Traditional artificial live work asks for a high standard with operator’s mental state and technical level in high-voltage and strong-magnetic environment,which not only reduces the efficiency of modern production and living but also causes potential threats to the safety of ***,developing robot live work has great significance for both academic research and industrial applications.A key problem of the live work for an industrial robot is recognition and positioning of the hexagonshaped screw in substation with high *** solve this problem,this article designs a hexagon-shaped screw recognition and positioning system based on binocular vision in transformer substation.A method for stereo matching including 3 steps is proposed:edge noise of the target is reduced by median filter at the beginning;then the target can be obtained through the image segmentation method of adjusting threshold;further moments are used to express the centers of hexagons in 2 images which work as stereo matching *** depth information can be obtained due to visual geometric relationships based on stereo model and camera calibration parameters based on camera *** experiment results show that the binocular system designed in this article can accurately identify the target with good stability,and the measurement error is controlled in 4%.

Precision management of agricultural systems, aiming at optimizing profitability, productivity and sustainability, comprises a set of technologies including sensors, information systems, and informed management, etc. Expert systems are expected to aid farmers in plant management or environment control, but they are mostly based on the offline and static information, deviated from the actual situation. Parallel management, achieved by virtual/artificial agricultural system, computational experiment and parallel execution, provides a generic framework of solution for online decision support. In this paper, we present the three steps toward the parallel management of plant: growth description U+0028 the crop model U+0029, prediction, and prescription. This approach can update the expert system by adding learning ability and the adaption of knowledge database according to the descriptive and predictive model. The possibilities of passing the knowledge of experienced farmers to younger generation, as well as the application to the parallel breeding of plant through such system, are discussed. © 2017 Chinese Association of automation.

Event-triggered consensus for linear continuous-time multi-agent systems based on a predictor

In this paper, the problem of an event-triggered consensus for a linear continuous-time multi-agent system is investigated. A new event-triggered consensus protocol based on a predictor is proposed to achieve consensus while not requiring continuous communication among agents. The predictor utilizes an artificial closed-loop system to predict the future state of each agent. With the proposed consensus protocol, each agent only needs to monitor its own states to determine its event-triggered instants. When an event of an agent is triggered, the agent immediately updates its consensus protocol and sends its state information to its neighbors. When an agent receives state information from its neighbors, the agent immediately updates its consensus protocol and predictor. A necessary and sufficient condition that solves the consensus problem is derived. Moreover, it is proved that Zeno behaviors are excluded. Finally, some numerical examples are given to illustrate that, with the proposed protocol, a multi-agent system can achieve consensus while greatly reducing event-triggered times.

The main benefit of 3D display over 2D display is the obvious ability to create a more lifelike character with high depth sense. However, the limitation of human eye’s visual mechanism, unartful 3D scene structure design, or bad viewing condition always emerges poor depth perception experience or even physiological discomfort during the watching time, which is often sub-optimal for mass high-quality 3D display productions. To solve this problem, we propose a novel 3D display parallel system for depth sense optimization and it empirically guides how the light field should be re-rendered. Structurally, the parallel system consists of an artificial perception measurement system, a display evaluation model and a light field display rendering system, which includes the display calibration, scene capture, light field data processing and display. Particularly, the system can systematically analyze and model various factors affecting the depth sense which learned through the measurement system, like scene structure, objects’ speeds in 3D video and so on. And those sense factors can be personally modified or increased according to the viewer’s demands or technical improvement. Moreover, the light field could be real-time re-rendered, based on some image processing technology, optical flow analysis and object segmentation (or tracking) (especially the one-shot video segmentation). Theory and algorithms are developed and experimental validation results show a superior performance. © 2018 SID.

In this paper, the adaptive robust control (ARC) algorithm is proposed for tracking control of the electric cylinder position. According to the analysis of the working principle of the electric cylinder servo system, the model of the system is established on the modified Lugre friction model, and single observer is designed for calculating friction as well. Then the ARC controller and adaptive law are designed for on-line parameters estimation, frictional compensation and the suppression external disturbance. Through the Lyapunov approach, the stability of this system can be obtained in this work. The simulation result shows that ARC can suppresses external disturbances effectively and realize real-time online parameter estimation. © 2017 Technical Committee on control Theory, CAA.

