Background: systems Medicine is a novel approach to medicine, that is, an interdisciplinary field that considers the human body as a system, composed of multiple parts and of complex relationships at multiple levels, and further integrated into an environment. Exploring systems Medicine implies understanding and combining concepts coming from diametral different fields, including medicine, biology, statistics, modeling and simulation, and data science. Such heterogeneity leads to semantic issues, which may slow down implementation and fruitful interaction between these highly diverse fields. Methods: In this review, we collect and explain more than100 terms related to systems Medicine. These include both modeling and data science terms and basic systems medicine terms, along with some synthetic definitions, examples of applications, and lists of relevant references. Results: This glossary aims at being a first aid kit for the systems Medicine researcher facing an unfamiliar term, where he/she can get a first understanding of them, and, more importantly, examples and references for digging into the topic. © Massimiliano Zanin et al., 2021;Published by Mary Ann Liebert, Inc. 2021.

This paper present a prediction model for three different objection(the airflow rate,the carbonaceous biochemical oxygen demand(CBOD) of the effluent,and the total suspend solids(TSS) of the *** model is built by the MLP neural *** accurancy of the prediction result of MLP neural network is compared with the accurancy of the result of trational stational autoregressive model(AR).The conclution is that the percentage error prediction model of the MLP neural network(PE),the fractional deviation(FB),normalized mean square error(NMSE),the mean absolute error(MAE) and mean square error(MSE) prediction model of evaluation index is better than the AR *** other words,the prediction model based on MLP neural network provides a reliable basis for reducing the energy consumption in the activated sludge process of industrial waste water treatment and further improving its effect on the treatment of industrial waste water.

A cooperative multi-agent system entitles some independent agents to complete complex tasks through coordination and *** the dynamics of physical agents are so complex that the environment of learning is indeed stochastic,the paper introduces the decentralized multi-agent reinforcement learning（MARL） algorithm,named as Decentralized Concurrent Learning with Cooperative Policy Exploration（DCL-CPE）,in order to solve cooperative learning within stochastic *** investigate its feasibility in practical multi-agent systems,the box-pushing test with DCL-CPE is designed with a group of two-wheel driven robots acting as learning *** to physical properties,such as nonholonomic dynamics,rolling and sliding frictions,unreliable sense,rigid body collision,etc.,the cooperative learning is a high stochastic learning *** simulation test in Webots shows that DCL-CPE is good at exploring best cooperative policy in a decentralized way,even as state transition and rewards are all stochastic.

Stroke is mainly caused by the brain damage due to the acute cerebral vascular disease and its primary disease,which can make upper limb or lower limb on one side of the body *** rehabilitation training is the most effective way to regain the Activities of Daily Living(ADL).Based on the concept of humanoid and modular design,this paper outlines the design process of humanoid ***,kinematics and dynamics are calculated in different coordinate frames,which makes simulation and control algorithms are more complex and not intuitive,for the forked-tree structure rehabilitation robot,a modified geometric description method of DH parameters is proposed to solve the problem of inconsistent frames,the whole body Jacobian matrix of this structure is derived and used for the inverse kinematics,and the singular configurations of redundant manipulator are *** important design criteria of humanoid robot is discussed,and the realization of the mechanical design is ***,the experimental results show that the humanoid robot can effectively carry out multiple parts rehabilitation training.

This paper explains the development of an electric cart that helps the elderly maintain or improve their physical strength. Unlike commercially available ones, it has a pedal unit that provides some exercise for a user in training his lower limbs. An impedance model describes the feeling of pushing the pedals. The largest pedal load is determined based on a pedaling experiment. An H∞ controller is designed for each of the largest pedal load and virtually no load. A control law, which is based on the concept of dynamic parallel distributed compensation, is designed using the rating of perceived exertion of a driver as a criterion to choose a pedal load between the largest and almost zero. Five university students and twelve elderly people participated experiments to verify the system design and the validity of the system.

The main objective of this paper is to propose a fault detection scheme for marine diesel supercharging systems based on the canonical correlation analysis and key performance indicator approach. To be specific, the key performance indicatorbased system model is first constructed with measurable variables. Then, the canonical correlation analysis is used to identify the established system model. By applying the T2 test statistic, a fault detection is presented for process monitoring. In this end,a simulation on the marine diesel supercharging system is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the developed results.

The problem of ash and slagging on the heating surface of coal-fired power station boilers has always existed in the production and operation process of modern coal-fired power *** smog and slagging on the heated surface will not only cause the heat exchange efficiency to deteriorate, but also cause safety accidents such as corrosion of the heated surface and tube *** order to solve this problem, it is necessary to monitor the ash deposition of the boiler heating surface and develop a pollution degree standard for the soot blowing *** paper presents a monitoring model based on the ash deposition of the economizer heating surface of a coal-fired power station *** the boiler of 600 MW generator set of a power plant in Jiaxing, Zhejiang as the research object, the measured data obtained by the on-site DCS, then the wavelet denoising process, and then the thermodynamic formula is used to calculate the ash pollution factor which can characterize the degree of ash deposition on the heated surface of the *** experimental results prove the validity of the above model and have important significance for the later research on intelligent soot blowing operation

In this paper, an effective guidance scheme and a control scheme are proposed to realize trajectory tracking of hypersonic reentry vehicle(HRV) subject to aileron stuck in some position. The overload is adopted as virtual control instead of lift and lateral force, then guidance order can be obtained by torque coefficient function. In attitude subsystem, attack of angle and sideslip angle are controlled to track guidance order. Time-varying sliding mode control method is adopted to design guidance law and attitude controller. Besides, a RBF observer is designed to estimate the unknown external disturbance to soften the chattering caused by TVSMC. Simulations verify the proposed schemes.

In the process of deep geological resources exploration, there are often some complex stratigraphic situations. A threedimension drilling trajectory is designed by using the geological environment data. The trajectory should be sure that the target position is reachable. And it can avoid the area prone to be in an accident. In order to solve this problem, this paper discusses a three-dimensional wellbore trajectory design optimization model suitable for shale gas horizontal mining. Considering the wellbore stability and dogleg severity as constraints, the minimum drilling length is taken as the objective function. Depending on the Mohr-Coulomb criterion, the range of azimuth angle and inclination angle of safety trajectory can be determined. It can be seen as a constraint on the wellbore derrick segment. As for the optimization algorithm, bat algorithm（BA） optimizer combined with a penalty function method is applied to this optimization model. Finally, the case study shows that the BA performs well in the wellbore optimization design. It obtains the trade-off result between the safe and efficient drilling demands. And, it provides a basic model idea for the real-time trajectory optimization while drilling.
