This paper presents a real-time power split strategy for a battery-supercapacitor hybrid energy storage system. The objective of the proposed strategy is to alleviate battery degradation through effective supercapacitor utilization. The proposed strategy employs an adaptive neural fuzzy inference system, which is capable of learning a power split strategy from offline optimization results and distributing power in real-time. The performance of the strategy proposed and a low pass filtering technique is compared through simulations. The results demonstrate that the proposed method can effectively reduce battery capacity loss and perform well under unknown driving cycles in real time. © 2023 IEEE.

Because pixel values of foggy images are irregularly higher than those of images captured in normal weather(clear images),it is difficult to extract and express their *** method has previously been developed to directly explore the relationship between foggy images and semantic segmentation *** investigated this relationship and propose a generative adversarial network(GAN)for foggy image semantic segmentation(FISS GAN),which contains two parts:an edge GAN and a semantic segmentation *** edge GAN is designed to generate edge information from foggy images to provide auxiliary information to the semantic segmentation *** semantic segmentation GAN is designed to extract and express the texture of foggy images and generate semantic segmentation *** on foggy cityscapes datasets and foggy driving datasets indicated that FISS GAN achieved state-of-the-art performance.

The research content is the shimmy analysis of the nose landing gear, mainly considering the stiffness of the main structural parts of the nose landing gear, the structure and damping parameters of shimmy damper, establishing a multi-body dynamics co-simulation model of the shimmy based on one-dimensional and three-dimensional co-simulation, and analyzing the anti-shimmy effect of the nose landing gear under different interference forces during landing and taxiing. To verify the rationality of the nose landing gear structure and parameter design, the critical shimmy damping hole diameter curve is calculated. It can be seen that the shimmy stability margin requirements are met with the gradual increase of aircraft taxiing speed. The diameter of the critical damping hole is slightly reduced at first, and the gradually increased. According to the analysis results, the damping parameters that meet the actual demand of shimmy reduction are given, which provides necessary technical support for the design of shimmy reduction system.

In the Off-Axis Integrated Cavity Output Spectroscopy (OA-ICOS) technique, single-stage filters are commonly used to reduce noise and improve the signal-to-noise ratio, enabling more precise CO2 concentration detection. However, these filters often underperform under real-time conditions. To enhance real-time performance, this paper proposes a novel framework based on Double Wavelet Threshold Filter (DWTF) that adaptively suppresses noise while preserving key features of CO2 concentration signal. Firstly, one wavelet threshold filter (WT) is introduced to calculate the mean of the current sequence, providing an initial denoising step. Secondly, another WT is employed to extract features from a longer sequence for adaptive computation of the discount factor. Finally, an exponential moving average filter (EMA) is applied to combine both current and historical data to produce a smoother aggregated output. To validate the effectiveness, DWTF was compared with other conventional algorithms for a CO2 dataset with three distinct states: smooth, ship and mutant, obtained by OA-ICOS. The experimental results demonstrate that DWTF performs effectively in all three states.

In this paper, a method for navigation and obstacle avoidance of unmanned surface vessel (USV) based on reinforcement learning and reward shaping is proposed. This approach uses double deep Q networks (DDQN) to make decisions based on the continuous states observed from sensors in USV. In addition, a new reward function is designed based on prior knowledge to accelerate the convergence of the algorithm and improve the performance. For training the neural networks, a simulation platform is developed, in which a 3 degree of freedom mathematical model describes USV dynamic system and two-dimension actions are required to control USV. Simulation results on the platform demonstrate the DDQN hoists USV's capabilities of navigation and obstacle avoidance, and reward shaping technique improves the speed of convergence. © 2022 IEEE.

In the context of carbon neutrality, the power industry is becoming the main battlefield of carbon emission reduction. However, the low-carbon transformation of energy structure is a complex long-term task, it needs to be analyzed in combination with the actual situation. This paper is based on the microgrid in the grid connection mode, considering microgrid power output and carbon emission constraints. An optimal model is proposed to reduce carbon emission cost, the optimal economic operation, and build a low-carbon scheduling model of a microgrid system. In this paper, the improved multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem. Finally, the simulation results verify the effectiveness of the model and the superiority of the improved algorithm. © 2022 IEEE.

This paper investigates the issue of passive fault tolerant control design for a class of discrete-time switched affine systems with actuator faults based on H approach. A reliable state feedback controller is designed such that it can tolerate actuator faults. Sufficient conditions for the existence of the fault tolerant controller are derived in the form of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) by using quadratic Lyapunov function approach, and the H performance constraint can be satisfied by solving a convex optimisation problem with LMIs constraints. Finally, a numerical example and a DC-DC motor example are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. © 2021 IEEE.

With the rapid increase in demand for the fifth-generation mobile communication technology (5G) in the BusinesstoBusiness (ToB) market, future factories, especially those involving a large number of Internet of Things (IoT) devices, will prioritize deploying private networks to achieve prioritized scheduling, resource allocation, and security control over the entire network. The User Plane Function (UPF) is an important network element in the 5G core network. In practical deployments, UPF typically uses dedicated hardware devices, which are not only expensive but also have a tightly coupled architecture that imposes certain limitations on future network upgrades and scalability. To achieve flexible deployment of Network Private Network (NPN), we implemented the 5G core network architecture using Software Defined Networking (SDN) with Programming Protocol-Independent Packet Processors (P4) programmable switch. Subsequently, we conducted the connectivity test of the core network and analyzed the maximum achievable user capacity. Considering that the introduction of SDN may bring new security risks to private networks, we have designed a solution to mitigate SDN data plane Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks and have proven its effectiveness through practical experiments. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper focuses on prescribed-time control for nonlinear multiagent systems (MASs) with switching topologies. To address the discontinuity issue of the reference signal caused by switching communication topologies, a distributed estimator is devised to obtain a bounded continuous reference signal. Subsequently, a high-order filter is introduced to generate a high-order differential reference signal. Furthermore, a prescribed-time consensus control protocol is developed, which ensures the tracking error remains within a prescribed range during the prescribed time from any initial position. The unknown nonlinearities within the MASs are approximated using neural networks. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed control protocol is validated through simulation experiments.
