring the selected lettuce yields, the produced system aims to solve this problem. The system's computer vision algorithms include color space conversion, intensity transformation, and an algorithm for following borders. This project's research methodology combines a quantitative approach with an experimental approach, which consists of conducting several trials on the built system. Several trials demonstrated that the computer vision software was able to accomplish the specified objectives. The average success rate of the developed computer vision system is 93%, while the average success rate of the robot arm is 85%. © 2023 IEEE.

Cybersecurity knowledge is essential in today’s increasingly digital healthcare environment to protect sensitive patient data and guarantee the integrity of healthcare systems. But conventional cybersecurity training approaches frequently fail to hold healthcare professionals’ attention, which results in inadequate application and retention of the material. In order to increase cybersecurity awareness among healthcare professionals, this study investigates the use of gamification—a technological technique that incorporates game design aspects into non-gaming contexts—as an innovative method. A mixed-methods research methodology is used in the study to assess the effectiveness of a cybersecurity training program that is gamified. To encourage user involvement and motivation, the program incorporates aspects like leaderboards, interactive scenarios, badges, and points. The study included a total of 100 healthcare professionals from various departments, offering a thorough understanding of the program’s effects across a range of positions and experience levels. Pre- and post-training surveys were used to gather quantitative data on participant changes in knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors pertaining to cybersecurity procedures. Furthermore, semi-structured interviews yielded qualitative insights that further elucidated the participants’ perspectives and experiences with the gamified training method. Comparing gamification to conventional training approaches, the results show that gamification dramatically improves engagement and knowledge retention. The willingness of the participants to acquire and use cybersecurity techniques in their daily lives has reportedly increased. Additionally, the gamified components strengthened the training objectives by fostering a competitive yet cooperative learning environment. Traffic accidents can occur from various factors, ranging from the driver themselves to problems with the vehicle. Road and traffic accidents are the most significant factor of fatalities in the world. Most of the causes of accidents are the drivers themselves. Poor physical and mental conditions can significantly impact how to drive. The driving experience is also important;the longer the driver has been driving, the more professional he will be, and vice versa. Smart City solutions can predict the severity of accidents and give information to the authorities in order to reduce the number of fatalities. This paper investigates the factors that may lead to an accident on the road. By looking at data collected from traffic-related accidents and then visualizing it to make it easy to analyze;then, from this data, we will predict the causes of traffic accidents so they can be avoided. The best algorithm based on accuracy, MAE and RMSE is Random Forest Classifier with 0.8461, 0.1663 and 0.4376, respectively. © 2023 IEEE.

Quadrotors have been vital for automating warehouse processes. However, a significant gap in recent studies is that they use a single quadrotor with limited battery life, considering that their objective involves navigation in a large-scale environment such as a warehouse. Using an energy consumption model to enable more efficient navigation can be explored. Conventional data-driven energy models and path planning algorithms are insufficient for describing the various motions that a quadrotor can perform in warehouse operations, such as changes in yaw. This study aims to design a novel exhaustive data-driven energy consumption model and evolutionary algorithm-based path planning algorithm to consider various quadrotor movements involved in warehouse operations. The quadrotor is tasked with performing a set of movements to each be represented as a power equation in terms of their velocity. The obtained equations were subsequently used as the primary optimization objective for the path planning algorithm, which included yaw angle objectives and constraints. A set of experiments was performed with Crazyflie quadrotors to verify the model and the algorithm. The results showcased the accuracy of the energy consumption model, which was kept at a maximum difference of 0.6%. The designed path planning algorithm obtained greater energy efficiency in the generated paths compared to other state-of-the-art evolutionary algorithms with similar objectives and constraints. © Authors retain all.

