Photovoltaic power generation system because of the use of energy green environmental protection has been widely concerned by the world, to ensure that the system operation with high efficiency is the premise that the system can operate normally, photovoltaic power generation system is installed in a bad environment, photovoltaic arrays often have a variety of failures, and the number of photovoltaic arrays in the system is large, it is difficult to determine the type of failure and maintenance in time. It seriously affects the efficiency of photovoltaic power generation system, so it is very important to study a method that can detect the failure of photovoltaic power generation system in real time. In this study, the output characteristic curves of various fault conditions were analyzed according to the output characteristic curves of photovoltaic cells, the characteristics that could be distinguished from other fault types were selected, and the fault characteristic values were collected. Then SSA-SVM is used to establish the fault diagnosis model of photovoltaic array, and combined with the simulation experimental data and the data of photovoltaic simulator, the validity of SSA-SVM method is verified. Through model design and algorithm improvement, SSA-SVM is applied to fault diagnosis of photovoltaic array. Compared with IGS-SVM and PSO-SVM, SSA-SVM algorithm has higher stability and shorter time.

Detecting targets in infrared ship images is crucial for various applications, such as maritime rescue and ship inspection. Training contemporary mainstream detection and segmentation models, however, requires large-scale, high-quality infrared ship image datasets. In open-world maritime confrontation scenarios, the complex and variable environment, scarcity of target ships, and limited acquisition conditions make it challenging to construct high-quality infrared ship image datasets. To address this issue, this paper proposes an unpaired visible-infrared ship image translation model based on CycleGAN, named Fuzzy-Cycle. The model introduces a fuzzy cycle loss to encourage the model to learn feature mapping rules between different domains while minimizing attention to unnecessary features. Additionally, the method employs U-Net as the generator network to retain shallow image features during upsampling and selects PatchGAN as the discriminator network, embedding Haar wavelet transform to enhance the discriminator's ability to analyze image frequency domain features. Experiments on the VAIS dataset demonstrate that the proposed algorithm outperforms mainstream unpaired image transfer models, showing excellent performance in the task of visible-infrared ship image translation. Furthermore, zero-shot image translation experiments on the HRSC2016 dataset prove the generalizability and reliability of the proposed method.

In recent years,there are numerous studies on chaotic systems with special equilibrium curves having various shapes such as circle,butterfly,heart and *** paper describes a new 3-D chaotic dynamical system with a capsule-shaped equilibrium *** proposed chaotic system has two quadratic,two cubic and two quartic nonlinear *** is noted that the proposed chaotic system has a hidden attractor since it has an infinite number of equilibrium *** is also established that the proposed chaotic system exhibits multi-stability with two coexisting chaotic attractors for the same parameter values but differential initial states.A detailed bifurcation analysis with respect to variations in the system parameters is portrayed for the new chaotic system with capsule equilibrium *** have shown MATLAB plots to illustrate the capsule equilibrium curve,phase orbits of the new chaotic system,bifurcation diagrams and *** an engineering application,we have proposed a speech cryptosystem with a numerical algorithm,which is based on our novel 3-D chaotic system with a capsule-shaped equilibrium *** proposed speech cryptosystem follows its security evolution and implementation on Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA)*** results show that the proposed encryption system utilizes 33%of the FPGA,while the maximum clock frequency is 178.28 MHz.

3D object detection is crucial for autopilot and augmented reality applications. However, accurate feature extraction is the key to achieve high-precision detection, but traditional methods face the challenges of information loss and computational inefficiency. To address this, we propose an enhanced feature extraction method. We first divide the 3D space into voxel grids of varying scales. Then, using 3D sparse convolution, we extract features which are compressed along the Z axis to form BEV (Bird’s Eye View) feature images. An efficient multi-scale attention mechanism is then employed to enhance these BEV features. The refined feature map is subsequently located and classified through a CT-stacking module and RPN (Region Proposal Network). Voxel features from the proposal and 3D backbone are passed through a voxel RoI pool to directly extract RoI features from the 3D features for further refinement. Finally, a cascaded attention network refines the proposal and strengthens confidence prediction. Experiments on test set validate our method effectiveness, showing improved accuracy over traditional voxel methods. Overall, this enhanced feature extraction technique offers a promising solution for 3D target detection, particularly in scenarios demanding high real-time performance and precision.

Terahertz technology has shown remarkable potential for application in the field of imaging since it offers several particular advantages such as great penetration capabilities, non-ionization and high instantaneous bandwidth. This paper presents a focal plane imging system based on CMOS terathertz detector for forward-looking detection. The focal plane imaging system has several advantages, including fast scanning, simple composition, low cost, and easy integration of a CMOS detector. It is composed of a terahertz radiation source, a Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) lens and a broadband CMOS detector. The detector was fabricated in a 65 nm CMOS process. The operating frequency range of the detector covers 75 GHz to 1000 GHz. Measurement results have shown that the focal plane imaging system is capable of stably imaging at frequencies of 100 GHz and 220 GHz. To address the issue of missing information in measurement images, the morphological closing algorithm is employed to process the original image, successfully filling in the missing information and improving image quality. © 2024 Institute of Physics Publishing. We investigate a pursuit-evasion game taking place in an unbounded three-dimensional space, where a flexible pursuer with hybrid dynamics collaborates with a fast pursuer and aims to capture a flexible evader within a finite time. The key feature of this problem lies in the hybrid dynamics of the flexible pursuer, which can change its dynamics once during the game and switch to a fast pursuer with increased speed but lower maneuverability. To address this challenge, we devise a hybrid strategy based on the soft actor-critic framework, tailored specifically for the flexible pursuer, which encompasses both maneuvering and switch tactics. We introduce a switch factor to the input of the actor network and incorporate switch actions to further expand the action space. These additions enable the flexible pursuer to execute maneuvering actions and determine a moment to switch to a fast pursuer. The reward function is designed to account for related angle, altitude, speed, and sparse reward. Through extensive ablation experiments conducted in a simulated environment, we demonstrate the efficacy of our algorithm in facilitating the learning of hybrid strategies for the flexible pursuer, resulting in significantly improved capture rates compared to alternative methods.

The aim of this study is to explore optimization control methods for suspension systems during the flight of quadcopters. The traditional control method of suspension system has some problems such as oscillation and instability, so an optimization scheme based on Gaussian pseudo-general algorithm is proposed in this paper. Through numerical simulation and actual flight test, the effectiveness of the optimization algorithm in improving system stability and reducing oscillation amplitude is verified. At the same time, this study conducted a comparative analysis of the suspension system of the quadrotor vehicle and the free fall body, and the optimization algorithm is found to be feasible and can well improve the control accuracy and stability of the system, and provide strong support for the safety of the quadrotor vehicle in various application scenarios.

The heavy-haul railways plays a crucial role in facilitating the transportation of large-scale goods, yet the challenging operational conditions significantly increase the occurrence of rail defects. Despite the growing importance of computer vision and artificial intelligence in detecting rail defects, current methods face issues of low accuracy and efficiency. The success of the Segment Anything Model (SAM) provides a promising solution to these problems. In this study, a novel two-stage rail defect evaluation methodology called Patchcore-SAM was proposed. Firstly, Patchcore enables the unsupervised detection and localization of defects. Subsequently, the detected anomalies are transformed into anomaly images and prompts, which serve as inputs for the fine-tuned SAM to achieve precise rail defect segmentation. The experimental results demonstrate the superior performance of this method, providing robust support for ensuring the safe operation of heavy-haul railways. © 2024 IEEE.
