This paper introduces the machine structure and control principle of 6-DOF motion platform based on PMAC and describes the key technology of PC programming, which is programmed by LabWindows/CVI. The NC system uses PMAC technology, and achieves closed-loop control of PID, which shows satisfactory results in testing.

Geometric attacks are difficult to resist for watermarking algorithms. Although most existing geometric-resisted algorithms can resist some kinds of geometric attacks, however, their robustness to common image processing is weak. A watermarking algorithm which is both strongly robust to geometric attacks and common image processing was proposed in this paper. Watermarking messages combined a Gaussian-noise template were embedded to vertical high frequency coefficients which were produced by one-level integer wavelet transform of the host image. Then the same messages were embedded to each sub-image by quantization repeatedly. Two watermarking images were extracted by correlation calculation and majority rule. Finally, the ultimate watermarking was decided by a judge rule. Experiment results show the algorithm is both robust to geometric attacks and common image processing, meanwhile, the imperceptibility of the algorithm can meet the request.

This paper applies the principle of hierarchical coordination, fuzzy control theory and rolling horizon technique in coordinated control of urban trunk. The trunk control model includes two layers, manipulative layer and coordinated layer, controlled by different agents with different strategy. The paper gives detail description of coordinated layer control model, which applies fuzzy algorithm for optimizing public signal cycle, and rolling horizon technique based on PSO for optimizing intersection green time. Simulation shows the proposed model has better performances than inductive-loop control model.

For the design of high-speed photodetector, to reduce the junction capacitance C j and study the relationship between C j and reverse bias U B of the phototube is very important. Through substitution measurement of a group of standard capacitors, the function relationship of measuring voltage and capacitance has been established, and with the method of interpolation and least squares, the inverted exponential curve of junction capacitance and bias is obtained. Regression analysis demonstrates: For HFD1060 photodiode, the purpose that to effectively reduce junction capacitance can be easily achieved if bias ranges from 10 V to 15 V, and almost no change when U B is over 15 V. This method overcomes the effects of stray capacitance and circuit noise to measuring precision, which is mainly decided by the precision of standard capacitors.

Along with information revolution and economy globalization, innovation assets becomes the core ability for shipping enterprises that could obtain the persistence competition dominance under the complex international shipping market. The paper puts forward the knowledge management performance evaluation index system for Chinese shipping enterprises based on the innovation assets, where includes technological innovation, organizational innovation and management innovation. The paper makes the questionnaire combining the open financial data choosing six typical shipping enterprises. At last, the paper uses DEA method to make the demonstration analysis. The result of principal component analysis and DEA analysis are beautifully validating the shipping enterprises competition evaluation index system based innovation assets.

We propose a novel approach for satellite cloud image segmentation based on the improved Normalized Cuts Model. We extracted three important features from the multi-channel grayscale information and the texture features of satellite image, by the statistical analyses of the surface observation. Having set up the weight matrix by those features, we use the spectral graph theoretic framework of normalized cuts to find partitions of the satellite image, and estimate the cloud type of every partition. Experimental results on a satellite cloud image are shown.

The rank and density of the population are first defined and then the density distribution variance and uniform distribution index function of solutions in objective space are clearly given. The rank is a measure of the quality of solutions, and the density distribution variance is a measure of the uniformity of the distribution of solutions. Using these two measures as two objective functions, the multi-objective optimization problem is finally converted into a two objective optimization problem. For the transformed problem, a novel genetic algorithm is proposed. In designing the algorithm, the uniform distribution index function is integrated into the mutation operator to adaptively adjust the search. As a result, the solutions will gradually move to the entire Pareto front and their distribution will gradually become uniform.
