The accurate segmentation of the right and left ventricles with limited labeled data is a challenging task in echocardiographic data analysis. To fully leverage the easily accessible unlabeled data, we propose a label-decoupling teacher-student framework (LDTSF) based on semi-supervised learning. Specifically, the decoupled deep network within LDTSF jointly predicts pixel-wise segmentation maps, level set-based edge regression maps, target skeleton maps and target detail maps to focus on edge pixels. Several micro-task-transformable layers are used to map multi-task representations to a unified space in order to supervise the consistency among multiple tasks using massive unlabeled data. In addition, we first train a teacher model based on semi-supervised learning strategy, and then use the pseudo-labels generated by the teacher model together with the original labels to train a student model. Experiments on our self-collected 3D echocardiographic dataset and a publicly available MRI dataset show that our method outperforms state-of-the-art semi-supervised learning methods. Smart control of window is a means of effectively reducing concentrations of indoor PM2.5 (particulate matter with aerodynamic diameter less than 2.5 μm) in naturally ventilated residential buildings without air cleaning devices. This study aimed to develop a reinforcement learning (RL) approach to automatically control window behavior in real time for mitigation of indoor PM2.5 pollution. The method trains the window controller using deep Q-network (DQN) in a specific apartment for a month. The trained controller can be employed to control window behavior to mitigate indoor PM2.5 in that apartment. The input data for the controller are the real-time indoor and outdoor PM2.5 concentrations with 1-min resolution. Simulation was conducted in a real apartment in Tianjin. The results show that, the RL algorithm reduced the average indoor PM2.5 concentration by 9.11% when compared with the I/O ratio algorithm and by 7.40% when compared with real window behavior. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

In the process of UAV aerial recovery, the UAV needs to fold its wings, which will lead to a sharp drop in the lift and cause the cable to sway. Aiming at this problem, an anti-swing coordinated control method of wing folding based on quadratic programming control allocation is proposed. It can make full use of the grid rudder of the drogue to compensate the lift lost caused by wing folding and use quadratic programming to allocate the rudder deflection angle that can not only satisfy the moment balance, but also satisfy the force balance, so as to realize the coordinated control of the drogue grid rudder and the UAV rudder surface. In this paper, the simulation of three typical faults of electro-hydraulic proportional servo valve is presented, and the physical model of servo valve and its faults is constructed by AMESIM software. Electro-hydraulic proportional servo valve has high steady-state accuracy, excellent dynamic performance, stability and reliability, and has been gradually applied in the control field. Therefore, higher requirements are put forward for real-time state monitoring and typical fault research of electro-hydraulic proportional servo valve. In this paper, aiming at the requirement of real-time monitoring of the servo valve, the mathematical model of three typical faults, such as stuck, spool wear and zero deviation, is sought, and the feasibility of the model is verified through simulation. © 2022 IET Conference Proceedings. With the development and promotion of electric rubber tapping equipment, China has gradually mechanized rubber tapping, but the degree of automation could be higher. This paper designs an intelligent rubber tapping remote monitoring system based on Internet of Things(IoT) technology that is applied to single-motor driven rubber tapping robots and uploads the status data of robots in the rubber plantation to the cloud database for storage, data analysis, and display in the backend management system in order to realize the intelligent and digital upgrade of rubber tapping robots. It can achieve remote group control of the robots in the rubber plantation at the same time using a cloud-based human-machine interface. The system consists of a terminal electronic control subsystem, a communication subsystem, and a cloud-based backend management system. This system uses LoRa RF technology and Narrowband IoT(NBIoT) technology to design a star-shaped network to connect the robots to the cloud for unified management and provide data support for later tapping decisions. © 2023 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of automation.

