This paper took 130t liquid iron tank shell as research object. First, three dimensions solid model of 130t liquid iron tank shell model was constructed by ANSYS software. Then, relevant computation parameters were input, grid was divided, restriction and load were exerted. Finally, strength finite element analysis was made on 130t liquid iron tank shell finite element model under slow lifting working condition. The relevant equivalent stress distribution rule of liquid iron tank shell was found. 130t liquid iron tank shell can satisfy use under slow lifting working condition was proved. This research provides a scientific theory base for accurate design, reasonable weight loss and safe use of 130t liquid iron tank.

Hydraulic support is a key equipment of synthesis mechanization caving coal. Now, lots of countries in the world are increasing investment on hydraulic support design, manufacture and research. This paper took ZT6500/19.5/34 hydraulic support as an example. First, three dimensions solid model of the type simplified hydraulic support was constructed by three dimensions construction model software SolidWorks. Then, three dimensions solid model was led in ANSYS software. Finally, the strength test of the type hydraulic support was made under top beam both ends concentration load working condition, top beam torsion II working condition, top beam unbalance load working condition and top beam middle concentration load working condition by ANSYS software. The relevant total displacement distribution rule and equivalent stress distribution rule of the type simplified hydraulic support computation model were found. This research is benefit to the general optimal design and improvement on hydraulic support structure and strength before quantity production. This provides a practical and convenient research way on hydraulic support design and research.

The fault diagnosis performance of Fisher Discriminant Analysis(FDA) method is superior to Principle Component Analysis(PCA) by taking into account both normal and fault data for modeling. For the cases with insufficient fault data, a diagnosis strategy is developed based on Bootstrap and phase-based Recursive Multi-way Fisher Discriminant Analysis(RMFDA). By this method, modeling data was constructed by Bootstrap. Besides, the diagnosis information of the previous phase was introduced in the next phase for MFDA modeling by combining recursive method. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by applying it to the hydraulic tube tester.

Considering the characteristics of cold rolling line, which is with a large number of product categories and complex production flow, the continuity of whole cold rolling line is mainly considered to establish an optimal scheduling model in this study on the basis of maintaining the order due time and the inventory control. A heuristic algorithm for solving the proposed scheduling model is designed, which adopts a reasonable combination between Tabu search and simulated annealing algorithm. For verifying the proposed model and its corresponding hybrid algorithm, the practical production data coming from Shanghai Baosteel Co. Ltd., China have been employed to implement the simulations. And the experiments results show that the proposed model and algorithm obtains remarkable effectiveness.

In this paper, the delay-independent stabilization algebraic criteria and the theorem of delay-independent stabilization for linear systems with multiple time-delays are established by using the Lyapunov functional and the Riccati algebra matrix equation in the matrix theory. A higher-order model-free adaptive control scheme is proposed for a class of discrete-time SISO nonlinear systems. The control scheme consists of the adaptive control law, parameter estimation law and reset mechanism. The controller design depends merely on the input and the output measurement data of the controlled plant. The proposed scheme can improve the control performance by using more error information derived from previous sampling time instants. The theoretical analysis shows that the proposed control scheme can guarantee the bounded input and bounded output (BIBO) stability. The simulation results further verify the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.

Parkinson's disease (PD) is a common disease of central nervous system among the elderly, and its complex symptoms bring up some difficulties for the clinical diagnosis. And Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) is an effective treatment method for patients with Parkinson's disease. In this study, a method based on polar coordination system with varied origin was proposed to quantitatively evaluate the availability of DBS operation for patients with Parkinson's disease. Totally, seven patients with Parkinson's disease were participated in the spiral drawing experiment and their scores under Unified Parkinson's disease Rating Scale (UPDRS) were also recorded. According to the characteristics of hand movement in spiral drawing, a set of parameters were defined and calculated before and after DBS operation. Compared with the UPDRS scores, experimental results showed that this method of evaluation was consistent with the clinical diagnosis. The proposed method based on polar coordinate system with varied origin is effective in clinical diagnosis, and it provides a basis for quantitative evaluating the effectiveness of surgery and treatment.

A discrete-time adaptive iterative learning control approach (DAILC) is presented for improving the permanent magnet linear motor velocity tracking performance. The learning gain can be updated iteratively along the learning axis and pointwisely along the time axis. When the initial states are random and the reference trajectory and disturbance are iteration-varying, the DAILC can achieve the pointwise convergence over a finite time interval asymptotically along the iterative learning axis. The theoretical analysis and simulation results further verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