This paper investigates a distributed finite-time attitude synchronization and tracking problem of multiple spacecraft when a time varying reference signal is available to only a subset of group members. Modified Rodrigues parameters are used for attitude representation. A two layer sliding mode surface with fast non-singular terminal sliding mode surface (FNTSMS) as the inner layer and terminal sliding mode surface (TSMS) as the outer layer is used to create a full order sliding mode surface. The proposed distributed attitude coordination control law guarantees attitude synchronization and tracking as long as their exists atleast one spacecraft that has a direct access to the virtual leader's time varying attitude. Finite-time stability of the closed loop system is guaranteed by Lyapunov-based stability method. Simulation results are presented to validate the performance of the proposed control strategy.

Aggregation in Intersection Region for Distributed Heterogeneous Mobile Sensor Networks

This paper presents two aggregation strategies in convex intersection region for the distributed mobile sensor network (MSN) with heterogeneous dynamics. First, the authors analyze individual local perception model and dynamics model, set the intersection of all the local perceptions as the region of interest (ROI). The MSN consists of sensors with first-order dynamics and second-order dynamics. Then, the authors design a control strategy to ensure that individuals aggregate at a point in the ROI relying on their local perceptions and the locations of neighbors within their communication scope. The authors describe this situation of aggregation as rendezvous. In addition, the authors introduce artificial potential field to make sensors deploy dispersedly in a bounded range near the ROI, which the authors call dispersed deployment. Finally, the authors prove the stability of the proposed strategies and validate the theoretical results by simulations. This research is applied for the cooperative deployment and data collection of mobile platforms with different dynamics under the condition of inaccurate perception.

Event-based Cubature Kalman Filter for Smart Grid Subject to Communication Constraint

Accurate real-time estimation plays an important role in smart grids. Although various filtering algorithms, such as unscented Kalman filter (UKF), have been proposed for phasor measurement unit (PMU), they occupy huge communication bandwidth without specific concern, which puts heavy burden on the communication network especially when wireless communications are applied. In order to relief this burden, the event-based cubature Kalman filter (EBCKF) is proposed based on event-based schemes in this paper. The event-based strategy guarantees that only the observations containing innovational information are transmitted, and cubature Kalman filter (CKF), which is based on the spherical cubature integration, provides more accurate estimation than UKF. Besides, the design-oriented communication rate is provided corresponding to the event-based strategy design. The proposed filter can effectively reduce the communication rate while ensuring the accuracy of filtering. Finally, the standard IEEE 39-bus system is utilized to verify the feasibility and performance of the proposed method. © 2017

In biometrics, face recognition methods are achieving momentum with recent progress in the computer vision(CV). Face recognition is widely used in the identification of an individual's identity. Unfortunately, in recent research work has revealed this face biometrics system is unprotected to spoofing attacks using by very low price instrument such as printed 2D photos attack, 3D masking attack and taking videos using smart devices (reply attack). Therefore, a Liveness Attack Detection (LAD) approach is needed to improve the high-quality security of face recognition system. Most of the earlier worked LAD methods for face anti-spoofing methods have highlight on using the handcrafted features, which are developed by expert knowledge of researcher. As example Gabor filter, Histogram of Oriented Gradients, local ternary pattern, and the Local Binary Pattern. Because of that, the extracted features consider limited factors of the problem, yielding a capture accuracy that is very low and changes with the point of presentation in attack face images. The deep learning method has developed in the computer vision research community, which is proven to be suitable for automatically training. In this article, we approach to mix or combine the handcrafted features and deep neural network features to design the discriminant face spoofing detection. The handcrafted features were based on LBP analysis. We examine the features information from the brightness and the chrominance channels using LBP descriptor. In deep features, we present an approach based on pre-trained convolutional neural network VGG-16 model using static features to recognize video and printed(2D) photo attacks. By attaching this two types of image features on our dataset and public databases, we get good results to identify real and attack images feature, called hybrid features, which has better discrimination ability to understand spoofing image feature.

A single satellite navigation system can get high accuracy in general environment, but when the ground satellite navigation receiver is in complex environment, single system navigation often results in poor location results due to the visible satellite less than four. If multiple constellation fusion navigation is used, the number of visible satellites can be increased, thus improving the positioning results. However, the use of all visible satellites in location calculation will bring a huge amount of calculation, which seriously affects the real-time performance of navigation and positioning. Therefore, a reasonable selection of star selection method is urgently needed in the integrated navigation system. Based on the two performance indexes of balanced geometric accuracy factor（GDOP） and star selection efficiency, fast star selection algorithm based on equivalent distance error is proposed in this paper. The experimental results show that the method can effectively improve the efficiency of multi constellation star selection of the premise of high precision.
