A porous yttrium oxide crucible with both thermal shock resistance and erosion resistance was developed by structural *** structure-optimized yttrium oxide crucible was proved to be suitable for melting highly reactive titanium ***-cost(TiB+Y2O_(3))-reinforced titanium matrix composites were prepared by vacuum induction melting using the prepared *** thermal deformation behavior and microstructure evolution of(TiB+Y2O_(3))-reinforced tita-nium matrix composites were investigated at deformation temperatures of 900-1100℃with strain rates of 0.001-1 *** results showed that the prepared yttrium oxide crucible had both thermal shock and erosion resistance,the low-cost titanium matrix composites could be prepared by the developed yttrium oxide crucibles which were homogeneous in composition and highly sensitive to strain rate and deformation temperature,and the peak and theological stresses decreased with increasing deformation temperature or decreasing strain *** addition,the average thermal deformation activation energy of the composites was calculated to be 574.6 kJ/mol by establishing the Arrhenius constitutive equation in consideration of the strain variables,and the fitting goodness between the predicted stress value and the measured value was 97.624%.The calculated analysis of the hot processing map showed that the best stable thermal deformation zone was located in the deformation temperature range of 1000-1100℃and strain rate range of 0.001-0.01 s^(-1),where the peak dissipation coefficient wasη=71%.In this zone,the deformation of the reinforcement and matrix was harmonious,the reinforcement was less likely to fracture,dynamic recrystallization occurred more fully and the alloy exhibited near steady rheological characteristics.

For the modern high-speed paper machine in the production process of small target paper disease characteristics of information is small, the proportion of low, part of the paper disease vulnerable to background noise and other problems, improved YOLOX paper disease fast detection algorithm is proposed. First, to address the problem of low speed of anchor frame-based paper disease detection algorithm, an improved YOLOX paper disease detection algorithm is proposed, through which the anchor-free frame structure is used to improve the speed of paper disease detection. Secondly, according to the problem that paper disease feature information such as creases and bright spots are lost due to background strip noise interference during image sampling, an attention mechanism CA is added to the YOLOX backbone feature network to enhance paper disease target localisation and paper disease global feature information extraction, and suppress strip noise interference. Finally, for the case of small hole paper disease easily missed detection, adding ASPP hole convolution in SPP can expand the perceptual field of the feature map without reducing the image resolution and improve the semantic information to improve the small target paper disease detection performance;adding CBAM in the feature fusion part to extract key and important features from both spatial and channel directions, so that the feature map of the network contains more key feature information The algorithm further improves the accuracy and stability of the model for small target paper disease detection and localization, and reduces the rate of missed detection. The distributed optimal output synchronization problem for the leaderless heterogeneous multi-agent system with a general global cost function is investigated for the first time by linear quadratic(LQ) optimal control theory. Conventional algorithms for heterogeneous systems are quite complex, requiring the design of a virtual reference generator and the solving of regulation *** paper presents a novel distributed asymptotically optimal controller by incorporating the design of distributed observer and feedforward controller. A general form of the distributed controller is obtained by solving an augmented algebraic Riccati equation, which is parallel to classical optimal control theory. The optimal topology is an arbitrary directed graph containing only a spanning tree. It is shown that the proposed algorithms outperform the traditional consensus methods in the convergence speed by selecting proper observer gain matrices, and eliminate the reliance on the nonzero eigenvalues of Laplacian matrix. Simulation example further demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed scheme and a faster superlinear convergence speed than the existing algorithm.
