In order to mitigate the impact of large-scale new energy vehicle charging access to the grid, edge computing technology is widely used in smart charging perception scenarios. By deploying various edge terminal devices or application software at the perception sites, it can collect and predict the power load in various regions, so as to effectively guide and control the charging amount of new energy vehicles. However, with the increase of computing demand brought by the increase of edge device nodes, the edge server may face the problem of insufficient computing resources, which will affect the low latency characteristics. To alleviate this problem, this paper abstracts each edge terminal device as an independent user with task computing needs, establishes a multi-user edge computing system, and proposes a multi-level resource allocation strategy for edge computing, Decompose and allocate communication channel resources and server resources in multiple rounds. This method can reduce task latency by optimizing the task offloading ratio and resource allocation method of users while meeting their basic needs. The simulation results show that this method can effectively reduce the latency of task computation in multi user scenarios. © 2023 IEEE.

Visual question generation (VQG) task aims to generate high-quality questions based on the input image. Current methods primarily focus on generating questions containing specified content utilizing answers or question types as constraints. However, these constraints make it challenging to control the topic of generated questions (e.g., conversation or test subject topics) for various applications. Thus, it is necessary to utilize topics as constraints to guide question generation. Considering that there are many topics and it is almost impossible for human annotations to cover them, we propose the cross-topic learning VQG (CTL-VQG) task, which aims to generate questions related to unseen topics in cross-topic scenarios. In this paper, we propose a knowledge-guided cross-topic visual question generation (KC-VQG) model to extract unseen topic-related information for question generation. Specifically, an image-topic feature extractor is introduced in our model to extract topic-related intuitive visual features;an image-topic knowledge extractor is used to extract and select the most appropriate topic-related implicit knowledge from large language models for generating questions. Extensive experiments show that our model outperforms baselines and can effectively generate unseen topic-related questions in cross-topic scenarios. © 2024 ELRA Language Resource Association: CC BY-NC 4.0.

Accurate state-of-charge(SOC) estimation,which is critical to ensuring the safe and reliable operation of battery management systems in electric vehicles,is still a challenging task due to sophisticated battery dynamics and ever-changing ambient *** paper proposes a method combining DRSN and ASTLSTM neural networks to estimate lithium batteries' state of charge(SOC).The proposed method can not only utilize the historical information of the data but also eliminate unimportant features by inserting soft thresholding into the deep *** reveal the performance of the proposed method,the results are compared with several other methods from the *** comparative experimental results show that the proposed method achieves a lower root mean square error(RMSE) of 0.83% with normal data and RMSE of 0.98% with noisy data,respectively.

Multi-intent spoken language understanding joint model can handle multiple intents in an utterance and is closer to complicated real-world scenarios,attracting increasing ***,existing research(1) usually focuses on identifying implicit correlations between utterances and one-hot encoding while ignoring intuitive and explicit original label characteristics;(2) only considers the token-level intent-slot interaction,which results in the limitation of the *** this paper,we propose a Label-Aware Graph Interaction Model(LAGIM),which captures the correlation between utterances and explicit labels' semantics to deliver enriched ***,a global graph interaction module is constructed to model the sentence-level interaction between intents and ***,we propose a novel framework to model the global interactive graph based on the injection of the original label semantics,which can fuse explicit original label features and provide global *** results show that our model outperforms existing approaches,achieving a relative improvement of 11.9% and 2.1%overall accuracy over the previous state-of-the-art model on the MixATIS and MixSnips datasets,respectively.

Many existing methods of forecasting the stateof-health(SOH) assume that training and testing data follow the same *** model based on dataset under one working condition may be ineffective for the dataset under another working condition due to the distribution *** order to meet this challenge,this paper proposes an improved method Mutual Information Domain-Adversial Neural Networks(DANN) based on domain adaptation,which improves the domain discriminator to better extract domain invariant *** addition,to avoid the loss of target information,the mutual information among target features,source features,and original target data is calculated to fix the features on the target site during the migration *** from the traditional methods,we only use 40% of the data sets for training,and the rest are used for prediction,so we can complete the prediction of more *** results show that this method can accurately and stably predict SOH.