Multimodal fusion, leveraging data like vision and language, is rapidly gaining traction. This enriched data representation improves performance across various tasks. Existing methods for out-of-distribution (OOD) detection, a critical area where AI models encounter unseen data in real-world scenarios, rely heavily on whole-image features. These image-level features can include irrelevant information that hinders the detection of OOD samples, ultimately limiting overall performance. In this paper, we propose TagOOD, a novel approach for OOD detection that leverages vision language representations to achieve label-free object feature decoupling from whole images. This decomposition enables a more focused analysis of object semantics, enhancing OOD detection performance. Subsequently, TagOOD trains a lightweight network on the extracted object features to learn representative class centers. These centers capture the central tendencies of IND object classes, minimizing the influence of irrelevant image features during OOD detection. Finally, our approach efficiently detects OOD samples by calculating distance-based metrics as OOD scores between learned centers and test samples. We conduct extensive experiments to evaluate TagOOD on several benchmark datasets and demonstrate its superior performance compared to existing OOD detection methods. This work presents a novel perspective for further exploration of multimodal information utilization in OOD detection, with potential applications across various tasks. The disruption of routines, education, recreation, as well as concerns about family income and health, has left many young people feeling fearful, angry, and worried about their future. In this system, a smart system will be developed that can capture, process, and interpret facial expressions so that a person's emotions can be easily and accurately identified, which is one of the best solutions. The system will use artificial intelligence that has been trained beforehand using suitable datasets. In the processed of developing the system, Face image with the size of 48 x 48 x 1 became the input of the system, processes by Convolution layer using Relu activation function. The activation function used in the output layer is softmax because it is suitable for more than 2 classifications. by applying CNN based on Adam optimization which have result on 98.96% and 70%, for training and testing accuracy, respectively. Furthermore, the system accurately turn-on the healing lamp based on the emotion identified. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper tackles the challenge of active perception for robotic grasp detection in cluttered environments. Incomplete 3D geometry information can negatively affect the performance of learning-based grasp detection methods, and scanning the scene from multiple views introduces significant time costs. To achieve reliable grasping performance with efficient camera movement, we propose an active grasp detection framework based on the Neural Graspness Field (NGF), which models the scene incrementally and facilitates next-best-view planning. Constructed in real-time as the camera moves, the NGF effectively models the grasp distribution in 3D space by rendering graspness predictions from each view. For next-best-view planning, we aim to reduce the uncertainty of the NGF through a graspness inconsistency-guided policy, selecting views based on discrepancies between NGF outputs and a pre-trained graspness network. Additionally, we present a neural graspness sampling method that decodes graspness values from the NGF to improve grasp pose detection results. Extensive experiments on the GraspNet-1Billion benchmark demonstrate significant performance improvements compared to previous works. Real-world experiments show that our method achieves a superior trade-off between grasping performance and time costs. With the increasing complexity of robot systems, it is necessary to simulate them before deployment. To do this, a model of the robot's kinematics or dynamics is required. One of the most commonly used formats for modeling robots is the Unified Robot Description Format (URDF). The goal of this article is to understand how URDF is currently used, what challenges people face when working with it, and how the community sees the future of URDF. The outcome can potentially be used to guide future research. This article presents the results from a survey based on 510 anonymous responses from robotic developers of different backgrounds and levels of experience. We find that 96.8% of the participants have simulated robots before, and of them 95.5% have used URDF. We identify a number of challenges that complicate the use of URDF, such as the inability to model parallel linkages and closed-chain systems, no real standard, lack of documentation, and a limited number of dynamic parameters to model the robot. Future perspectives for URDF are also determined, where 53.5% believe URDF will be more commonly used in the future, 12.2% believe other standards or tools will make URDF obsolete, and 34.4% are not sure what the future of URDF will be. Most participants agree there is a need for better tools to ensure URDF's future use. © 2023 IEEE.

Stress has become a problem for many people experience in the world. It can affect in decrease in activity and productivity in daily life. Therefore, it is important to reduce or even heal this stress. One way to do that is by listening to appropriate music. Emotion recognition based on voice intonation has been developed in this work. The system has the ability to recognize the emotion of the speaker then automatically play the appropriate music based on emotion of the speaker. In this work, the combination of Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) and Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) approach for identifying emotion based on voice intonation of the speaker is proposed. The Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficient (MFCC) is adopted as a feature extraction of the voice, which will used as input to the combination of Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) and Recurrent Neural Network (RNN)-based identifier. The performance of the proposed technique has been investigated, especially for multiclass classification and it is found to produce good accuracy within short duration training time. The accuracy of 99.8% and 62.5%, for training and testing accuracy respectively.
