With the rapid development of urban subway system in recent years, the failure of subway traction network has become a research hotspot. In order to ensure the reliability of the subway power supply, better study the fault characteristics, provide close to the real subway short circuit current, study the action characteristics of the subway high voltage DC circuit breaker under the fault current, design a simulation device based on phase shift full bridge that can generate the subway short circuit current, by controlling the amplitude, frequency, initial phase angle of the input waveform, so that the corresponding waveform can be generated. And it is verified by experiments. The experimental results show that the output has the characteristics of good dynamic response and small error. Considering that the sensor is affected by the interference noise such as the environment, the Luenberger observer is added to optimize the device control algorithm reasonably. © Beijing Paike Culture Commu. Energy storage system is generally used to ensure the stability and reliability of *** the system generally contains multiple energy storage units,and due to the process,material and other aspects of the limitation,the initial state of charge(SOC) of each energy storage unit cannot be guaranteed to be completely equal,which leads to the shortening of the life of energy storage unit,and affect the economic benefits of energy storage system ***,this paper analyzes the influence conditions between energy storage units according to the calculated formula of energy storage unit *** value of charge between energy storage systems is analyzed through the active power output of the system,and then the difference is obtained by comparing the value of charge of each energy storage unit with the average value of charge of each *** the iterative algorithm is used to update the state of each node,and the balance factor is introduced to gradually reduce the difference on the basis of droop control to optimize and control the output of these energy storage nodes to achieve SOC *** the economic benefits such as maintenance cost of energy storage system are ***,a working model of microgrid is established and the feasibility and economy of this method are verified by simulation.

Distributed Consensus control for Multi-Bus DCMGs under Time-Varying Delays and Compound Noises

Distributed controls in DC microgrids (DCMGs) are susceptible to interference from fading channels within their communication networks. There is also a lack of effective control and consensus performance analysis under communication delays and noises. Therefore, this paper proposes a distributed consensus control to mitigate the adverse effect of time-varying delays and compound noises, enabling rapid average bus voltage regulation and accurate current sharing in a multi-bus DCMG operating under a directed and sparse communication graph. Firstly, we establish the stochastic delay differential equation (SDDE) of the controlled system. Based on stochastic stability theory and algebraic graph theory, the sufficient conditions achieving a mean-square strong consensus are then derived through consensus performance analysis. Subsequently, a quantitative assessment of parameter impact is introduced by solving a nonlinear constrained optimization problem using the established theorem and corollary. Finally, this research studies the impact of the consensus gains on the upper bound of delay, admissible noise intensity, and convergence rate. Comprehensive simulations validate the accuracy and effectiveness of the theoretical analysis. Comparison results demonstrate the superiority of the proposed control in terms of the capability of resisting time delays and noise interferences. © 1969-2012 IEEE.

Background:Recent plague cases in Inner Mongolia prompted research on rodents and *** study aimed to describe the spatiotemporal characteristics of parasitic fleas on predominant rodent species and identify plague risk ***:We assembled monitoring data from the National Plague Surveillance System for 12 regions in Inner Mongolia from 2013 to *** performed descriptive statistics using relative indices,analyzed interannual flea index trends using the Mann-Kendall test,compared spatiotemporal characteristics using the Kruskal-Wallis H test and Dunn’s test,and delineated plague risk areas based on cluster ***:In total,134,181 rodents from 28 species were captured,with an average parasitism rate of 31.46%.A total of 143,958 fleas were collected,resulting in a total average flea index of *** primary rodent species were the Mongolian gerbil(Meriones unguiculatus)and Daurian ground squirrel(Spermophilus dauricus).The flea index showed a decreasing trend(Sen’s slope=−0.06,P<0.05).Meriones unguiculatus had two peaks(May and October),with a delay of one to two months after peak flea *** dauricus had a peak in May but two flea parasitism peaks(March and November).Meriones unguiculatus and Spermophilus dauricus flea indices varied significantly across regions(H=25.75,P<0.001;H=29.88,P<0.001).Erdos City and Xilingol League had the highest flea indices for each species,*** analysis divided the 12 regions into three risk ***:The two predominant rodent species in Inner Mongolia have demonstrated an overall decline in flea index over *** hotspots for flea index are primarily concentrated in Erdos and Xilingol *** regional cooperation is crucial for tailored plague prevention and control measures.