Multi-band optical networks are a potential technology for increasing network ***,the strong interference and non-uniformity between wavelengths in multi-band optical networks have become a bottleneck restricting the transmission capacity of multi-band optical *** overcome these challenges,it is particularly important to implement optical power optimization targeting wavelength ***,based on the generalized Gaussian noise model,we first formulate an optimization model for the problems of routing,modulation format,wavelength,and power allocation in C+L+S multi-band optical *** objective function is to maximize the average link capacity of the network while ensuring that the Optical Signal-to-Noise(OSNR)threshold of the service request is not ***,we propose a NonLinear Interferenceaware(NLI-aware)routing,modulation format,wavelength,and power allocation ***,we conduct simulations under different test *** simulation results indicate that our algorithm can effectively reduce the blocking probability by 23.5%and improve the average link capacity by 3.78%in C+L+S multi-band optical networks.

Multi-exposure image fusion is a cost-effective method to improve the dynamic range of images. For the problems of inadequate detail extraction in bright and dark areas and the over simplicity of existing fusion rules by current deep learning multi-exposure image fusion algorithms, we propose a DenseNet-based framework using adaptive Gabor convolution. Building on the Dense network architecture, we design an adaptive Gabor convolution module, which the parameters of the Gabor filter can be updated along with the network, enhancing the ability of Gabor to extract image features. Additionally, a cross-domain aggregation attention module is proposed, which effectively aggregates and enhances information. Comparing our method with seven advanced methods on the multi-exposure image fusion benchmark dataset, the subjective and objective evaluations outperform the other methods, proving the effectiveness and superiority of our method. The experiments of different exposure images fusion demonstrate the good generalization performance of our method. © 2024 Technical Committee on Control Theory, Chinese Association of automation.

Distracted driving causes a significant number of traffic accidents each year, making it a crucial area of research to monitor the driver's state and prevent accidents. Although convolutional networks are widely used for detecting driver distraction, they face several issues, such as poor generalization ability, high model capacity, and response latency. To tackle these challenges, this paper introduces a nimble and low-latency algorithm named MViTCNet, which utilizes the MobileViT module for the identification of driver distraction while operating within constrained computational resources. The MViTCNet algorithm extracts local features and constructs an original feature map, which is fused with a global feature representation processed by a Transformer to capture finer details and obtain a larger receptive field. Additionally, the classic convolutional module MBConv is employed to reduce spatial redundancy, and downsampling is used to obtain low-resolution feature maps. By stacking multiple modules to learn more complex feature representations, the network structure increases in depth and width, resulting in a better fit for complex data distributions. Experiments on an embedded hardware platform show that MViTCNet achieves an acceptable trade-off, with an accuracy of 91.04% on the StateFarm dataset and 97.80% on the LDDB dataset at a latency of 28.9±5.3 milliseconds, outperforming existing methods. © 2023 IEEE.

Artificial intelligence(AI) systems surpass certain human intelligence abilities in a statistical sense as a whole, but are not yet the true realization of these human intelligence abilities and behaviors. There are differences, and even contradictions, between the cognition and behavior of AI systems and humans. With the goal of achieving general AI, this study contains a review of the role of cognitive science in inspiring the development of the three mainstream academic branches of AI based on the three-layer framework proposed by David Marr, and the limitations of the current development of AI are explored and analyzed. The differences and inconsistencies between the cognition mechanisms of the human brain and the computation mechanisms of AI systems are analyzed. They are found to be the cause of the differences and contradictions between the cognition and behavior of AI systems and humans. Additionally, eight important research directions and their scientific issues that need to focus on braininspired AI research are proposed: highly imitated bionic information processing, a large-scale deep learning model that balances structure and function, multi-granularity joint problem solving bidirectionally driven by data and knowledge, AI models that simulate specific brain structures, a collaborative processing mechanism with the physical separation of perceptual processing and interpretive analysis, embodied intelligence that integrates the brain cognitive mechanism and AI computation mechanisms,intelligence simulation from individual intelligence to group intelligence(social intelligence), and AI-assisted brain cognitive intelligence.

Dynamic graphs (DG) represent evolving interactions between entities in various real-world scenarios. Many existing DG representation learning models employ a combination of graph convolutional networks and sequence neural networks to capture spatial-temporal dependencies. However, this hybrid approach often fails to effectively capture the spatial-temporal continuity inherent in DGs. In this paper, we propose a novel approach called the Tensor Graph Convolutional Network (TGCN) to learn DG representations within a unified convolution framework based on tensor products. Our approach is founded on two key principles: (a) representing DG information in tensor form, and (b) leveraging tensor product operations to design a graph convolutional network that simultaneously models spatial and temporal features. Experimental results on three real-world DG datasets demonstrate that our proposed model achieves state-of-the-art performance. © 2024 IEEE.