An image free positioning scheme using single pixel detection is proposed to improve the performance of positioning tracking. We use a bucket detector without spatial resolution to measure the light intensity, brings the merit of high sensitivity. The proposed scheme consist of the single pixel measuring step and positioning step. Firstly, we design the patterns of the digital mirror device and then get a sequence of measured scalar values. No image is reconstructed in this step. Secondly, by treating the vector of the bucket values as a virtual image, the image matching method is applied to get position of the object. This method significantly reduces sampling data in measuring process and complexity in matching process, which can be used for high-speed positioning tracking and image free guidance. Finally, a simulation case is performed to demonstrate the effectiveness. Semantic segmentation matters in unmanned driving. The accuracy of semantic segmentation determines whether the vehicle can accurately identify the object on the road during driving. At present, the most popular semantic segmentation algorithm is deep learning network model with convolutional neural network as the main body, while SegFormer based on encoder and decoder proposed in recent years has not been introduced into the field of unmanned semantic segmentation. Aiming at this problem, this paper firstly divides the city road images into several small blocks. Secondly, the obtained block is sent to the encoder as input to get the multilayer feature maps. Finally, the feature maps are sent to the decoder predictive segmentation mask. On the Cityscape dataset, using SegFormer improved mIoU accuracy by an average of 6.564% compared to algorithms such as DeepLabV3+ and FPN, and SegFormer mIoU(ms+flip) similarly improved accuracy by an average of 6.072% in the case of data enhancement. It can be seen that SegFormer has unique advantages in the field of semantic segmentation, and will play an infinite potential in unmanned driving technology.

Toppling failure of rock mass/soil slope is an important geological and environmental *** its failure mechanism under different conditions has great significance in *** toppling failure of a cutting slope occurred in a hydropower station in Kyushu,Japan illustrates that the joint characteristic played a significant role in the occurrence of rock slope tipping ***,in order to consider the mechanical properties of jointed rock mass and the influence of geometric conditions,a simplified analytical approach based on the limit equilibrium method for modeling the flexural toppling of cut rock slopes is proposed to consider the influence of the mechanical properties and geometry condition of jointed rock *** theoretical solution is compared with the numerical solution taking Kyushu Hydropower Station in Japan as one case,and it is found that the theoretical solution obtained by the simplified analysis method is consistent with the numerical analytical solution,thus verifying the accuracy of the simplified ***,the Goodman-Bray approach conventionally used in engineering practice is improved according to the analytical *** results show that the allowable slope angle may be obtained by the improved Goodman-Bray approach considering the joint spacing,the joint frictional angle and the tensile strength of rock mass together.

In this paper, a new tandem wing distributed propulsion vertical takeoff and landing configuration is investigated, and the modeling and control assignment of this new configuration is described. Six-degree-of-freedom full-state dynamics modeling and simulation modeling are completed first. A suitable attitude representation is chosen and the analysis starts with the flight characteristics of the tandem-wing vehicle. Based on the flight principle and its force and moment generation mechanism, the dynamics and kinematic equations were studied, and a nonlinear mathematical model was constructed using a suitable method, which laid the foundation for the subsequent control system design verification. Then, on the basis of the constructed model, the derivation of the control efficiency matrix and the study of the control allocation method were completed. The study of control allocation includes the linearization of control actuators, the design of control allocators for transition states and the study and comparative analysis of three allocation strategies: pseudo-inverse, weighted pseudo-inverse and direct allocation methods. © 2022 IET Conference Proceedings. In northern China, the demand for winter heating is substantial, leading to a high proportion of heating loads that reduce the flexibility of the power grid in regulating power generation. The pure condensing unit will enter the normal operation condition of ultra-low load (sometimes even undergoing daily start and stop cycles). The economic consumption method of light, electricity, and heat balance of combined heat and power units is proposed. Based on considering the exergy efficiency, the new energy is transferred to the heat load of the heating network to break the fixed mode of “fixing electricity by heat, “reduce the light abandonment rate, and improve the operation economy of the system. It has certain reference significance for promoting the safe and efficient consumption and utilization of local large-scale renewable energy.