To achieve effective deployment of the facial expression recognition(FER) system on marginalized devices,we designed a lightweight neural network based on ShufflenetV2,which can balance the relationship between the number of network parameters and the accuracy of *** this paper,a non-parameter SimAM attention module that can extract 3 D features is employed in the ShufflenetV2 network to enhance the spatial features extraction ability of the network,and the shortcut branch is introduced in Bottleneck for information interaction and feature fusion between *** tests were carried out on the RaFD dataset,and the recognition accuracy reaches 98.04%,while the number of model parameters is only 1.4 M.

This paper presents a novel learning-based method for a robotic manipulator to achieve liquid pouring across different liquid levels using only visual sensors. Previous works have relied on either online reinforcement learning or imitation learning, which are limited by sim-to-real gaps or data efficiency. In this paper, we propose to combine supervised learning and offline reinforcement learning, utilizing a human demonstration dataset containing only successful pouring at the highest level. Specifically, our approach employs supervised learning for a visual classifier, transforming the visual input into a categorical distribution over liquid levels. The offline reinforcement learning method is applied to a binary-conditioned control policy, which takes a binary signal and the robot's proprioception as inputs to determine the action. The binary signal indicates whether the desired liquid level has been reached based on the target liquid level. Through experiments, our method demonstrates superior effectiveness compared to a state-of-the-art imitation learning algorithm. Moreover, tests in unseen scenarios and multiple liquid level commands verify the generalization and transferability of our approach. © 2024 IEEE.

Heavy trucks play a crucial role in shaping highway traffic dynamics. Their slower speed and unique acceleration and deceleration patterns can greatly influence the efficiency and stability of mixed traffic streams. This study explores a traffic scenario involving both heavy trucks and Connected and Autonomous Vehicles (CAVs), presenting an innovative model for mixed traffic flow and establishing specific lane-changing protocols for autonomous vehicles. Utilizing numerical simulations and comparative analyses, the research explores how heavy trucks affect traffic speed and lane-changing dynamics across different levels of CAV integration and varying traffic conditions. The findings of the study indicate that with lower rates of CAV penetration, increased traffic flow heightens the frequency of vehicle interactions, resulting in more pronounced variations in traffic speed. Conversely, when CAV penetration rates are elevated, there is a marked improvement in average traffic speed, alongside a significant reduction in speed fluctuations, particularly in high-density traffic situations. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).

With the popularization of CAD technology in the manufacturing industry, the number of 3D models in the industry is rapidly expanding and becoming increasingly complex. These models carry the intelligence of designers and are highly reusable in the product development process. Manufacturing practitioners realize that they can accelerate product development by reusing the structure of previously designed models. Today, many open-source and private model databases have emerged, but efficient and accurate retrieval of 3D models is still an urgent problem. Current mainstream 3D model classification and retrieval algorithms commonly use deep learning techniques, which can usually be subdivided into voxel-based, point cloud-based and view-based methods. However, they all have their own shortcomings. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a 3D model classification and retrieval algorithm based on graph convolutional neural network for feature extraction of STEP files, which improves the efficiency and accuracy of 3D model classification and retrieval. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2025.

In the field of image processing, blind image deblurring aims to restore sharp details in images blurred by an unknown convolution kernel. Recent advancements have shown that deep networks can act as effective image generative priors (DIP) for restoring clear images without requiring external datasets. However, the inherent non-uniqueness of solutions in blind image deblurring often leads DIP-based methods to converge on local optima, resulting in over- or under-deblurred images. To overcome this limitation, we propose a novel deblurring framework featuring dual image generators. These generators mutually constrain each other during training, guiding the model towards the optimal solution. Building on our network structure, we employ a self-ensemble and self-distillation strategy to guide network training, further enhancing performance. Additionally, we introduce a novel loss function based on a pixel screening method, which focuses on the important pixels. This loss enables the network to model the blur kernel more accurately and facilitates the restoration of image details. Our experiments demonstrate that our deblurring approach outperforms most existing methods both qualitatively and quantitatively. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2025.
