The main benefit of 3D display over 2D display is the obvious ability to create a more lifelike character with high depth sense. However, the limitation of human eye’s visual mechanism, unartful 3D scene structure design, or bad viewing condition always emerges poor depth perception experience or even physiological discomfort during the watching time, which is often sub-optimal for mass high-quality 3D display productions. To solve this problem, we propose a novel 3D display parallel system for depth sense optimization and it empirically guides how the light field should be re-rendered. Structurally, the parallel system consists of an artificial perception measurement system, a display evaluation model and a light field display rendering system, which includes the display calibration, scene capture, light field data processing and display. Particularly, the system can systematically analyze and model various factors affecting the depth sense which learned through the measurement system, like scene structure, objects’ speeds in 3D video and so on. And those sense factors can be personally modified or increased according to the viewer’s demands or technical improvement. Moreover, the light field could be real-time re-rendered, based on some image processing technology, optical flow analysis and object segmentation (or tracking) (especially the one-shot video segmentation). Theory and algorithms are developed and experimental validation results show a superior performance. © 2018 SID.

Cooperative lifting by two cranes is widely used in the current construction site. Since the influence of changeable load in the cooperative lifting process, it is essential to take the load distribution into consideration while planning the lifting path to ensure the safety of the whole lifting process. However, most researches did not consider the reasonable actual load distribution or just used a certain load in the lift process. This paper analyzes the relationship between crane operations and the pose of the lifted object. Then based on this relationship, this paper gives the method calculating the distribution of actual load over each crane that the planning approach is based. This paper also gives calculation methods and constraints for the skew angle of each lifting rope. The results of simulation show the effectiveness of this calculation method.

This paper investigates the issue for stability of linear system with time-varying delay. First, by combining the Free-matrix technique and the B-L inequality, a new inequality named Free-matrix Legendre inequality is proposed. Then, based on this inequality, two sets of stability criteria are developed which are less conservative than the existing ones due to the fact that more freedom are introduced. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the advantage of our method.

Protein complexes are the key molecular entities which plays an indispensable role in our life activities. Systematic identification of protein complexes is an important application of data mining in bioscience. The existing computation methods of detecting protein complexes are usually based on the topological properties of protein-protein interaction(PPI) network ***, limited by the inherent single structure of the PPI network, the mining of protein complexes may not be fully *** this paper, we propose an original multi-objective optimization strategy based protein complex detection method, which is used Adaptive Multi-Objective Black Hole algorithm, called AMOBH. In the selection of objective function strategy, we integrate the topological structure of PPI network data with semantic similarity based on GO(Gene Ontology) annotation data. Experiments demonstrate that the method we adopt provide more convinced results and higher computational efficiency compared with the existing prediction measures.

Conflict Based Search(CBS) is used for multi-agent Pathfinding (MAPF) to enable each Agent to reach the target node. The CBS algorithm uses the heuristic algorithm A* search to calculate the MAPF solution, and the path planning uses forward search, which cannot explore the path of the unknown region. On this basis, this paper proposes that, in the case of unknown map and changing environment at any time, when encountering new obstacles, the information obtained from previous search should be used without completely replanning the path. Because of the idea of incremental programming, the number of reprogramming times and the number of affected nodes can be reduced. The optimized algorithm consumes less time and memory, and improves the efficiency of path planning.

In industrial processes,valve stiction often induces loop oscillations,and limits the control loop *** better control the plant with valve stiction,in this paper,the equivalent-input-disturbance（EID） approach is incorporated into the conventional PID control system to improve the ability of disturbance and nonlinearity *** newly proposed method uses a classic two-parameter stiction model to represent the nonlinearity of valve *** to the EID method,an EID estimator is constructed to estimate the influence of valve stiction on the system *** controller is based on the basic proportional-integral-derivative（PID） *** a simulation example is provided to demonstrate the validity of this method.

In this paper, a fractional order genetic regulatory network system（GRNs） with delay is considered. Firstly, the stability is investigated and the conditions of the existence for Hopf bifurcation are attained by analyzing it’s characteristic equation. Then combining the analysis we can derive that the fractional order GRNs will generate Hopf bifurcation as the GRNs with specific parameter values. A fractional PD controller can be used to control the bifurcation behaviors of the delayed fractional order GRNs. Finally, some numerical examples are exploited to illustrate the validity of theoretical analysis.

In this modern era, technology has advanced to such an extent to make our daily life more proficient and convenient. This paper presents the design and implementation of vending machine (VM) for students, which operates on radio frequency identification technology (RFID). Hence, it turns the VM into smart shopping booth (SSB). The SSB gives the access only through RFID card and vend different products according to the desire of student. The SSB is equipped with RFID reader and student identity card that holds the RFID tag. When the student identity card is scanned for verification and then after selecting the required products, will be dispensed off if a student has available balance in his/her identity card and SMS will be sent to students about remaining balance in their cards by GSM technology. The programming for controller is done by using proton IDE language. The SSB is the customized idea of vending machine and it attempts to resolve various issues that appeared in coin/note based VM. The student identity card RFID based technology is a breakthrough towards a paperless and cashless environment. Moreover, it is very beneficial in saving the precious time of students due to fast paced life and also user friendly. RFID based SSB also improved the communication and sensing capabilities of VM. Hence, our suggested approach outperforms in all aspects.

In this paper, the prediction-based distributed filtering problem is discussed for a class of time-varying stochastic systems with communication delay and different types of noises over sensor networks. The communication delay is characterized when the state estimations are transmitted between adjacent sensor nodes. In order to compensate the effects induced by the communication delay, the prediction-based idea is employed and then the active compensation estimation is provided when designing the time-varying distributed filter. In particular, both the prediction-based state estimation and its own innovation measurements are utilized in terms of the concerned sensor networks under given topological structure. Subsequently, a locally minimum upper bound of the filtering error covariance is given by determining the filter gain at each time step. Finally, the validity and advantages of the presented prediction-based distributed filtering method are illustrated by some simulations.
